He was very upbeat and happy to take our order and he also cheered us on for going to the Padres game. I orderer online a club sandwich w/PJ. When I sat down to eat I opened my sandwich and there was no bacon and no tomato. I went to the window and let them know, they were going to redo the sandwich. I sit back down and the staff let me know they're on a tomato shortage so they can't add that... A) They should turn off tomato for their mobile orders so people are aware the menu item isn't available. B) They should have told me that when I initially picked up my food. I've given this location three tries already and it's my least favorite in the San Diego area. This location charges for a medium or large ice water but not a small. So I end up ordering four small waters every time. This is the only location that I've been to that charges for that. Their fries always come out so soggy unlike the Mission Valley location.
