I enjoy this Chick-fil-A! The food is always fresh and tasty! The staff is very kind and friendy. Only issues I have is this Chick-fil-A tends to be quite a bit slower than the other locations. Also I never have understood why this location makes you go grab your own straw when you get a drink. They should just give it to you when you get your drink. I had received an email offer from Chick fil A to download and open their app for a free 8 count chicken nuggets. I downloaded the app in the Costco parking lot and ordered my food (in addition to the nuggets). They obviously haven't got the kinks worked out because people who entered the restaurant with no online order received their food faster than me, waiting at the end of their counter. When I received the nuggets portion of the food, a female manager looking person brought me my food without even asking me if I wanted any sauces before walking away. When I asked her as she trodded away, she snarkily replied, "well what sauces do you want?" Geez, what ever happened to the former CFA service. This must be a "bad" one. read more

Chick-fil-A is absolutely lovely. Always, ALWAYS polite service. Fast service, clean interior. The food is really good, especially for a fast food restaurant. Chicken is always flavorful/tender/juicy. Would 100% recommend getting a chicken biscuit in the morning for breakfast, it's so buttery and good. Their milkshakes are also very bomb. Only took off a star because they don't have many cool drink options like other franchises (except the milkshakes and the seasonal drinks). So unfortunately, I had a five star review at this location. However, this last visit was shocking to say the least. I was debating on giving it a 1 Star, but truth be told I've been here so many times without an issue, I couldn't. I normally visit this location since it's closest to me and it's next to Costco where I shop regularly. I normally order a grilled nugget 12ct meal with a side salad and avocado lime ranch with unsweetened tea. Mistakingly, I ordered a number three asking that it be grilled instead of a number six so I understand where the mistake was made, and when I went up to replace my fried nuggets with grilled nuggets, there was no problem. I heard them yell out Grilled Nuggets from the Back and I got my nuggets within minutes after. Once I got back to my table to eat, I noticed that there were two small curled black hairs on my nuggets. That was pretty gross! I don't know if it was intentional or accidental, but it was gross nonetheless. I think I might take a break from eating here for a while. read more

Ordered breakfast on my phone at 10:25, drove 10 minutes there, waited in line 5 minutes and they said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 which I know. The app doesn't let you order breakfast after 10:30 so why did it let me order breakfast? Because it was 10:25. I've been getting 4 hours of sleep studying and working my ass off. My entire day is screwed now because I'm about to take a calculus exam on an empty stomach, after this I don't want to go here ever again. They even tried to say they can only give me the fruit cup and orange juice. Like what am I gonna do with that? I haven't eaten since 6pm last night who do they think I am. It's a great day at chic-fil-a but y'all don't care how you affected my day. You just didn't want to make me breakfast five minutes after 10:30. We ordered take out, upon arriving home realized that we did not get a waffle fry we had ordered and did not get the dressing for the salad. The sprite we had ordered had no concentrate (it was just carbonated water). We called to location and talked to the manager, the manager said they would refund the entire order. My wife came back into the restaurant the next day to have the meal refunded and the owner then said it was against corporate policy. They would not honor the refund they told us on the phone the prior night. I then called the franchise owner, who was rude and condescending ("you're telling me you don't have salad dressing in your house?!?). Normally chick fil a has good service but last couple visits at this location has been sub par. Usually when this begins to happen it's managements fault. This visit was slow service when we ordered biscuit sandwich they were out and were making more but 12 min Waite. There was only 6 people in the store so they were not busy at all. Changed order to English muffin. Toasters broke but could micro wave it for me . Chose not to eat. The whole time the manager stood 4 far away and said nothing. I absolutely love bringing my son to play in the clean play area. They even have sanitation wipes right outside the play area door! My favorite part besides the grilled chicken nuggets, is the friendly employees. There is one gentleman in particular, who goes out of his way to make my son and my day every single visit. I don't recall his name, but he is always so welcoming. He always makes my son laugh and holds a great conversation. I look forward to visiting this location, just to have my weekly conversation with this fellow. Worst service ever ! This was my first time at their establishment and it left me with the worst experience! I walk in and the place is clean I will give them that but they were so rude and helped many before before me. Once I got to the counter the clerk was dismissive and condescending. I also feel a bit racist (my kids are Mexican and the clerk was white and asked me if they were ethnic and if that's why they were so tan!) honestly none of her damn business. Now I ended up still getting food thinking this was just the clerk and once my kids and I eat it will all be fine, sadly not the case. They messed up our order and when I went to complain to fix it the clerk was even more rude ! She said I ordered wrong and asked for my receipt (which she hadn't given me). So I asked for a manger and she points me to the lobby and says, "he is somewhere in there doing interviews, he has a laptop." First off in customer service you get the manger if the customer is already upset. It was just poorly handled and when it went to a manger my concerns seemed to be less than heard. They did offer to refund my money but I didn't take it because you can't put a price on values and they clearly have none. read more

I am vegan and love that I have options at chick fil A. I went to this location, as I have multiple times before, and was disappointed at the service I received. I ordered a cool wrap with no chicken or cheese (I know it's weird). I explained to the person on the intercom that I knew it was an odd order, but that was what I wanted. I was asked multiple times what I wanted and what I wanted to drink. After a long pause I repeat what I wanted to drink. I got attitude back saying "sorry I didn't hear that" and, again, asked me what I wanted to drink. I told the person probably 4 times what I wanted to eat and drink. I get it if you can't hear, but no other cars seemed to be having problems. When I get to the window, I am asked again what my order is. The lady asked if I wanted the veggie wrap. I repeat it and say I want what I asked for, which was, cool wrap no chicken or cheese. I don't understand the confusion. I want what I ask for. It took a while to recieve my food, which does not normally happen. I will not be back to this location, as this is not the first time this has happened. read more

Rude employees that act like they don't have time for you or your questions. Example I asked if they let you get a chicken sandwich in a kids meal because the one in Bellevue will let you do that and the response I got was "our kids meals are right here" and when I started to reply "I know" she interrupted me and told me to just read them. I waited a good 5 or 6 minutes and there were no other cars behind me. The Chick-fil-a staff at this location is amazing! They brought our food to us one minute after we ordered. They got napkins for us, refilled our drinks, and took our trash for us.
