This place is an absolute joke! I understand that mostly our young generation are offered opportunities to serve in this capacity. However, make certain they are trained and well equipped to handle this role! We waited over 7 minutes to just order, then the young man that attempted to place our order was very flustered! This was rightly so as we learned this was his first day and his trainer was no where to be found. He admitted that this had been happening the entire shift so far. My daughter had previously worked at a Chic Fil-A in her earlier years and actually took the pad and placed the order for us. He was so thankful! We pull around and waited another 7-10 minutes after we were asked to pull up! At this point and the lack of service, I walked and to get a refund and tell them not to bother! The manager Ale was also clueless but did offer to make my order after I showed her my phone. I again thanked her but told her they really needed to get a grip of things. She refunded my money and we made a better choice not to patronize this place until they get a clue or proper training. Very rarely give but 1 star however the entire experience here was absolutely appalling. We preordered our meal ahead of time and dined inside. It took over 20 minutes to get our meal and even at the time of arrival it was incorrect. We were missing our sides and drinks. I went to the counter to inform them of the situation. At the counter there were several other people who were waiting as well for missing items. In all we had to wait 30 minutes for our order to be complete. This Chick-fil-A is super busy- but aren't they all? It is located by Tanger Outlets as well as Walmart and Sam's. The parking lot is very small, and with four spots designated for curbside and other for delivery vehicles, you might want to park in the large lot by the shopping center and just walk over. I visited recently and ordered a Southwest Veggie Wrap. I appreciate that CFA has a menu item for vegetarians available in the app. I did curbside pick up, and I'm glad I checked my ordered because my wrap was missing the creamy salsa dressing that comes with it. I walked inside and ask for my dressing, but I'm glad I did because otherwise, that wrap is bland. Still, having to get out and go inside the restaurant defeats the purpose of doing a curbside order. With how busy this location is and so many similar fast food/fast casual options nearby, I wouldn't make a trip here again. read more

Horrible service at the Center Pointe location in Charleston, SC. On 07/31/2026 at 4:30 pm I walked into this restaurant to order an early dinner. There was one register open and the young lady working it was obviously new because she was having difficulty locating items on the menu. There were two people in front of me when I arrived and my order was not taken until 4:58 pm. Some of the customers behind me started complaining about how long it was taking. There were at least 5 people standing around doing nothing. No one stepped up to help her fill orders. Once my order was taken, I asked another employee if I could speak to a manager. Low and behold the manager was one of the ones standing around doing nothing. I said to her there's employees standing around doing nothing and it took me more than 20 minutes to have my order taken. She proceeds to tell me there are two registers open. I told her to look again. She then asks someone to open another register. Then on top of that, they get my order wrong. I have never been in a CFA with customer service this bad ever. read more

I placed a catering order yesterday, 9/15 for $165 worth of food and picked up this morning, 9/16 at my scheduled time (8:00am). The food was ready immediately and I was greeted with a smile. It was refreshing to get such great customer service and have the food ready when I expected it to be. Great job. Never had to complain about a chick fil a, but this one was just not it. We ordered 5 sandwiches and 4 fries and had to wait more than half an hour for our food (-1 star). It was not so much the wait that was the problem, because I get it. chick fil a is always busy and we had a big order, but they told us the wait was for the chicken sandwiches because they ran out of sandwiches and served almost every customer who also ordered chicken sandwiches before us after telling us they were out (-1 star). When we got our fries to eat while we waited, they were cold and stale, barely room temperature (-1 star). When they finally got our food. Not only was the order wrong but they didn't give us a single sauce packet (no, they did not run out: -1 star). I haven't been to this location since the remodel was finished, and I was in the area, so I decided to give it a try. I placed a mobile order, and I was pleased to see they have a lane just for mobile orders now, which made the process quick and convenient. I just had to scan a QR code and drive around. The service was friendly and efficient, but the overall quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of small hash browns and an orange juice. When I unwrapped my biscuit, it was cold. The cold chicken biscuit was a major letdown, lacking the usual warmth and flavor expected from Chick-fil-A. Additionally, the hash browns were mushy and did not meet the crispy texture I was hoping for, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and satisfaction. This review is specifically for the cauliflower sandwich. For me I normally get lettuce, tomato and extra pickles and non-butter bun, which I did with this. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious either. It looked in flavor and overall has more fat calories than the chicken. I added bbq sauce to it after trying it plain. I don't think I'll be getting that again, unless they make a spicy version. read more

Missing items a full meal and had other items we didn't order which were two med cold fries and the large fry tasted absolutely gross with grease and also cold. 12 piece nuggets don't like do be all there, no straws.ordered spicy filet and it's cold. When you order for a 6::45 delivery and they tell you at 615 it's being made you're thinking it's coming at least warm and it's all on its way. Worst mistake. I would drive to rectify but I am fresh from kidney surgery. Thus why we ordered for delivery. Try to call them phone is answering but mailbox is full, , no one answering, driver isn't responding. This is kind of the review that writes itself... Who doesn't love A treat from Chick-fil-A? They are known for their quick service, friendly staff and awesome food. This location is no exception. Can I admit that the morning staff basically knows me by name and order? I guess I just did. Next time you're there, go outside your comfort zone and order some thing new off the menu. Sure I love a splurge on waffle fries but they have many other great sandwiches including a limited time barbecue sandwich. My favorites: the grilled chicken wrap, classic sandwich and of course those fries. My early morning treat is plain biscuit. Placed my order (just a grilled santa fe salad with 2 dressings) and before I could grab my drink from the register lady, they had my food on an tray and followed me to the table that I chose. And then a super sweet lady came by and gave a mint and a wet wipe.. which I know they have by the condiment and silverware station, but it just feels so different when someone else offers it at the end of your meal. Another check on my Southern "must have" trip checklist. Yes we now have Chick-fil-A locations up north, to be more exact we now have multiple locations in the tri-state area. However, in my humble opinion they are not worth your time. If you are new to the experience they will ruin it and if you are a vet it will remind you of everything it's missing. A true Chick-fil-A visit like this one comes with a wait but nothing crazy. You just know everyone is in love with the chicken. You are never rushed like in the city. There is plenty of room to sit if so please and if its a crowd your food is brought to your table or vehicle (if you ordered via drive-thru). Everyone is pleasant & super courtesy and food is prepared with care not thrown together. After they take care of the crowds the employees will come to your table to get refills for you. In a nutshell you enjoy your experience when you dine at a Chick-Fil-A in the south. You are able to understand why all the cows on the billboards tell you to eat more chicken. Lol. read more

Everyone loves Chick-fil-a! We visited this location late on a Thursday evening and the line was wrapped around the building for the drive-thru! It moved fairly fast and when greeted by the employee taking orders he was extremely friendly and kind. The food as always was delicious. Updated review. The only good thing going for this restaurant was the curbside pickup which has been removed from this site. Ketchup is not available in the lobby any longer, you have to ask for it from behind the counter and the app has been updated and is very buggy so it doesn't work appropriately. It's my pleasure to write this review. And I don't need to work at Chick-fil-A to use my politeness when talking about how consistently efficient and excellent the service is. I'm not the fast food goer, but some days you just don't feel like packing a lunch, or cooking dinner, or getting out of the car for food, so you find yourself in line at the drive thru. Most days a chick-fil-a drive thru is 15-20 cars deep. No sweat! You should be in an out in record time with a correct order and a delightful interaction with their team members. That was my experience here during lunch rush hour. They had two people out taking orders and still when you got to the station to pay and the window to get your food, it's all you. They have my name, know what I owe and then three cars later at the window I'm handed my correct bag of food. I'm not sure what others who say this is a terrible location or have rude employees are talking about. I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. It's definitely a busy location, particularly the drive-thru, so maybe that's part of their frustration, but I've always gotten my food in reasonable time, dealt with pleasant employees and never seen the inside dirty. Food is typical CFA and they bring it to your table. Love their dipping sauces, even on the fries. Usually have an employee working the lobby area cleaning tables and taking your tray/trash for you. Free refills on drinks. Now the drive-thru does look like a nightmare during lunch rush hour times, which is why I go inside. My only real complaint is their electronic trash cans - so difficult to find that dang sensor to make the trash can door open! read more

***This is part of a mini-review-series highlighting Hurricane Florence All Stars. Those who stuck around for the potential storm know how difficult it was to find open businesses. Not only did I find businesses open here and there, I found most of them to have rock star attitudes about it. I had some stowaways from Myrtle Beach here so we had 3 adults, 3 young kids, and two dogs in a home that normally just has the dog and 2 adults. All the windows had been boarded up so it was 24hr darkness... needless to say, we needed out. We heard this Chick-fil-a location was open until 3pm so we drove over to check it out. I've seen Chick-fil-a get packed plenty of times but this was pure insanity. There was at least 40 people in line inside and the drive thru went out of the parking lot and down the road. We sent the kids off into the play place, grabbed a table, and got in line. Now we all expect exceptional service here and I figured there was no way they could keep up but other than the wait being longer and there being people everywhere, they handled it like champs. Our order for 8 people came out quickly, everything was correct, and was still delivered to the table. Obviously, this is just a fast food run but at the time it was also a much needed escape and allowed the kids to burn off all that energy in the play place. Almost every other place around was closed at this point so it was much appreciated.I figured there was no way they'd get this place cleared out with the line they had but they switched the sign on the door to drive thru only after 2:30 which helped them finish up and head home. It seems to me as though -- fast food eateries become faster food eateries once in and around airport proximity, and the quality is compromised. Doesn't matter the airport, doesn't matter the town -- it just is. Chick-Fila runs about the same amount of time at each location, waiting in the Drive thru lines can be a long go. In a new move I've never seen, a staffer was out in the middle of the heat, albeit under a patio umbrella, talking to customers taking customer orders. Great idea.
