This chick-fil-a is usually pretty good! However, this morning I went for breakfast and the food they served me was completely unacceptable. I attached a picture of what I was given. One chicken mini had no chicken on it besides a dot and one chicken mini only had half of bread...there was no bottom bread. They spent all that money to renovate the restaurant, so I guess now they're cutting cost on the chicken and biscuits to pay for it!! Smh!

The food is always great but why lie this place is awesome if you have a little one. My 5 year old gets a kick out of seeing the cow come out every now and then. On the mild days its nice to eatout side by the play area. I think Chuck-fi-a is the only fast food restaurant that has has a dining area staff person attending to your needs. They have free wifi and newspapers as well.

Food was Amazing. Service by staff even better…read moreLocation was a little hard to find but a quick u-turn was worth it. Inside was nicely organized and did I say food was great! We had the fried catfish with collared greens , fries, and Mac and cheese. Large portions made "with love" according to kitchen staff. Everyone was joyful and pleasant. Highly recommend this joint. Loved the smoked turkey in the greens!

We were seated within 5 minutes after the table was cleaned off. We decided to get catfish with collards and mashed potatoes with gravy, and fried pork chop with Mac and cheese and potatoe salad. While waiting for our entrees, we received a biscuit with butter and strawberry jam on a small plate. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out. We did get plastic cups to self serve our drinks. The catfish had a pretty brown coating but could use more seasoning. The collards tasted like it came out of the can of Glory greens. The mashed potatoes need salt and pepper and butter. The fried pork chops needed salt as well. The Mac and cheese looked like Velveeta and the potatoes in the potatoe salad was firm but had a decent taste. There wasn't a designated server for any of the tables. There were at least six other tables with two or more people at each table. It seems to be a little disorganized with serving people. We had to ask for a to go box to a woman who was walking around with her hands in her pocket. We just assumed she worked there as well. There was a jazz band scheduled to perform in the other area of the building at 6pm tonight. I'll stick to my chicken gizzards and fried chicken if I return again. The prices are reasonable for a soul food restaurant. The sweet tea and kool-aid was good as well. Everyone was nice and pleasant upon entering the restaurant.

The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly, making suggestions since it was our first time there. I got the 2 piece mixed chicken with mac and cheese as my side with their homemade strawberry lemonade. Hubby got their slider and tender meal with fries. His meal had the option to pick the spice level and he went with medium. The range goes from mild to atomic. My 2 piece was actually 3 pieces, seasoned to perfection, juicy and hot out of the grease. It was so good! Hubby's was just as delicious with a nice kick to it. His chicken on the slider and the tender had a red spicy dry rub. The fries were good, the Mac was ok but I would try something else next time. We also tried their special sauce which added to the flavor of the chicken. They had a decent selection of cake slices for dessert as well but we didn't get any. Overall we would definitely be back, I'm just glad we don't live that close because it could easily become a weekly stop.

Glad we stopped in to try some of the yummy chicken and sides!…read more Homemade lemonade was very tasty! Potato Salad-was a little on the sweet side but I like it that way. Mac & cheese-not my favorite Now for the chicken! Chicken slider is more the size of a sandwich and it's delicious! Got the meal combo and it was plenty of food. The kale slaw and pickles on it were great and the slaw did not have too much sauce on it which is a great thing. Fries generous portion and hot, fresh and crispy. Chicken wings-nice and crispy! Fried Chicken-3 piece combo-also very good! It's not overly large inside but there are about 6 booths, and we ate there to eat it nice and hot! Service was kind and the gentleman answered our questions since it was our first time there. The sauce that they serve with the meals is very good! Will return!

I didn't know the sauce would be drizzled on the slider. But it was ok! I'm not a sauce girly but it gave the tender flavor! I got not hot for my spice level! I also typically get no salt on fries, but wanted to try the full experience. They weren't too salty. If you're going during a not busy time, still prepare to wait about 10 mins after your food is ordered. Which is ok for fresh food, My sandwich wasn't hot. I also liked the kale salad. It's like a cousin of cole slaw! I was also surprised at how big the tender was for the slider.

I first discovered this chain when I saw this location open up in a nearby lot across the street…read morefrom where I was one night. The wind from an incoming rainstorm knocked over the giant inflatable chicken outside. I made up my mind right then and there to stop by for a visit one day. When I finally got around to giving it a try, I dined in and was only semi-pleased. The staff were very nice, as the district manager was there at the time. The chicken itself can get quite chewy and hard to bite. The sauce is OK at best. The fries leave a little to be desired. The spiciness levels are very noticeable when requested at high volumes. I like that they offer slices of pickles with everything you order. The bread isn't too bad, as long as it's not soggy. When you order one of the Mozzarella Cheese Planks, they give it to you in a little box with a cup of sauce, a slice of bread, and a couple of pickles. I was not expecting it to have such a presentation and I have to admit, the charming nature of it almost brought a tear to my eye. It was just about the cutest damn thing I've seen in a long time. I mean, who thinks enough to do that!? Just pure thoughtfulness, that's what it was! It is VERY loud inside and the music choices aren't great. The interior is very flashy and riddled with graffiti-styled "Art". The one on Battlefield is a little better food-wise, I have to say. Which is disappointing. Maybe I'll give this one another try in the future. I still feel bad for the giant inflatable chicken that fell over in the parking lot that night. A force of nature shouldn't hinder the efforts of plastic poultry that's just trying to get the word out about Hot Dave and his line of spicy offerings.
