Just came here for lunch, I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I have to say I was not disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich had a good kick and their sauces are really good. I ordered to go and they handed me like a colorful cup like thing. I didn't know what it was for until I saw people putting stuff in there like napkins, straws and forks. I love Chick-fil-A, but not this one. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club combo w/no lettuce and tomato w/ a large peach iced tea to drink. So it would only be chicken bread bacon and cheese. I went to order for the other in my party and they cut me off and told me my total. I told them I had more orders and they responded. We ordered. Once we got our orders, my drink was a small and they kept telling me it was a large, my chicken sandwich had no bacon or cheese, and the fries were only filled to half the container. The food was also below your average Chick-fil-A food as well. I feel generous giving this one star but geesh this place sucks. read more

Food is always good and I prefer the breakfast chicken biscuits. It appears to me that they have shrunk significantly in size in the last couple of years. I wonder if there are different business plans in different locations. Service here seems to be less on the floor (refills, questions, tray pickup)than in some other locations. Today was my first time eating at a Chick-fil-A, and it will definitely not be the last. Their grand opening was 2 days ago, so I expected to wait in line for a while, but even with approximately 20 people in front of me, my wait time was less than 5 minutes! The place was crowded but I found a seat right away and even before my mom and I sat down and got my baby settled, our food had arrived. The service was the best service I have ever received, which I didn't expect because it's a fast food place. Employees were constantly going around offering refills and and extra ketchup and sauces. We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and a grilled chicken nuggets kid's meal, but we soon realized we were missing a kids meal to go. I was surprised we were able to order and pay for a new one right from our seat without getting in line again, which was great! Not only was the food great, but so was the service ( I hope this wasn't just because of the recent opening) we didn't even have to get up for a straw! I just ordered, sat down, ate, and left! CHICK-FIL-A. My go to spot. Food wise I always enjoy my deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Pretty fresh in comparison to other food chains & decent size sandwich. Service is usually pretty fast & always friendly. But tonight.... things WEREN'T OK. I started with my usual. Accompanied by my sisters. I noticed that my sandwich was cold. So I went to ask if they could toast it up a bit. In a friendly matter they replied "yes of course". I probably waited 10-15 min, probably even longer to be honest. Alas they brought my sandwich. Everything was going well per usual. Then a few moments later, an employee comes around & says "it's been 15 min after we closed, make your way out". I couldn't believe what I had just heard. I understand they were closed. And we weren't planning to stay any longer but for the employee to kick us out, when they took 20 minutes to make my food. We could've been done & out of your hairs. The legends are true. This Chick-Fil-A is as good as it gets. I should know: I'm here several meals a week. In fact, I'm sitting in it now and anticipating a friendly staff member will be picking up my tray at any moment. The food quality is consistently superb. It's also ready incredibly fast -- sometimes quicker than I can find a seat. Not that finding a seat is difficult. Busy as they stay, there's always enough space and privacy to enjoy lunch with friends or family (my tray was just taken, by the way -- thanks Belle!) The real gem of this store is its terrific staff. The great food and fast service would be nothing without the glowing personalities running the shop each day. The table next to me is swapping travel stories with a staff member (happy birthday to the gentleman), and I've enjoyed chatting with the CFA crew about everything from vacation plans to the Turing Test. These are the kindest people I've ever met in the service industry and I'm ceaselessly impressed with them. The prices are admittedly higher than other fast food restaurants, but at $6-$10 a meal, not unreasonably so. I like to think the higher costs help pay for a stellar staff, the caliber of which is only found at Chick-Fil-A. The store is closed on Sundays, which I wholeheartedly support (well, except for that greedy part of me that wants my waffle fries all weekend.) And no, the food is not particularly healthy, though no worse than most fast food fare. I'm not sure why one would venture into a fried chicken restaurant looking for low-cal entrees, but Chick-Fil-A DOES offer salads and wraps. As a strictly carnivorous chicken-eater, I can't attest to their quality. In whole, I can't praise this restaurant enough. They are my last stop before a trip out of Palmdale and my first visit upon return. Belle has offered to refill my drink for me, which indicates my review has gotten too long. Super awesome service. Kayla helped in the drive thru and she made my day! We are from Northern California and she was the first friendly person I had run into all day! I was out with my 4 children ages 15 to 5, back to school shopping at the Antelope valley mall, TJ Max and also Wendys everywhere we went there were rude employees or customers to me or my kids. I was ready to give up and had literally bought nothing when I told the kids I would try this restaurant. Well Im so glad I did because they made me and the kids feel like I was back home with thier courteousness, professionalism and light heartedness, really made my day. First the 2 stars are for service only, the soda was all carbonation the fries had no flavor and the chicken was just ok, if it wasn't for the sauce I wouldn't of had any flavor.
