Tried chick fil a a few months ago for the first time The Best fries & customer service! Love it!

Super awesome service. Kayla helped in the drive thru and she made my day! We are from Northern California and she was the first friendly person I had run into all day! I was out with my 4 children ages 15 to 5, back to school shopping at the Antelope valley mall, TJ Max and also Wendys everywhere we went there were rude employees or customers to me or my kids. I was ready to give up and had literally bought nothing when I told the kids I would try this restaurant. Well Im so glad I did because they made me and the kids feel like I was back home with thier courteousness, professionalism and light heartedness, really made my day. Heard this was amazing food, gotta say it was nothing special and not so great. First the 2 stars are for service only, the soda was all carbonation the fries had no flavor and the chicken was just ok, if it wasn't for the sauce I wouldn't of had any flavor. This place, as great and amazing as the employees are (seriously, the meme about Chick-fil-A employees being nicer to you than your own family is a tried and tested truth roflmao), is a one trick pony. They only good thing on the menu is the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything else tastes the same to me, very bland. But they're great at customer service. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had, I drove 20 minutes to go to Chick-fil-A and spent about 50 dollars just so they can get my order messed up, when I got home and found out they gave me the wrong order I instantly called and let them know what happened not only did they make it seem like I was lying but they were extremely rude. One of the employees had the audacity to tell me they had the footage of me receiving all the food when half of my food wasn't in the bag. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. By the way isn't Chick-fil-A supposed to be a Christian company with the attitude of their employees I would have never guessed. read more

The young lady working the drive through today and the young man assisting her had the biggest, brightest smiles and were so amazingly polite that it just touched my heart. I have seriously never been disappointed with this place. The drive thru line is always a little long but it moves fast. The entire staff seems pretty young but they pride themselves on customer service. I absolutely love eating here because the food is fresh and believe it or not. I've been hesitant to write this review since I have normally had great service with chick-fil-a AND one of my good friends works at one as a supervisor, so I do have respect for the other side of the counter. However, today was by far the worst experience I have had dealing with restaurants in this entire pandemic. My partner and I work on an ambulance and have normally been able to order food with someone outside by the drive through since the lobby is closed and our ambulance is too large to fit in the drive through. Today we were told by a crew member we had to use to App to order, which neither of us had on our phones. To add to this, neither of us get service in this particular part of Palmdale. We mentioned this to the crew member and he said to just try and download it. K. Thanks. We asked for the on duty manager to see if we could please place an order and explained the situation and she just said, "yeah, sorry, we reccomend the app." So I humored this and got onto some nearby wifi and downloaded the app. Which btw, there is no option on the app for a vehicle description of an ambulance in case y'all were wondering. We mentioned this to the manager as well and once again asked if we could please place an order, to which she replied, again, "yeah, sorry, we reccomend using the app." I didn't think I had to ask someone so much to take my money, so we just left. By far, was not "my pleasure" to deal with this and will not be going back to the only chick-fil-a in town. read more

I used Chic Fil a for a catering order for our employee luncheon. I have to say from start to finish it was a great experience. I ended up looking up everything online, but had to call in my order (because of my company cc, not Chic Fil a), the person was friendly and efficient in taking my order. When I got to the restaurant to pick up our order, they were all ready for me and it was friendly and fast. They helped me carry everything to my car and even let me take the insulated carrier with the sandwiches inside. The hot food was hot and the lemonade cold. The staff is great and the food was delicious. They provided plenty of sauces, plates, forks, spoons and serving spoons. The sandwiches held up very well and the staff loved them. They are simple with a nice soft bun, pickles and a perfect filet of breaded chicken breast. The mac n cheese was super cheesy, the noodles were perfect, and even after travel from the restaurant to my work was warm and tasted very fresh. The only bad I can say is the parking lot is full and ridiculous, but that's not their fault. My staff loved it, the service was great and we will definitely use their catering again! read more

Ok so it would be super awesome if they had an adult menu & not just a children's menu! When hungry I usually order off the adult menu not the kids menu, seeing as I'm hungry. The food tastes good but the portions are for toddlers NOT adults & then the prices are for a sit down restaurant which is made worse since your gonna still be hungry & have to spend more or cook after spending sit down restaurant prices for a sandwich. read more

Why must you get my order wrong literally every other time I visit? First time, I ordered 4 regular sandwiches and you gave me 4 spicy sandwiches. I can let that one slide. That's okay. But today, you only give me HALF of my order that's on the dang receipt, and then stand there looking at me like I'm a jerk for holding up the line because YOU messed up. Food is good but the drive thru service is below standard, very slow, at times the order is wrong, and again this evening after I left the location my order was wrong. Those that take orders in the drive thru need to listen closely rather than repeating your order before you complete your order, I clearly ordered the four strips of chicken and stated chicken only, what did I receive at first was chicken nuggets with fries. I told the girl at the window that my order was to be the four strips of chicken only and a large Diet Coke . This place specializes in chicken so it better be good. Is is actually very good. Definitely the best fast food chicken sandwich you can buy. The #4 is my favorite. Today I met the happiest employee ever. Amanda she made my day. When I walked in she was smiling and full of joy. When I asked her why the big smile she replied " I love my job". The impact she had on the customers one after another was priceless. I ate my breakfast and watched as she made every customer smile. By the standards of a quick-serve restaurant, I have no problem giving this location 5 stars. I've seen on their social media page that people gave them a hard time for forgetting a sauce or giving them the wrong salad dressing. They opened in October 2015 with a brand new crew so yes, some of the kinks still had to be worked out but I think that those people should have cut them some slack on such minor issues. We purchased food for our whole family and it was perfect, except for one sandwich that was missing ... well, chicken. LOL It's a little bigger of an issue. We live about 20 miles away so we certainly weren't going to drive back for that. However, I contacted them and explained what happened. The owner called me back and was very apologetic. I won't go into all of the details because I don't want people trying to scam them for freebies. Suffice it to say that they made up for the sandwich and then some. The staff was awesome, the management was awesome and they've won a Chick-fil-A customer over who wasn't a fan previously. I particularly like their spicy chicken sandwich. I'm a condiment fanatic, but I don't ever put any on their spicy chicken deluxe because it's so flavorful and moist by itself. I highly recommend them for the service and the food. read more

This place is one of a kind. The employees are wonderful, awesome, polite, friendly, helpful, out of this world amazing. What an awesome company to treat everyone with exceptional service and respect every time we go in there. Flowers on every table, I feel like I am at Church and shouldn't swear when I go in there. The chicken sandwiches are delicious, reminds me of KFC's original recipe. I love love love the creamy lemonade. They make their lemonades fresh by hand. Love their sauces like Chick-fil-A, Polynesian and sweet siracha so delicious. The place is always so clean and they are always coming to ask if they can clear your tray.
