This chick-fil-a is consistently busy, but the staff does a great job at getting everyone's order's taken and food out very quickly. I have never had any issues with this location and have always loved our food. I do love how this chick fil a has a self serve tea and soda station! That's definitely something more locations should adopt because it allows customers to not have to interrupt a the line to get a refill which I love! read more

By now everyone knows how great Chick-Fil-A is. I really like this location in Mesquite-it gets really busy but they try little things to help out(for instance if the drive thru gets too busy they will send a couple of kids out to take orders and run them inside to speed up the process). The staff that they have at this location is always very friendly and eager to help. This location is also extremely civic minded. There has never been a time when I have asked for donations for the kids schools that they have turned me down. They also have held fundraisers for local charities(or families that needed help). I just wish I could do something when my craving hits me on a Sunday! read more

Wow, I don't come to chick fil a often, but I had just came out of towneast mall and realized I hadn't had anything to eat, I look at the chick fil a AND the line wraps around the restaurant. I braced myself and I was prepared to wait 20 minutes. The place does their best job to get you in and out at a reasonable time. I had a staff member take my name, order and paid for everything right then and their before I even got to the drive thru speaker! I was very impressed! Overall the whole ordeal took about 12 minutes and I was very satisfied. I hope to come here more often! read more

I love Chick-fil-A and I love this location. Food is always tasty and fresh, and they don't keep you waiting very long. Everyone else must love this location too, as there is often a long line in the drive thru and inside. However both lines go quickly, as they always have enough staff to meet needs, which is really appreciate. When I dined in today to eat my lunch my meal was brought out to me almost immediately after I sat down despite the crowds. A lady came and took my tray when I was done and offered a refill. I'm not a breakfast person - especially not typical fast food fare when it comes to breakfast foods, but I do like what they have at Chick-Fil-A. It's never overly greasy. I don't like a heavy grease feeling in my gut as I'm starting the day, but I do like protein. Instead of tots, I always ask for waffle fries. They take a bit longer to cook (they will always warn you about this), but they are so worth it. They have real lemon wedges in lieu of lemon juice packets, which is really nice. read more

This used to be my favorite location for years until I moved. Now Rockwall rules my Chick-fil-a world. A couple of years back I went to a First 100 grand opening for a different CFA location. As part of the promotion, they give you 52 cards that have an expiration date of a year or so. With as often as I go to Chick-fil-a, I like to conserve my cards and spread them out over time so that they're not all used up in 4 months. Over the years I've been to several of these openings and have always received a stack of cards. Even though it's commonplace to have an expiration date printed on the cards, I have never been denied when trying to redeem one at any CFA location - that is until I just happened to be in Mesquite. When I handed the card to the cashier at the drive-thru window, she seemed puzzled as if she had never seen one before and the manager was called. Seeing how they were busy and I didn't want to hold up the line, I told her I would just pay for it. By now, the manager appears and informs me that they could not honor it due to it having expired 4 months earlier. I said, "That's fine, they don't have a problem honoring these in Rockwall" and they handed it back to me. A week later I went to the Northwest Hwy. location (which was the original issuer of the free meal cards), and guess what? They cheerfully accepted the card with no hassle!!! By the reaction received from the Mesquite locale, you'd think the cost of the free #1 meal was coming out of their own pocket rather than getting reimbursed by Corporate. Mesquite CFA - you used to rock at one time. No longer so. :-( read more

Best I have ever been to. Run like a tight ship! Multiple managers helping out and many employees rounding the floor. Orders were delivered to your table, you never went with an empty cup if you didn't want to, and the tables were all cleaned as soon as they were vacated. You could tell the employees had great, caring attitudes. read more

For fast food, you couldn't ask for more. I'm all about customer service and they definitely deliver here. I've never been disappointed by the kindness and manners of all Chick-fil-a employees. When I pulled up to the window to order, I was met with a young man in slacks, dress shirt and tie. He took my order on his iPad and asked for my name, as well. When I told him what I would like for my meal, he let me know that they were giving away complementary breakfast and wanted to know if I would be interested. Of course, I said yes! Not only did I get a free breakfast for the day, but they were giving away cards to all customers for one free breakfast for the next 4 weeks. I don't know of too many other companies who are that considerate and generous. When I arrived at the pick up window, there was another fellow wearing the same attire who addressed me by name and was so thoughtful of my order, that he handed each item to me one by one, being cautious that everything was correct. It is with great sadness that I have to give a favorite fast food a horrible review. This happened about 6 weeks ago. I was in extreme pain from a fall and I made it to the drive thru in tears due to my high level of pain. The person taking my order saw me crying and she said, repeating...OH MY GOD! IF YOU REPRESENT YOURSELF AS A CHRISTIAN COMPANY YOU CAN NOT have employees shrieking this. When my drink was handed to me I EXCLAIMED...THIS IS NOT RIGHT MY ORDER IS WRONG. Much to my surprise they completely dismissed me as if I was invisible. When I got home like I thought my order was completely WRONG They took down my address and promised a gift card to arrive soon. They sent a form letter of an apology and NOT a gift card BUT FOOD VOUCHERS FOR FOOD I DO NOT EAT. OKAY, SO NOW THEY HAVE LIED TO ME WHICH IS THE WORST. I SENT EVERYTHING TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE WORH NO RESPONSE. My husband and I will never eat here again. I read the other reviews and agree they skimp big time on the french fries. I will let as many social platforms as I know not to go to THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. read more

Always busy but super fast! Biggest issue is their parking situation. It's so hard to get out with the drive through line there. I end up parking next door and walking over. Severs are fast and do the normal "how may I serve you" and "my pleasure" bits that chic fil a is known for. Even on their busiest day I'm still out in 10 minutes. We went on a Sunday morning and the two to-go lines were already backed up and when we decided to walk in, it felt like we were at Chuck E Cheeses with all the kids and families bustling around. But even despite that, Chik fil A is Chicken Heaven. I typically get the Original Sandwich (fried chicken breast with pickles on a bun), but opted for the nuggets and a chicken soup. That's right--if you haven't tried their chicken soup, its yummy--try it! My sister always gets their Cobb salad which comes with an avocado ranch dressing that's so delicious. The workers always seem so cheery and willing to help. Very consistent through and through. All in all, I'm a fan. read more

I go here often. Be careful going thru drive thru because you will have to double check to make sure your order is right. Sometimes the biggest are cold too. Order a large drink as well because sometimes I have ice filled up so much in my cup that I barely have anything to drink. read more

Most efficient operation on drive through (had 3 employees taking orders, as the cars came to p/u they had 2 employees hustling the food to the cars), inside personnel very professional and helpful plus enough people inside to take care of the patrons. Food came quick especially considering the number of patrons. Also this site had beverages out in the restaurant for refills, thus another improvement on service.
