The food we had at this Chick Fil-A was good, but the service was not too impressive. First it took a while before someone came to take our order, then when they did they were not friendly at all. After paying I told them thanks and to have a good day, nothing from the staff. Then it took an extremely long time for our food to be cooked and given to us; we ordered a regular chicken sandwich and a soup. They threw it on the counter with other's bags of food when they served it, so the customers were having to read the receipt to see which bag was there. When we went to find a table they were all dirty, so we cleaned one off to sit at. As we arrived into town on vacation we were in a bad wreck while stopped at the light in front of this location and our car was totaled. I walked my 3 littles who were thankfully not hurt over to Chick fil A while the wreck was worked. The staff was absolutely a blessing to my family. The staff checked on us, welcomed us in, offered us food, they let the kids play while I figured out how to get a new car seat, rental car ect. They even insisted on helping me carry things to our rental and helped us load up. They went above and beyond with customer service. I own a restaurant and would hope my team would care for someone the way they did. read more

It is impressive how much worse the Chick-fil-As on 23rd St. are compared to any other location in any other city. Missing food often, fries are either totally unsalted or so overly salted that you can't eat them, and spotty service. The day crew is a lot better than the evening crew. Never have any issues with getting breakfast or lunch. Came here to get dinner & the manager and a cashier is just carrying on a personal conversation. After standing there for a couple minutes, the cashier (who looked at me a couple of times, manager did to) finally asked if she could help me since the other cashier was busy helping customers. Then, I had to correct her on my drink order & then my order. Long story short. Food is good. Day shift is the time to go. Overall great experience. I'm a regular and consistency is key. The only reason I did not give the full 5 stars is because when I typically order through mobile order from any other location they make sure there are napkins and a straw in the bag. Unfortunately this location hasn't done it since I have ordered from here and that's quite a lot of times. Also when I order an iced coffee it seems like I get nothing but cream and no coffee and also not filled all the way. So, I'm just going to start off this review by saying that I have been to this location before and everything was very nice, but today it really ticked me off the way the little girl handled the drive thru. So we live in pcb but the Chick-fil-A here is crap so my wife said why don't you go to the one in pc because it's always great. I was pressed for time but decided to do so and ended up pulling up to the drive thru speaker box at 10:30. When I placed my order for breakfast which is the only thing I will eat at Chick-fil-A, I was told that it was 10:30 and they were now serving lunch. Now for those of you that are thinking big deal, I'm just going to say that I've had it with businesses acting like I should be so happy they are there and bow to them for being there instead of them providing customer service like it used to be. I don't go around expecting any kind of special treatment or favors and I treat everyone with respect. After she told me that it was 10:30 and they were only serving lunch I told her that I have always been under the impression that they served breakfast until 10:30 to which she repeated it was 10:30 and they are serving lunch. I have been to my fare share of Chick-fil-A in many different states. I have ordered breakfast at them as late as 10:45 before and never have I been told when breakfast is still being served that they won't serve it to me. Here is a piece of advice for any business, when a customer shows up and wants to give you their hard earned money, don't turn it down, because now you have lost my business forever. I will not be back because of that one instance. Not as much because of the lack of customer service, that has a lot to do with it, but also because it was out of my way to begin with and if you can't meet me at 10:30 for breakfast when I drove 20 minutes out of the way, I'm sure as heck not doing any favors for you and spending my money with you. Love the food but the customer service? HORRIBLE. After working a 12.5 hour shift I love to get chik fil a because i'm typically starving. however, the last 3 to 4 times that I have went I have encountered the same manager that acts like the sauce police. each time I go I get less and less sauce. And to top it off the sauce is jelly! it started out that I would get about six (yes i love my jelly) and now I am lucky to get three for a full meal. This morning I was told that she was supposed to give me one jelly for my entire order but said she was being "generous" and gave me three. after contacting Chick-fil-A support this morning I have still not received any help regarding the issue. This place is in slow motion. Cars wrapped all the way around the building and employees just staring at order screens like they are going to make the food for them. Not like a regular Chick-fil-A where there's just lots of customers. Here it's like they didn't know they needed to cook a bunch of chicken at mealtime. Sometimes at breakfast it looks like they ran out of chicken and cut the pieces in half so it would go further on the biscuits. Nothing like waiting in line a long time for breakfast and get a piece of chicken so small your still hungry. This place needs help. read more

It was a regular Saturday night, I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up the guy taking care of me was super excited to see my dachshunds and offered chicken nuggets to them. After handing me the hot chicken nuggets we excitedly exchanged sweet nothings about our favorite dog breed (dachshunds) that we both parent and bonded over our love for said dogs. He told me to have a great night, I told him he is so wonderful. I got home and my food was not correct. Instead of sandwiches we were blessed w nuggets. I couldn't even be upset. ( FYI my wife loves these places i never have eaten at one prior to this )1st the young lady was extremely pleasant upbeat and had a great demeanor for an employee of a chain . ( i have eaten at many as a truck driver in america. ) she really made a huge impact on this establishment. 2nd i had breakfast it was hashbrowns cooked extra crunchy at my request and a coffee and a bagel with chicken egg and cheese. Was a pleasant surprise as i enjoyed it all . will definetly return and probably will take my wife out fir a date at our local chick-fila... BTW as with mcds and others my only complaint here is the bagel sizes in fast food places has SHRUNK. I am a native NYer and those are mini bagels at best lol read more

The food is fine, but if you really enjoy children screaming and crying and running around unattended, this is the place for you ! Nothing like sitting and eating lunch with the soothing sounds of a daycare center surrounding you. Its so enjoyable when a child comes up to you table and reaches for a french fry while mom just yacks away to her friend completely un concerned what her little Billy is up to. It gets better when the child behind you screams on and on right in your ear while mom just pops another chicken nugget in her face while checking her text messages. Dont miss out on the race around the dining room that takes place every couple minutes, and place your bets on which kid doesn't knock over a chair, or crash into a adult holding a tray of food. I've been to this location twice in the past three days because I have family in the hospital. BOTH TIMES they have gotten my order wrong. I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal both times and on my first visit I received a chicken sandwich meal. The second time I only received a four piece nugget with no side even though the girl who took my order asked me again if I wanted the meal. This is ridiculous that it's this hard to get an order of chicken nuggets. I understand being busy and that this happen but this consistency of getting things wrong says bad things about the employees and management of this location. The service here is always great! If there is ever any delay, the workers are very apologetic and sincere (and usually will give you some coupons for the trouble!!). The best thing this location has going for them is an employee named Sandy. She is super attentive, always checking on the customers, offering refills, etc. She seems to truly love what she does and is the reason I drive out to this chick fil a, even though it's not the closest. I was walking out of the bathroom shortly after an employee in a black shirt walked in. I walked up to the counter to get my drink refilled with my brother. The employee that I saw in the bathroom came up beside me, leaned over the counter, and whispers to the employee that was refilling our drinks "guess who didn't wash their hands..." and looks at me. I can't wash my hands with normal hand-soap because I get a really bad rash on my hands from certain chemicals, so I bring my own hand sanitizer with me wherever I go. I'm sure the employee didn't know that I had a medical condition that prevented my from using the hand-soap that was provided, I just really didn't appreciate how she went about handling the situation. read more

The layout and design of the store is terrible and forces chaos as everyone stands in a big group whilst brushing arms with one another guessing whose next and whose been waiting for 20 minutes. I feel like it shouldn't take me almost 30 minutes to get the most popular item on the menu. And I'm sure this app is the answer, but unfortunately 2 girls walked in with app orders in which no one had any clue and continued to wait. I'm not usually one to go out of my way to complain, but I truly felt as though this needed to be called to attention. The service was awful!!!! If I could give them a zero I would. We are from Columbus Georgia and the service there is wonderful. Everyone greets u when u walk in and have friendly attitudes. When we entered the establishment no one spoke at all. There were 3 cashiers and it was very slow with the service. I'm just very surprised with the service and cleanliness of this restaurant. There were four of us dining in and it was not a good experience. The food was hot just like we are use to but I'm just very disappointed with the overall service no one spoke when we came or left. We observed a little girl getting hurt and her and her mom were standing by the register with the little girl crying and no one asked what was wrong or if they could help, finally after about 5 minutes a cashier asked and went and got bandaids for the little girl.
