7/7/21: I stopped in the mall on my lunch break & went to CFA. They were super busy & things were a little chaotic in the order/pick up lines. I placed my order and waited off to the side. When I picked up my food, my drink was wrong but they fixed it quickly. They weren't the friendliest bunch. Maybe I just caught them at the wrong time of day. It wasn't their pleasure to serve me. It's not the best Chick-fil-a. The one on Victory isn't that far and is much better. Unfortunately, this one is in a very small space between a Taco Bell and the entrance to a large shopping center. The parking lot and drive thru are squished up against the building, leaving little space between the building and it's surroundings, including a busy road. It feels cramped and unwelcoming. There's quite a bit of stressful energy from the road and the large shopping center parking lots near. I'm not sure if that's why the food and service is never as good here as it is at other locations. Maybe. It's still Chick-fil-a though, which means it used to be good. I say "used to" because they recently changed the fry recipe and it's AWFUL. Completely ruined. On the up side, they might not need to worry about being too busy anymore! I'm def not going back to eat that disaster. If I have to eat their new fries... I'll at least go to a Chick-fil-a that had better fries before the recipe change. read more

The most pathetic Chick-fil-a in the area. My original chicken sandwich was more comparable to a McChicken sandwich from McDonald's value menu. Absolute rip off. Very disappointed in the service we received today. My son works in the mall and my wife used her app to order his food. When my son asked they first said they didn't have an order and my son was upset thinking his mom did something wrong but she sent him the receipt. My son showed it to them and then was told someone stole his meal. I asked my son if they were going to give him food and he said yes but the employee told him "this is the last time". I feel like all Chick-fil-A's are the same. You get great service and your order is almost always correct. The reason this one has four stars is because there are several close together but this one is not as quick as the other location. This chick-fil-a is usually pretty good! However, this morning I went for breakfast and the food they served me was completely unacceptable. I attached a picture of what I was given. One chicken mini had no chicken on it besides a dot and one chicken mini only had half of bread...there was no bottom bread. They spent all that money to renovate the restaurant, so I guess now they're cutting cost on the chicken and biscuits to pay for it!! Smh! read more

First, off we were traveling and wanted a quick stop so we stopped here and they told us you had to mobile order with 4 kids which took forever second they had no refills at all they would not let you get more drink no matter what. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Thank you for responding and I do understand your perspective. It's just weird being so many other Chick-fil-A's are. I'm just suggesting maybe looking into adding a special promotion next year for teachers you could even give us a free fry certificates to give students for good behavior. Absolute worst service. First, they forget our sauces when specifically asked for them and filled our large fries only half way. We then talked to the manager who graciously gave us a free meal. When we went to redeem our meal they forgot our drinks only after giving my wife grief. Worst service. Will not ever go back. If google allowed it I'd give this place 0 stars. read more

The food is always great but why lie this place is awesome if you have a little one. My 5 year old gets a kick out of seeing the cow come out every now and then. On the mild days its nice to eatout side by the play area. I think Chuck-fi-a is the only fast food restaurant that has has a dining area staff person attending to your needs. This place is WAY crowded, the one about 10 min from here is less crowded. But this is the first place I finally remembered to try the Chick-fil-a sauce! Chick-fil-A located in the Patrick Henry mall. Came here on lunch break around noon and there was barely a line. Got my order placed pretty quick and the food came out even quicker. Unlike the Chick-fil-A's near Seattle, there's no need for police presence to assist with crowd control so that's definitely a plus! I come from a far off land where the word "Chick-fil-A" described a place only heard of on the news, and whose presence was seemingly mythical until, well, this year when the restaurant franchise opened up a couple of locations in the PNW. For lunch, I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich that quickly satisfied my hunger. I also tried the Chick-fil-A sauce w/fries and it blew my mind- I don't even know what's in it but it's delicious! Only con about this place was the cost which veered on the pricier side for fast food, and the lady who took my order did not seem very pleasant. Sometimes you just gotta smile a little, not to mention it's a Friday! I am surprised this place even has 4 stars. Maybe service has just fallen off recently. But I have gone to this same location in the mall twice in the last month and every time they disappoint me. The cashiers still used the whole "my pleasure" thing and seemed nice enough but the lack of efficiency here drives me crazy. Definitely not running like a well oiled machine like most Chik Fil As. It took forever to get my order taken and even longer to get my food. I ordered a children's 4 piece nugget meal with applesauce and apple juice. Which meant only a 4 piece nugget needed to be cooked. I am not sure why that would take 15 minutes. This location is running so poorly and I'm hoping they get it together soon. read more

I love this location of Chick-Fil-A. The workers are ALWAYS friendly! Especially the cute old man, Donald.. When you're eating your amazing #1 at the tables, he'll come around and ask you how you're doing. He'll give you all napkins and peppermint candies too. He's so sweet! one time when my family was eating there, he offered to bring our tray full of food to our table and refill our drinks for us. The food itself is so good as well. I can't get enough of their waffle fries. I feel so much better about myself eating here than if I went to McDonald's or Burger King. All in all, I've never had a bad experience at this Chick-Fil-A. Me and my cousin ate here today as we done many times. The store just opened...we got our orders the fries were hot but hard. My cousin took them back and returned with some more fries again they were hot but hard so I took them back and told the manger they were still hard and to feel them. I waited for fresh fries he gave them back to me and I went back to table and they were hard again and now the other food was now cold waiting for fries twice. The manger didnt offer to give us another order of hot food. So when goung to the counter a 3rd time we just asked for a refund. Ordered delivery through the app and they forget my drink and sauces, the man delivering was kind enough to bring my drink back and gave me a gift card for a free sandwich for the inconvenience. So I went to get my sandwich today and I had to go in the mall and the girls working the register were just rude. I couldn't hear her well and she looked at her coworker and laughed and then when I was waiting for my meal they called out the meal instead of my name, (which I understand because I have a difficult name) so she asked the manager to help her and he repeated the order so I went up and she said, "that's what I said" with an attitude. Unfortunately, I could only redeem my gift card here. There is another restaurant close by and I would much rather go to that one and not deal with rude people. They stay so busy because they pay so much attention to detail and making sure you feel welcome as a guest. There is always someone seeing if you need anything else, dropping off an after dinner mint, or adjusting the shades so you don't have the sun in your eyes. And that's when they're busy. There was also someone nearly constantly cleaning off tables. I hate not being able to find a clean table somewhere. Bottom line, they are better than the rest because they try harder. Worst Chick-fil-A experience if I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered food waited for 25 minutes for the food be ready. The Food had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and no employee called my name. My wife had to go up and ask for our food. People that ordered after us got their food before us. This is not my favorite CFL. I hate saying that but I've always had a time in the drive-thru and the lemonade always tastes different from the lemonade at some of my other "regular" CFL's. It all started when we pulled up to the curb where the girl walked over with the iPad to take our order, I rolled down the window and she burped in my face. Instead of saying anything at all about it she just stared me down for what felt like the most awkward few seconds of my life. I felt embarrassed for her figuring she was probably mortified herself and pretended not to have heard. This is where things took a turn for the worse. Halfway through taking our order she interrupted me saying pull forward. Weird, but ok maybe it's because they need to make room for more cars to pull up (even though there was no one behind me). We move up and another girl walks over and asks us for our order. Confused I look around for the first person to help us as she already has almost the entire order already in her tablet. I see her standing around on the sidewalk back where we first started. We explained to the new person that she was already helping us but if she has the same information in her computer we are happy to complete the order with her. She asks the other girl if she wants to finish taking our order since she doesn't have the information herself. The original girl takes her time approaching the car then, just as she gets to our window, she pivots, walks to the door of the restaurant, opens it, and says over her shoulder that the other girl can do it. We are all dumbfounded at this point but, you get what you get sometimes and I guess this was just one of those times. We start our order over with the new person and go about our business. After all that confusion, I guess it's no surprise that they got our order wrong and the grilled chicken tasted like the rubber sole of a construction workers boot. I'll still go back just because it's the only fast food I can stand to eat but I will definitely have fun sharing this story with anyone who cares to listen. Situations like this are so aggravating as they are happening. We were in a rush, running late for an event, we were all so hangry and just really needed to get going. But, looking back now I think it's pretty hilarious. Maybe she had heartburn from eating too much fried food from the kitchen. Typically good service, I've had a couple of rude encounters in the drive thru window and inside, but that might've been from frustration at how busy they were. Expect the drive thru line to be wrapped around the building. Most are very polite and courteous, but a couple gave rude, judgmental stares based on how we were dressed. Whether I'm clean shaven in khakis or have stubble in sweatpants, I expect the same service regardless. read more

If you want amazing waffle fries DEFINITELY GO TO CHICK-FIL-A! Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches ever and the restaurant smells amazing. Their lemonade has chunks of lemons in it. The playground has cool equipment in it, like a swirly slide and a pretend car. The cow mascot looks cool and funny. You should try their amazing cookies and cream milkshakes and vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and a cone. The mints are cream white and they are amazing! Their servers are really kind and nice.
