I love this place! I go here all the time for lunch during work! They are always fast, on time, and delicious. The salad is my fav, and the quality of food is very good for the price! There are a lot of options, although I do wish there were a bit more honestly. I would have loved to have some sweet potatoes. And although they have many options, you have to pay a bit extra for them. I usually spend around $15 for everything, but it would be less if I didn't add Feta or Protein! Overall the quality is great and the service is wonderful, just wish they had more free options for toppings! read more

We have ordered from Salad House through Door Dash many times. Today we ordered and one item was the Crispy Mutha Cluka. My daughter is currently nursing and my granddaughter is allergic to diary. She requested that they remove the ranch and the cheese. It is right on the receipt and the order. She also added avacado to the wrap. We received the wrap and the ranch and cheese were not removed but the avacado was added. When we called the store and explained the situation they refused to help because we ordered through door dash and were quite nasty. I didn't know door dash made the wrap. We did call Door Dash and they took care of the situation very professionally but Salad House needs help with customer service. They sent the wrong side we ordered as well. The manager, Cynthia, was the rudest person I've encountered in quite some time. When I saw my order sitting waiting to be picked up I politely asked her if she could grab it for me because it was right in front of her. She turned around, looked at me with such a nasty face and angrily said "no, you can just wait". To which I responded, "there's no reason to talk to me like that, and all you have to do is hand me the bag that's right there in front of " she completely ignored me and I had to wait for the cashier (who was really busy taking care of customers) to finish what she was doing to turn around and grab my order for me. I will be contacting the owner of this particular location to let him know how nasty his manager is, and what a bad example it sets for the rest of the employees. read more

The Cobb was delicious, but I will say that I prefer a crunchier lettuce with such a strong salad. Mixed greens wind up being smushed and a little wilted beneath all the fun things in a Cobb. Tonight I added shrimp to my salad and it was so spicy that my mouth is still on fire 15 minutes after tasting the first piece. The manager says they may have used too much Tabasco. Glad to have a salad bar back in Red Bank. Losing Salad Works was a great loss and Salad House has taken its old space and place in the community. While the selection here isn't as large as the one Salad Works offered, it is still very impressive and I especially like the "create your own feature". This place is absolutely incredible at what they do and has filled a huge hole in our small town. (Red Bank has another different quick salad place in town too, which I won't name specifically, but has been a repeated and constant disappointment that I stopped going there a long time ago). The staff here is friendly, they always get your order right when you customize, everything is ready when they say it will be for pickup, and most importantly the lettuce and fixings are fresh fresh fresh. I've been pleased with the 5 different salads of theirs I have tried and they always get my weird custom orders to the t. Best of all, every salad comes dressing on the side automatically (an issue we had with the other place in town mixing it when we specifically requested they didn't). And the salads and custom options they have on offer are of great variety. It isn't your run of the mill salad place. From falafel and crispy chickpeas to every variety of veggie and toss in your can reasonably imagine (except pita chips for some reason, but it's a minor gripe). I usually have at least one major complaint in each review but after coming here 10-12 times already I can say I have none at this point. Please please try this place and frequent often if you like, Red Bank desperately needed a salad joint like this. read more

The ordering process was easy Ann's user friendly, I ordered the Cauli-power salad and removed certain items and just as easily added everything and anything I desired. I have allergies, and I have to be very careful about my choices. The salad was huge I are half and will eat the other calf tomorrow for dinner as well, there are so many different dressings to choice from that I couldn't decide, so I ordered 3 on the side, all 3 were a home run. I high recommend this establishment, I order from DoorDash several times a week, and I have lived in Red Bank for nearly 16 years.
