"The Thing" is a beautiful thing! It is basically a tostado topped with ground beef, onion sauce and a mountain of melty cheese. All three of these menu items would be 5 stars even if you were forced to eat them with Taco Bell sauce, but Taco Via has their own sauce that you can dispense from a pump at the drink station. I found myself sipping the sauce between bites and realized then that I must buy a container to take home with me. I plan on using liberal amounts of it on a taco salad at home tomorrow evening.
