Chick-fil-A is insanely overrated. I pay $8 to eat a soggy breaded chicken sandwich and decent fries and continue to be starving afterwards. I can get a Chipotle burrito and chips for just over $8. That's almost triple the food that tastes way better. Or I'll just go to Popeye's and get some real chicken because they are actually open on fucking Sundays. And if I here one more damn "MY PLEASURE" I'm going to kill somebody. How about all you high class "too good for Popeye's" white people try something new. P.S. the management is couple cans short of a six pack. dont advertise your open when you closed at 4pm and have a guy name john said the app dosen't charge when it does and causes pending transaction that shows a charge on banking app. thatait caused issues at pick up window. no notifications on app or doors . thats management lack on managing a location. communication works when you apply it. read more

So my all time favorite chicken still comes from KFC, but as far as chicken sandwiches go, Chick-fil-A's got them beat! But not only are the sandwiches great, but the customer service is outstanding and this location was super clean! Got my spicy chicken biscuit sandwich craving this morning. There were about 3 cars ahead of me but the line moved super fast as it typically does at CFA. Customer service is top notch at CFA Jomax as it is in other CFA locations. The complete opposite in customer service near the bottom of the barrel is naturally Micky D's and Taco Bell which rarely even make eye contact nor acknowledge you when you order drive thru. The staff here is professional and courteous, everyone from the front of house to back of house. This seems to be the standard vibe at literally any CFA that operates, without exception. Download the app to use the mobile thru option or just download the app to earn points for every purchase to get free food.

I order the chicken bowl here regularly, and unfortunately about 1 out of every 2 times, the…read moreportions and food quality are extremely inconsistent. They barely put any eggs in the bowl, and on multiple occasions I've gotten what amounts to basically ONE chicken nugget worth of chicken. The hash browns are also soggy about half the time instead of being fresh and crispy like they should be. I've brought these issues to their attention multiple times, yet they continue to happen. At this point, I genuinely don't understand it. Does Chick-fil-A not have a standard recipe, portion guide, or quality standard employees are supposed to follow when preparing these orders? When you're paying full price, you should receive a reasonable portion of chicken, the proper amount of ingredients, and hash browns that are actually fresh. Customers shouldn't have to inspect their food every single time just to make sure they received what they paid for. The inconsistency at this location really needs to be addressed.
