I have been to this specific Chick-Fil-A more times than I can count. I have been a top member on the app for as long as I can remember downloading it. For starters, the mobile order only line is such an amazing have. When I go to other cities, it is very rare that they have one. Every member here is extremely courteous and kind. This is a well run location. It's apparent that they hire well and manage the location well. I ordered the #2 spicy chicken sandwich combo and it came out fresh and crispy. The chicken was delicious and the breading was crispy and flavorful. Then it happened. I opened up my sandwich wrapper and gazed in shock at the sight of ONLY: bread, chicken patty, and bread. I lifted off the top bun, then the patty for deeper investigation to find I messed up and didn't order my sandwich as a deluxe for only 70 cents more!!! I was in a hurry to order because the store was less then an hour from closing and I had an episode of what scholars and ancient psychologists call "chicken sandwich shop is about to close so hurry up and order, eat, wash your hands and leave - menu anxiety" or CSSIATCSHUAOEWYHALMA for short. My heart dropped a little bit at first, then I felt my face become red and warm. I breathed deep and I pushed forward with strength and perseverance in this chaotic situation. I looked around me in the dining room for a solution to this MAJOR situation. I saw the Diet Dr. Pepper that the kind woman behind the counter had served me and with the speed of an Olympic Athlete, I plunged my straw into the lid and took a cool refreshing sip. The light to moderate caffeine kick coursed through my veins and with a renewed sense of alertness, I noticed the 3 packets of Chick-Fil-A sauces sitting upon my tray and committed my entire will and being towards stripping the cover off of one and power lifted the top bun off the sandwich and spreading the sweet creamy sauce onto it. With a technique that may even rival the skill of the original maker of this sandwich, I put the bun back on and then took a bite of my #2 regular, non deluxe, spicy chicken peasant sandwich (with DIY sauce upgrade). It was good. real good. The situation had been resolved. As I chewed, coping thoughts drifted through my mind: What even... is lettuce? Does adding tomato even make a sandwich deluxe? If you added pepper jack cheese to your spicy chicken sandwich and i did not, are you automatically a better person than me? Having a deluxe chicken sandwich, doesn't help you change a car tire. Even so, next time, my sandwich will be Deluxe. Because I deserve it and I will not forget. I will not allow CSSIATCSHUAOEWYHALMA to take control of my life ever again. I am giving this a 5/5 for a fast food joint. There is no better option, plain and simple. I have been going to this Chick Fil A specifically since the opening. I have never once had a bad experience. From the way you are spoken to, to how fast you get your food. The food is always hot and fresh, I can only think of once that my order was wrong but it was instantly corrected. The drive thru line is setup perfectly and efficiently. The worst chic-fil-a thus far. I've been to a lot of these food chains and honestly if this were my first experience at one, I would never eat there again. I ordered the grilled nuggets and the kale salad. Kale salad had just about expired it's shelf life, so I threw it away, plus it was overly saturated with the sauce. Grilled nuggets were warm, tasteful, but had some non edible parts if you know what I mean. I also ordered a diet Dr Pepper when I was given a regular Dr. Pepper. What can you say about this place, the drive-through wraps around two times. And they still have you out in less than 15 minutes. The food is very consistent, and very good because they stick to what they know. The staff is completely amazing! They are friendly and always very very respectful, it is a pleasure to deal with them. You can go to any restaurant nearby, where the line is half as long and it will take you twice as long to get served. The chicken is always crispy and hot. It does not matter if you're going for lunch or breakfast. It is always a hit! The chicken minis are awesome for breakfast but their biscuits are buttery and flaky. The spicy chicken lives up to its name while not being too overly spicy. The limited time lime freeze is a reason alone to go there!!!! read more

The best friendly service It town. We enjoy the Cobb salad and cut up extra chicken on top. We like the chic filet sauce as our dressing. Watch out for it's super high calorie content so be sure to limit it to one! It's so delicious and goes a long way. This is our salad of choice for 1/2 way healthy salad night. I'm currently out of town and decided to go to my favorite food place Chick-fil-A. There was a line around the building but that's usual for this delicious restaurant. I decided to go in and there's wasn't a line at all. The place was very clean with excellent customer service. I decided on the Cobb salad with a regular chicken sandwich while getting it as a carry out. Food is always fresh and incredibly fast. They have the best nuggets, even if they are small & the grilled market salad is one of my favorites of any salads at any restaurant. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was for the service I received from an older lady who works there. We were at the counter ordering and she was talking about how cute my two sons were until the oldest looked up at me & said, "I farted." Boys will be boys. But, this woman gave me the nastiest look and her whole attitude towards us changed when she heard him say that. She was no longer friendly & almost downright rude. Just didn't think it was a big enough deal to deserve that kind of treatment. Another thing that concerns me is their play place. My son loves it but to me it does not look that safe. The inspection rating page taped to it has been conveniently torn so you cannot see last inspection date. But, even after the few issues, I still love Chick-Fil-A & it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. read more
