When our waiter finally arrived to take our drink order, he seemed impatient and rude when we were still deciding. He then turned away from us and took the order of another couple seated nearby before finishing with us. About 15 minutes later, we finally received our drinks as well as 3 other tables. After waiting a 30 more minutes with no communication or update, we decided to leave. The other tables near us received their meals except us and there was no communication from the waiter. We understand that holidays can be busy and that staffing challenges can happen. However, the lack of communication, long delays, and the waiter's dismissive behavior made the experience especially disappointing -- particularly after spending nearly two hours waiting while hungry on Valentine's. There was nobody at the hostess station and several separate groups of people left after not being seated. Our bill was $74-ish for 4 meals. Pepperoni pizza was not worth the $17 and was not tasty. We had 3 waters and 1 iced tea.
