I stop at this location every once and awhile on my way to or during the workday. The food is exactly as expected from Burger King. You can find reasonably good values in the app. The dining room was clean the only times I've been inside and the staff is usually pretty friendly. Overall it's not mindblowing for fast food, but the food is tasty and the wait times are quick and reasonable. read more

I have gone to this BK for a while now and I am always impressed with their presentation and attention. You can tell this store manager has hired a staff that truly cares about their customers and their service. The waits aren't too bad here, even at their busiest times. This location has been okay when they're actually open. However, it would appear they have major staffing problems. They're closed during stated business hours very often when I've gone there. They just can't seem to attract enough workers to run this place properly. Maybe they just need to pay more. If you happen to catch them open, there's a decent chance your food will be okay, but I usually just go to other BK locations, or just choose a different company. I've been disappointed too many times to find them closed when the web site says they're open. I just don't trust them anymore. If they can get properly staffed up to be open when they say they are, they may get better, but for now, I can't in good conscious recommend this BK. read more

This location isn't it!! If you're craving BK, spare yourself and do not waste your time stopping at this location. Almost every time we visit it's some excuse.....in the morning, a team member is waiting for a coworker before they'll start breakfast. In the afternoon, it's a drive thru full of cars and a staff of people who don't want to be there or have no sense of urgency. In the evening, though the hours say 6AM-12AM, this location closes at 8pm. No winning at this establishment. This is, without a doubt, the worst BK in the city of Omaha. read more

Hard to believe, but I've only eating here one time before I think the reason is because it is always crowded. What is really unbelievable is the level of service. There's a young lady of help at the counter and at the drive-through. A person circulates in the dining room wiping off tables and taking trays and trash. How does this franchisee do this and keep prices reasonable? Really a top notch enterprise. Amazingly great. The sandwich was great. My ice tea was off. But so what? I've been to this BK a few times. It's what you'd expect, but lately, it's been worse. It's almost like they've been taking a page out of McDonalds book. 3 of the last 4 times there's been food missing for the order, "Sorry but we don't have any toys" and they forgot fries and the milk, and last but not least it's going to be a while please pull around to get your order (18 minutes later I get it, get home and I'm missing fries). I mean, I guess it's forcing me to make more meals, but sometimes with life being crazy you just want it your way. read more

I would recommend to everybody looking to dine here to stay away. Service at this location has been abysmal for the last year and a half. When you call to complain to the store the management doesn't care. Then when you call to verify if they are open employees hang up on you. Watch out for a employee named Melissa. She tells you if you don't like it to call their corporate office. This actually used to be a really great location, but over the last couple of years service and quality have gone downhill orders come out wrong And half the time you're lucky if your food is warm. Across the street is a Taco Bell, and about a mile and a half north is a McDonald's. You be wise to take your business there. read more

Ate here for lunch today. Food was good, what I would expect from BK. What I didn't like however was the lack of a ketchup dispenser and cups. It had been replaced by a bin/bucket of ketchup packets on the front counter. This is a lame way to save money. Just give us the ketchup. I used the restroom while I was here and was repulsed. My wife and I were shopping around on Black Friday and wanted to grab breakfast in between stores and she chose BK. We walked in, ordered, and got our food in less than five minutes. The employees were nice, the dining room was clean, and the food was hot and tasty. Nothing too much more to ask for. read more

Had to wait 10 minutes for food when only one car was in front of me. Once I got to the window a blonde lady kept skuffing and having an attitude because she forgot my Dr Pepper and when I asked for ketchup she gave me two, then I asked if I could have a lot of ketchup and she gave me two much and skuffed at me again. Very rude. And once I got my bag it was ripped and got a straw that was too short for my cup so had to open it and drink it from the top. Won't come back. Complaining about a fast food restaurant is like whining that the stripper doesn't love you, but here I am. I've visited this location probably 1-2 times per month for the past 5 years, and I am somehow still amazed that they can't get even a simple order right. I get that life is hard for everybody, but come on, people. If you have an employee that can't handle a task, fire them or put a broom in thier hand. More than 3 people working however inside is closed in the middle of the day. I placed a mobile order for dine in before coming. My vehicle is too big for drive thru. Tried to tell me to walk through drive thru which I've already talked to corporate about agreed it's unsafe and against policy. Almost didn't give me my order and then gave my food at the door. Restaurant is one of the cleanest fast food joints I've seen. The food is consistently good for breakfast. The main reason I decided to leave the review is that they do a good job of offering job opportunities to some great people who may not otherwise get the opportunity with other businesses...and by the way, they do a fantastic job. Stopped in here on Black Friday for a quick breakfast using some coupons I got in the mall. The facility was clean and super busy. Not sure if it was just the day, but busy nonetheless. I've gone through the drive thru at this location during lunch hours a few times, and WOWEE are they quick! On my last trip as I was pulling up I was a little nervous because the line had a decent number of cars in it, but they blazed right through and I had my food lickety split. This Burger King is absolutely disgusting. I had to run to the bathroom and there was urine all over the wall and on the floor. It looked like it hasn't been kept up in days.
