My daughter wantes ChickFilA after a long day. I ordered on their mobile app. The app is great because you can customize your order and make changes to it the way that you want. I chose to pick it all up in the drive thru line. When I drone up, I gave the attendant, Erick, my name. He located my order and asked if I had any changes to it. After verifying, I pulled up into the line. There were 3 other cars ahead of me. I waited about 7-9 mins in the drive thru line. Our order food came out hot and the salad was perfectly chilled with warm chicken on top. I drove home and we enjoyed our order very much! Don't order in the drive through. If I could give negative stars I would, I'm not sure if they had a new employee in the drive through but they needs to go back into training this is ridiculous. i waited over 20 min for one sandwich while they were able to give food out to a group of 15 people who were before me. I orderer online a club sandwich w/PJ. When I sat down to eat I opened my sandwich and there was no bacon and no tomato. I went to the window and let them know, they were going to redo the sandwich. I sit back down and the staff let me know they're on a tomato shortage so they can't add that... A) They should turn off tomato for their mobile orders so people are aware the menu item isn't available. B) They should have told me that when I initially picked up my food. I told her it was fine, as long as I got the bacon. I got my new sandwich and now the cheese was incorrect. I wasn't going to allow them to redo it, I didn't want to waste more food but I did let them know it was wrong.
