This location opened yesterday and it seemed to be a great success! I drove through at 7pm and there were about 25 cars ahead of me... But I got through in about 10 minutes thanks to their preparedness and being well staffed! This is a fast food restaurant that I think actually has quality food that I enjoy eating at! Make sure you try the cute lil breakfast mini chicken sandwiches and the honey roasted BBQ sauce is the best!!! read more

If I can do one star or no star this place fucking sucks and I use the word fucking because their fucking assholes. I order my food and ride home get home and find out the girl who took my order is to dumb to put it in correct and he. I ride back and there two mins after they close I knock on the door three times two managers walk by and do nothing when four other employees stare at me no one helps me and I was just in there so to get their attention I just threw my food at the window then they came out wanting to help me what bullshit you want to help me now after you stared at me like I'm a fucking zoo animal then asked me what they can do for me how about me never going to Chick-fil-A again because a company that supposed to be Christian and loving people seems to be selfish and downright rude. read more

We come here all the time and every time is great. They are consistent in serving hot food, quick! And it is always clean in here. Many fast food places are kinda...gross inside. But this place is always wiped down and the play place even seems clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they even clear trash and trays from the table or will bring over a high chair to help us out! read more

A review from one of my 8th grade students.... I arrived at Chick-Fil-A around noon on a Friday after I got my braces put on. The environment was very safe and friendly, and it was the same for their service. Chick-Fil-A is open from 6:30am-10pm every day of the week except for Sundays. They serve chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, chicken wraps, etc., for a very low price. You will definitely be leaving Chick-Fil-A satisfied. One of the things that stands out to me at Chick-Fil-A is their service. They always listen carefully to your order, and are very respectful to customers as well. For example, I have two younger brothers who are obsessed with football and there was a big game coming up so they were obviously very excited. My four year old brother began to have a conversation with the employee and my brother was so happy! It is really cool to see employees interacting with their customers this way! While I was there, a young woman forgot her purse at the table, and the customers rushed out to her to return her purse to her. Chick-Fil-A does an outstanding job keeping customers happy and safe! Because Chick-Fil-A has such high standards, people are always coming back for more! This leads to the fact that Chick-Fil-A is almost never empty! If you are planning on visiting this Chick-Fil-A, I would recommend coming at an earlier lunch and dinner time to avoid lines and waiting. For lunch I would advise coming at 11-noon, and for dinner roughly 5-6. I find that this place is always busy around 1pm, and 7pm, so avoiding those times will make your experience at Chick-Fil-A the best it can be. I would definitely recommend Chick-Fil-A to people and families at all ages. read more

Drive thru at noon during the week- fast, friendly service, order was correct and fresh. Original sandwich is always a go to. While dining in at this location, the dining room was clean & bathrooms were clean and orderly as well. Baby changing table in the large handicap stall. Soup was delicious! Served with cracker packets, you have to ask for more if you need them, they aren't with condiments. Someone came around and asked if we needed a refill and was very polite. Did not interrupt our table conversation. Kids play area at this location too. Kids play area is for children 3 and under. read more

It's my favorite fast food and I don't feel super guilty. It's also my hangover cure- large Diet Coke, tater tots and a spicy chicken and egg biscuit with pepper jack- makes it feel less likely to fall off the face of the world! My kids love the chicken minis for breakfast. Sandwiches and tenders are awesome as well. And I have never met a grumpy employee or seen more pride in service at a fast food place. read more

I love love love Chick fil a!!! It's amazing and the best fast casual restaurant out there. It just came to Omaha about a year ago, and now there are 4 in Omaha! All this being said, do not go in with this unattainable idea of Chick fil a, but please do try! The service is amazing and the servers have incredible hospitality. read more

Just amazing. I feel so much better about myself when it comes to eating fast food at chic-fil-a. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich meal and i add bacon and pepperjax cheese. Their chicken noodle soup is great too for the winter time. read more

We have not been to this location so decided to give it a try. I was optimistic considering the reviews but off we went. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with egg and cheese, ( breakfast ) with a coffee. Hubby ordered the regular chicken sandwich combo and a bagel with cream cheese. ( The menu clearly states bagel with cream cheese ) . The coffee was almost empty and I only got half a cup.. no problem, she said, after its made I will get you more,, plus there are free refrills she says. ( She did not get me more and I had to go up to get it no biggie,) . the bagel did not come with the cream cheese so hubby went up to get it. The cashier stated that it doesn't come with cream cheese and they only give it when they are asked for it, ( ummm its on the big board hanging over the counter that it does come with cream cheese) so we found that odd. My sandwich was good but about half way home I started getting a stomach ache, and at the moment I am not really feeling all that great. the cinnamon roll thingy was alright but not that warm and a little dry. not worth it in my opinion. My son did enjoy playing with other children in the play area so we sat and relaxed for a while , people watching. The cashier had a blank look on her face when people were ordering and people had to repeat themselves quit a bit. I don't know if she was new, or what.. the manager types were busy unloading trucks so there was not much assistance up front, maybe she was a little flustered being by herself but it was early and not much traffic. I would defiantly not go out of my way to go to this location anytime soon. read more

I've been waiting for this day since I moved here almost three years ago!! Growing up in Georgia I've missed my Chick-fil-a!!! I waited about a week for the frenzy to die down and strategically waited until the 10:30 changeover to try and avoid a long wait. I was not disappointed! I don't know if it tasted better because I missed it so much or if it was truly some of the best I've had in awhile. Had the chicken strips and chick-fil-a sauce and deliciously perfect waffle fries. This place was no good. The manager was EXTREMELY rude! The other staff members were very polite. I was not impressed with my chicken, however the fries were alright. I will most likely not come back to this location. read more

As it probably goes for most Chick-fil-A restaurants, it gets busy and it gets busy fast. I went with a friend at 11:30 and we waited 20 minutes for our food. Albeit it was fresh food, other people who ordered after us and ordered more food than us were getting their food before us. Also, the person for the drink refills was also taking orders so to wait for a refill was close to what felt like 10 minutes. After the lunch hour rush, the staff here probably have to tend to the kitchen, so the lobby is always really dirty and had trash everywhere the second time I came. On the bright side, our server/cashier gave us a ton of extra Polynesian sauce and gave us a large drink when he charged us for a small. Might've been an error, but it was great to not have to get up as many times for a refill. Both times I've come to this location, it was a long wait for food but it's always hot and fresh. If I ever chose to come back, it would be after the lunch hour! read more

Yummy grilled nuggets but small portion. Just ok fries. Kids nuggets also small portion. Love the option of fruit cup. Sauces delicious--need more easily available. During lunch rush need someone at drink fountain refilling so person cashiering closest doesn't have to do it after each transaction. Very small play area so VERY crowded. read more

Food is really good! I prefer the breakfast here, but lunch/dinner is also great. For breakfast I recommend chicken minis and hash browns, for lunch/dinner I recommend chicken tenders and yummy waffle fries. Ice cream is very good! Very clean and some what healthy for fast food. read more
