The first time I tried Chick-fil-A, was in Brentwood, TN, in 2015. I thought it was fantastic! I was away for business travel and found a way to eat there three times during my trip. This experience made me super excited to have a location closer to home. The novelty of Chick-fil-A has now passed a bit. But, I think that it is a very good meal! I have had the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, the regular chicken sandwich, the nuggets and the strips. They are all good, with my favorite being, the spicy chicken sandwich, add pickles! It also goes very well with the chick-fil-A sauce. The nuggets are crispier than the strips, both are flavorful. The waffle fries are a nice side note to the sandwiches. After my initial infatuation with Chick-fil-A, I still think they are high-quality, fast food, tasty chicken sandwiches and snack! To the best part of this location, the service has been terrific, each and every time I have visited. They were all drive-thru visits and the service is spot-on, friendly, patient, polite and accurate. The service is also timely and efficient. I definitely will return! read more

The fries are too salty the food is hot, the free chicken nuggets offered for September are tasty and fresh. Veterans beware! Despite being comped for my meal by a store employee- management refuses to honor any discounts for military unless you are wearing a class A or B uniform. Actually probably any military uniform. The rub? They don't actually ask you to show military ID. So leave your V.A. or D.o.d. cards at home- they don't work here! It's generally pricey fast food here. When we pulled in the drive-thru was packed and there were people lined up outside of the door. I'm sure this is common but it did worry me a bit. We will not had a short time until we had to be somewhere. But we moved quickly through the line. The service was awesome, the staff was pleasant and our order was freshly prepared. You will never convince me that there is a better chicken sandwich in this world! It hits home. Every. Single. Time. I grew up eating these but now I don't live near one. We were greatly surprised to see how organized the resturant was running. 2 people on each drive thru line taking orders, 1 person taking payments in card form, moved smoothly and quickly. Food was fresh and excellent. With no open seating, they have it down pat to moving people and not wasting time! CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOUS to staff who did such an amazing job! Drove out of our way to get there, but it was so well worth it. Chicken is lightly breaded, so it isn't as heavy as lots of others with a heavy thicker breading. Very nice to have. Beware of the lack of direction in order to get in line. This Chick-Fil-A is perfect for the Greater Lansing area, just as confusing and chaotic as the can of worms around Frandor. Get ready to do battle with people trying to get ahead of you in line. We were so frustrated with the actions of drivers trying to get ahead. I told someone at the window they should put cones on the right side of the drive through so cars don't drive ahead and just cut everyone else off, his comment after the deer in the head lights look was "we used to have them there"? What? Really? A million minions inside preparing your food and chaos all around that building, felt like a bad case of road rage. My meal came out exceptionally fast and tasted delicious, while I was eating a very nice worker named Cooper Crowe was cleaning the tables while I was eating, I have never seen a fast food worker or even a restaurant worker clean as thoroughly as he was. He even was doing every part of the seats. I complemented him and after that had a little chat with him he then offered us refills. Cooper was very polite and even later brought us wipes and mints.
