Philly steak and cheese sub
LeChele P.

Big Moe's is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking in the previous space of YaYa's chicken. There is seating for about 30 people inside. We decided to give Big Moe's a try since it's the new sandwich spot in town. The team members we encountered were helpful and funny. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. We opted for the bbq chicken ranch wrap and Philly sub. I appreciate that both breads are grilled to add that extra layer of flavor and texture to the sandwich. However, I can't say that we were overly impressed and neither me or my dining companion finished our meals or opted to take the leftovers home. For the price, the sandwiches were underwhelming, perhaps we didn't add proper sauces or something, I'm not sure. The fries however, were flavorful and crispy. I can't say that we will return, there are plenty of sandwich places in town with more flavor without needing to add sauces.

Our overall meal.

We tried the muncher bowl, which was absolutely one of the best rice-based-bowl dishes I've ever had. Perfectly tender rice, juicy sweet chicken, and more, topped with some amazing avocado mayo sauce. The garlic cilantro fries were good (because French fries are fundamentally good), but didn't stand out compared to any other fries we've had. Mostly garlic, didn't really taste the cilantro. The chicken sub was exactly what I was looking for: crunchy bread, cheesy chicken, mayo, veggies. Easy to order, reasonable prices, friendly staff, well packaged to-go orders. We'll be back!

Ordered takeout of 16 boneless Sweet bbq wings and they were some of the best wings I've had in a long time. I ordered and the food was ready in 10 minutes and staff were very helpful. Definitely will be coming back for more wings.

Brisket loaded fries

The food is amazing but also the men working here take it above and beyond friendly service and take pride and passion in what they do 10/10 recommend

I also liked the mismatched mugs. They seemed seriously understaffed, and service was very slow. We ordered drinks, and waited long enough for someone to come back to take our food order that we were starting to wonder if they thought we were only getting drinks. There was another long wait for our food. When it arrived, it arrived in batches. One person ordered three tacos, but the order was entered wrong, so they only got one to start, and they had to wait quite a while for the other two. The food was good overall, but the portions were quite small. I did like the Bourbon Street French toast, particularly the caramel sauce. It could have used more bananas though. The fried pickles were good, as were the spicy mozzarella sticks. The steak omelet's sauce was odd. The nachos were good. The coffee and lattes were good. The regular orange juice had less juice than one poured for our toddler. Overall it was alright, but I don't know that I'd go back.

The Kevin Bacon LT was one of their many varieties of avocado toast which tasted very fresh and clean. Came in on a Sunday morning in August and the wait was 20 minutes, which is normally not an issue but the restaurant was only about 75% full. Service was a little slow but did not alter our positive experience. We will definitely be coming back to try more things on the menu.

Fries are my preferred style and very good, but slightly undercooked by about 30s. Buffalo sauce is nothing to write home about, passable, classic commercial taste. Lemon pepper rub is perfect. I would recommend getting less sauce. Service is incredible, whoever works up front is very nice and friendly. The biggest downside is the time to get your food. This place is very popular and wait times can get up to 20-30 min. pretty good music while waiting.

The staff working were not helpful, rather, they were unwelcoming, and somewhat judgmental as they stared at me making my food decision. The staff need better training on customer satisfaction. Outside of that, I had high hopes for the Mac n cheese considering how much it was advertised. TERRIBLE. Have you ever had frozen pre-packaged Mac n cheese? I'm about 85% sure that was exactly what I was eating. The saving grace was the "awesome sauce" I had on the side. The garlic Parmesan wings were crispy and enjoyable, but lacked flavor. The sweet chili is a copy-cat Asian Zing from Buffalo Wild Wings. Personally, I don't think I'll be coming back to this wing location. I'd much rather go to a local Buffalo Wild Wings.
