Quick service, friendly staff, plenty of seating and the food is always hot when you get here.

This is pretty good Chick-fil-A besides the scaffolding in the front. I got the spicy chicken, sandwich, medium fries, and cheese sauce on the side. I ordered on the app and got my food in a decent amount of time. The food was good I can't complain. They have a good amount of seating upstairs. Service was good. It's a pretty chill spot to enjoy your food.

You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. The food is always fresh, fast and delicious. I'm in love with spicy chicken biscuit with honey. It's my new favorite thing. Whenever I don't know what to eat for lunch I use the app and order chicken strips or salad. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I've been meaning to check out this place for a while now. I placed an order on my app and got it for pickup. The restaurant was cleaner than I had expected, and once you said your name, it came out in a few minutes. I ordered at this location due to it being fairly close to my office. I would definitely go back to get their waffle fries again.

    アメリカのファストフードで日本に店舗はない。めちゃくちゃシンプルでほぽバンズにチキンフィレが挟まっているだけ。他にはピクルスが2枚。これを特製なソースにディップしながら食べるとさらに美味しい。

I've only been to chik fil a a handful of times in my entire life but they recently got me in the door with a promo game that they launched called Code Moo. Basically, the premise is that you save cows in the game by eating more chicken. you have missions where you try to find the cows on a map and save them (it's awful I know- I don't know who in corporate thought was a good idea. Why should we value cow lives over chicken lives? But I digress). In any case, you can earn rewards when you win in the game. I've been able to pick up two free items so far- waffle fries and the original chicken sandwich. Both times, the redemption process was easy. I just scanned a QR code on my phone and my order was ready in minutes. Whoever is training the employees here is doing a great job. The two times that I've been to this location, the cashiers have been nothing but pleasant and helpful in explaining how things work. The medium waffle fries that I got were good. I feel like I don't have many occasions to eat waffle fries since they're not served everywhere. They make a nice snack on their own or as a side with a meal. They weren't moderately crispy and tasted good. For me, their chicken sandwich doesn't rank among the too chain restaurant chicken sandwiches, but in terms of calories, it's probably one of the best at under 500 calories. Trade-offs I suppose lol. It does have a somewhat southern taste to it and also comes in a spicy version if you prefer more of a kick. They also gave me two free sauces with my order. I left happy.

Chick-fil-A is overrated as far as I'm concerned. I tried to enjoy the chicken sandwich but when I read the ingredients I was not happy. I did pass this location and saw it was new. I was hungry and the chicken sandwich filled my stomach. I like the drill when you go in to order. The employees are very nice. I'm giving them four stars because it's nothing I can put my finger on that turns me off. I'm sure I'm eating all kinds of additives and preservatives in all my food! I still think this chicken sandwich is overrated but I love their breakfast food and the coffee is decent too!

It was pretty loud, but the food was amazing and the service one was very fast. We ordered it and seconds later, our order was ready, and the food was amazing as well. I'd go back if I was in the area.

Delivery review - skip at all costs Ordered at 8:22pm, estimated deliver 8:37-8:45pm. No movement until 845pm, store says it's just waiting to be picked up. No movement 9pm, and were told "we're still waiting for a driver but we haven't made the food yet so it's fresh". No movement 9:22pm store doesn't answer my call, my wife calls and store answers right away (they see your incoming call is associated with the phone on the order and avoid answering) 9:37pm order finally arrived, tracking finally worked when they were 3 minutes away. Extra love for the fact my order receipt shows 9:02pm order placement. Needles to say, skip delivery, and certainly skip delivery milkshakes. See the video for a container of large fries that arrived half full, A+ effort here to justify the $5 delivery fee on top of tip.

Busy Chick-fil-A in Manhattan close to the Grand Central Station. They had quick line to order (one queue and then a lot of cashiers) - it'd almost be faster/easier to give numbers than try to put names, though. Calling them out in a busy pick-up area doesn't work well. The upstairs is seating, and crowded at that, so you share tables and you can get refills of your soda (but not tea?). Table was sticky - they need to come around to clean up more frequently as between people taking over tables is very short time (given the crowded nature). Overall, been to better Chick-fil-A locations. The chicken sandwich and fries were the same (fries a little on the salty side actually).

I brought it back and showed the staff the uncooked pork and the blood/red liquid on the napkin. They simply re-steamed them and brought them back except now there was no soup left inside the dumplings at all. The chicken teriyaki was tough and chewy, almost like jerky, as if it had been overcooked on an extremely hot grill or deep fried too long. The spring rolls were mediocre at best, with vegetables inside that had a mushy, paste-like texture. Very disappointing. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the rice. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The setup inside this dimly lit restaurant had a bunch of steam tables offering various beef and chicken dishes, a handful of rice options, and a bunch of salads/fruits. Having no idea what we were looking at, we asked the friendly owner for some advice.
