We came here after a bad experience at mad gators bar and grill. It helped salvage the evening. I just got a peach milkshake and my wife ordered the cobb salad which she really enjoyed. She decided she wanted a side of mac and cheese and a chocolate milkshake when she finished the salad. I ordered that and the person who took my order had a hard time finding us for some reason. She finally did and brought the mac and cheese over but not the shake. She looked really confused because I was drinking my peach shake and I was also the one who ordered the chocolate shake. She didnt say anything just walked away confused. The shake still hadnt come out so the manager came over and said he would go check on it. Almost as soon as he left it came out. He came back with another shake and said "oh you must have got it while I was gone, oh well". He was going to give it to us but since we already had what we wanted we declined so he decided to give it free to another customer. read more

Order through the app it's so simple and way more convenient. I eat here every year when we come to the beach. You will wait an extended amount of time if you go through the drive thru or order inside. The mobile order has their own list and will be completed within 10 minutes. Also choose carry out avoid waiting for a worker to walk 20 feet to bring you your food. They are busy in there! read more

I have always liked Chick-Fil-A- I still miss the chicken salad sandwich My current favorite is the Chicken Cobb salad with avocado ranch dressing ... delicious with cherry tomatoes, 1/2 boiled egg and charred tomato crispy red bell peppers. Yum The restaurant and drive-thru are always clean! It is worth stopping in at this location! The service is always fantastic but I really like the crew at this store! I am a regular chick fil a goer because of the food and experience. On July 5th I was at this location twice and each time it was a fail compared to any other chick-fil-a I have been to. I am an extremely patient person who understands accidents happen but this was a system or management issue. Drive thru: I will wait in a long chic-fil-a line. My praise is typically a long drive thru line at chick-fil-a is equivalent to two cars in front of you at Burger King. That was not the case, each time it took noticeable longer than normal standard. People where outside taking order and giving food but it was slow. The issue was on the inside, maybe the lack of an effective system. Food: my first order was a sandwich which fell apart immediately the bread was stale. I looked at that like I didn't need the bread anyways so I just ate the insides. I also ordered a smoothie and did not get my straw in the bag. The second time we went there and sat in a longer line with longer wait time I ordered nuggets and ask for a fork. The person handed me a knife. After waiting in the line and her telling me that all she had was a knife I was annoyed. I know for a fact that in the lobby they had forks because during my first order here I had to go in the lobby to get the straw they forgot. There i saw all of the utensils and straws. Just overall this is the worst chick-fil-a experience I have ever had. It was giving Burger King or McDonalds vibes. I just expected better. read more

Just had my first disappointing experience at chick-fil-A...I am traveling, so I thought I would order through the app, eat it in the parking lot and be on my way after taking in my trash and getting a refill...I entered the store and was directed to the nearest trash can around the corner, but when I asked for a refill, she asked me if I had dined in...I said, "no, I ate it in the car"...she responded that they don't do any refills except for dine-in. So much for ordering through the app and eating in your car. What a bummer. read more

Chick-fil-a always has great service but WOW this location made my day. I quickly placed an online order trying to get a breakfast item in a nick of time before cut off and when I came in to pick up realized I didn't get any sauce. A very elderly gentleman walking by asked if I needed anything any sauces and I said yes actually. He asked me how many and got them for me then got the door for me. This is a new location and they appear to have kept it spotless. Right near the mall and easily accessible. Stellar customer service and smiles upon walking in. Very, very impressed! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Most of the time you can expect fantastic food and great customer service but not at this location. I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before I was acknowledged by an employee and they gave me my food and drinks and said they were working on my milkshake. Stood there an additional 25 mins and made eye contact with most of the employees before one of them asked me very annoyed if I was waiting for something and I told her a milkshake and she told another employee who started the milkshake and then set it on the counter and walked away and then another employee asked me if I was waiting on a frosted coffee and finished making my milkshake and then set it on the counter without saying a word. I will NOT be returning. read more

Slowest chic fil a drive thru I have ever been in. Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins before even ordering. Another 15 mins after I ordered. North Myrtle beach chic fil a is wayyyy better. They need new management at this location, because I have never sat at any drive thru for 45 mins. read more

Love Chick-fil-A and I am so glad to have this near by location HOWEVER if you visit the drive thru DO NOT under any circumstance use the outside right lane. It is a terrible work flow. I waited in line exactly 38 minutes to pick up two milkshakes while dozens of cars in the left lane flew right through. Chick-fil-A left the old Myrtle beach mall in 2012 and now they are back. Parking is tricky but read the sign you be fine. Food Was great best from Chick-fil-A. Staff looked happy and wanted to be their decorating and set up is casual. read more
