    The featured pizza

This is a cool fun spot to get some really good food. Ellie took care of us and she was attentive and personable. We had some beer to start with. What goes better with beer than pizza? We ordered the featured special which had prosciutto cooked on top. It may have even been fried. It was salty crunchy deliciousness. We tried the Margherita pizza with chicken and also tried the pistachio pesto pizza and the fennel and frisée salad. All of them very good. Evo makes good artisan pizza. Give it a try if that's what you're looking for. If you're looking for down home NY style pizza, this may not be your first choice. It's certainly worth trying!

Evo is a Park Circle classic! Cozy comfortable atmosphere, friendly servers, and the pizza are always perfection. Thin, light, soft but toasted wood fire crust. The pistachio pizza is a MUST! We get it every time.

I finally ventured out to EVO in Park Circle to try their Pistachio Pesto pizza since I had been curious about it for a while. The 12" thin-crust pie comes topped with pistachio pesto, Split Creek fromage blanc, ground pistachio, creme fraiche, mozzarella, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Flavor-wise, it was delicious and definitely a unique blend of light, nutty, and creamy. That said, for $19, it felt more like a personal snack than a meal. The portion is small, and for the price, I'd expect something more substantial. Personally, I'd pay around $12 for what I got. I'm glad I tried it, but it's not something I'd go back for. The service and ambiance were also very average. Park Circle is fine, but it's not my favorite part of Charleston, and with so many other great food options in the area, I'll be sticking to other spots.

I sat outside at one of the 6 tables they have in the front. The fennel & frisee salad add roasted chicken was amazing! Everything was super fresh and flavorful! My food came out quickly and the server was great!

Amazing as always and service was great! Started with the wood fired olives. So good - very warm with roasted garlic! We had the special of smoked bacon on pimento cheese which was simply amazing! The "bacon" was a pork belly that was cooked to perfection on the most delicious pimento cheese paired with pickles and pickled onions and toast points! Amazing!! The farmer salad was huge and delicious! The crisp salad with watermelon radish and blue cheese dressing was delicious! The pork trifecta was loaded with sausage, pepperoni and bacon! Just enough cheese to balance all the meat! Perfect meal!

Stopped by for a Sunday lunch in December and expected it to be packed and it was empty. We used their new Blackbird payment system and got our 'regular' but this time added sausage to the pistachio pesto pizza. So yummy!!

We love coming here! The pizza is consistent and never disappoints. We love the wood fired taste and crust. It's usually a wait to get in so prepare to spend a bit of time before being seated. It usually ranges from 35-55 minutes every time we've gone. The service has been decent, nothing bad to report but not a standout either. Inside is small and cute. I like that it isn't huge. Thru have a good wine and beer list. Love their garlic sauce for dipping! They always have an interesting special as well. One of our favorites to visit in park circle and we drive out of our way for their pizza!

We stopped by at 1pm on a Sunday and asked for a table for 9... we knew it was a stretch, but we had heard great things from friends who were here a few years ago and we knew it would be worth it. We put our name in and were told 90 minutes to wait. We walked around the cute treats and 20 minutes later I got the text saying our table was ready!! Already better than expected and we haven't even made it to our table. Food: Focaccia - delicious! The bread was fluffy, the marinara a perfect complement Wood fired olives - I was expected charred olives. I'm glad I was wrong. These had a cozy-grilled flavor that wasn't overpowering. Featured Salad: artisan lettuce, pickled red onion, Kurios Farms cucumbers, roasted brussels sprouts, bacon, toasted sunflower seeds, blue cheese dressing - great! We're usually a ceasar salad with pizza sort of group, but this salad was reason to make a departure. Pistachio Pesto pizza - amazing. Our favorite. It was nothing like I expected. It was almost like cacio de pepe made into a pizza form. I do wish I would have noticed it didn't have a protein and consider adding chicken, but not because of the flavor. Pork Trifecta pizza - spicy pepperoni pizza with friends. Totally worth it if you're a fan of pork. Service was fast and accurate. Servers helped each other refilling our glasses. Gratuity was not automatically added for our large group.

The only pizza spot around that I crave....constantly! You can't go wrong with anything but the pistachio pesto is so unique and magical! Usually go for a salad and a pie to split. More than enough food. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. They don't cheap out on anything! Love to try anything new on the menu, always a treat. Service is kind and accommodating. Winner!

I order this pizza once every couple of weeks and tonight I pick it up and this is what it looks like. It's so burnt I can't even think about eating it. I call they say I need to talk to my manager and we will call you right back. Over 25 minutes later and no phone call back. The excuse is we have new people here. If you order to go check your pizza before you leave because they won't.

Love EVO !! Food and service are always consistently top notch! Pizza is a no brainer for me and it's always delish! Husband tried the Italian Wedding soup special and he enjoyed it! Saved room for dessert and I'm glad I did !!

It's been awhile since I've dined at Evo, but they have some of the best pizzas in the area. Today, I took myself to lunch and decided to go with the Chicken Panini. It was delicious! The establishment is relatively small with seating inside and out. The staff is always very pleasant and provide great service in a timely manner.

A solid choice for wood-fired pizza in the North Charleston area. We ordered takeout, so I can't speak on the ambiance or service, but I will say that we called at 5:30 PM to place a takeout order and it was ready in 15 minutes which was very timely! We ordered two pizzas - pepperoni and cheese. The pizzas are 6 slices. If you are moderately hungry, I would recommend getting 2 pies for 2 people. We had no problem finishing them both. The crust was thin and crispy with a great flavor. The pepperonis were flavorful. Next time, I would definitely like to branch out and order some of their specialty pies. They sounded great and I'm sure after trying these pies, they are delicious!

We have gone during their Paella Sunday & Oyster Roast events and spent beautiful late afternoons outside with friends. They offer a great variety of wine to pair with the food. We got to experience a few different wine tastings. These might have moved offside with their second location but were fun and educational. We made a reservation, but ordered at the counter. We ordered a handful of dishes to share. The girl was very helpful and giving us a separate gluten-free menu that allowed us to order for my husband. This place is a Latin/Asian infusion so we were very excited to see how the flavors played out since it is two of our favorite types of food. The best thing I had was the special, stir fried udon noodles with the steak. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the chili spice on it was amazing and it wasn't overly sauced. The steak that accompanied it was also delicious. The tomato cucumber salad was fresh, but could've used a little more salt in my opinion. The bao bun and tacos were also nice and great portions. I would say for me I didn't love the pad Thai in comparison to the many that I've had before, because it was a bit different in flavor profiles than what I'm used to. I wanted a little bit more of the fish sauce and tamarin flavor. You have to get their milkshakes, I'm sure all of them are great. But the one we have was absolutely decadent and delicious! We had more than enough food, and ended up taking a lot of it home. They were multiple people helping us, and they were all very nice and friendly. I'm coming back for the udon noodle dish!

The outdoor area is huge and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We especially loved sinking into the comfortable rocking chairs, the perfect place to kick back with a drink in hand. The overhangs and fans kept everything cool and breezy, which made hanging outside even more enjoyable on a warm day. One of our favorite features was the outdoor ordering window. It's so convenient, especially if you're visiting with your pup--you never have to leave them behind just to grab another round. The whole place has a fun, welcoming vibe with great music setting the tone. While we didn't sample the food this time, it was definitely tempting, and it's nice to know it's available if you want to make an afternoon of it. Drink-wise, Commonhouse nails it. While beer is their specialty (and they have a solid selection), they also offer a frozen drink and a few seltzers for those who prefer something a little different. And for the pups? They've thought of that too, with outdoor water stations so your dog can stay refreshed right alongside you. All in all, it's a truly pet-friendly spot with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. It's quickly become one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy Charleston with Luna by our side.
