I love Chick-fil-A! At least other locations I have tried. I recently moved to this area and came here for the first time a few weeks back. Saw the biggest line I have ever seen in a Chick-fil-A. I figured it's because it's very popular around here, and other ppl like me love their menu. But after my third attempt at this place, I realize that the ridiculous lines in this place are not just because of the popularity. It's got to be the staff! The lines move one car every 4-5 minutes. Sometimes more. I turned my car off one time for about 12 minutes because it simply wasn't moving. What sucks is that once in line, it's hard to get out of it after 30 minutes of not even having an order placed, but having 10 cars in front and 10 cars behind. I'm not kidding you. And if you want to see it for yourself, simply drive by and check it out. But do yourself a favor and do not enter that line. For no on, I will drive to any other location even if I have to drive further to not ever be stuck in that absurd line. read more

I do not go come here often largely cause lines are extremely long. Tried mobile order to speed up process. Went through drive thru. They Could not find order even though I had receipt and was charged. Entire process took extra 20 mins at a time when I had a short lunch to start with, Staff was apologetic but doesn't make up for time lost. read more

The customer service here is always amazing. I remember when I first started coming here it was summertime had to be 80-90 degrees outside and they were still so cheerful and accommodating. They never get my order wrong and they arent stingy with the sauce. McDonald's could never!!! read more

I wasn't feeling well so I ordered the chicken soup using DoorDash. It was delivered on time and was hot. But...it was practically all broth and just a little bit of chicken and noodles on the bottom. For $7 plus the delivery fees it was extremely disappointing! I always come to this location to pick up a mobile drive they order. It's usually been a pretty smooth process but today was anything but. The parking lot, drive thru situation was a literal sh#% show. Road rage over people trying to pull their car into the right lane. People were trying to get into drive they line from all directions. Through traffic in the parking lot was completely blocked bu those waiting to get in drive through. After waiting almost 20 minutes or so I got to the window to pick up my order. They said it was not ready and directed me to parking spaces to pull into. Well, there was not a single one available. I had no where to go. Almost got hit by other cars backing out. Finally was told by an employee to go park somewhere else. Parked and waited another almost 10 minutes for my order. Bottom line is the drive thru situation is a nightmare as far as people getting into the line. Cars are trying to enter from multiple spots. People are thinking others are cutting them off. It was just an absolute nightmare. This drive through and parking lot situation needs to be re-designed. I won't be visiting this location anymore. Grabbed some to-go from here for lunch. The lines were long but moved fast. The staff was friendly and they accurately got my order. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. I love the variety of sauces for the chicken nuggets. Waffle Fry's are my favorite. Keep up the great service. read more

Chick-fil-A will satisfy your crave for chicken, just like the name says this place is all about chicken and oh boy do they deliver on their promise, putting aside all the controversial statements and beliefs Chick-fil-A has, this place is one of the BEST fast food places to eat at, even if your not a huge fan or chicken they make it so that even if it's not your favorite you'll still enjoy it a lot, they offer a variety of chicken based food items and meals, they also offer other items like salads, and or breakfast items. It's always a great place to stop by if your looking for great fast food location, and or extremely great chicken. If your a huge fan of fired chicken, or just chicken in general, I would definitely recommend checking out your local Chick-fil-A. They also have one of the best customer services I've ever seen, always being super polite and understanding. The only cons about Chick-fil-A I can think of are that almost every location is always going to be packed with an overwhelming amount of customers at all times, and that it is definitely not the cheapest place to eat at, and for some people that might destroy the whole point of fast food being cheap to get, however besides the pricing and the wait, Chick-fil-A is one of the best fast food establishments out there and I would absolutely recommend eating here sometime. read more

Can't stand this place unless Kellen, the 6'5 Hunk, is working. All customer service by Kellen is more than exceptional. He not only deals with my sassiness but is also good with his hand (no pun intended) The guy can make anyone laugh, I almost hooked him up with a gig at the comedy club I own but he's moving up at chick fil a so he didn't want to jeopardize anything. Wow. Nothing but disappointment at this location. Love chick fil a, no doubt but this service is horrible. My meal has been messed up so many times, not just the forgot to add pickles but I've gotten other people's orders. Last night I spent 27$ on MY order but got someone else's worth 10 bucks. Called and complained to their "manager" Andrew, who was a d*ck. He said he'll give me my order, as he should. Went to go get it and they messed UP AGAIN! called him back saying it's messed up again and he said the company has "already done enough for me." WTH! A multi million dollar company can't give me my $27 order back? Or EVEN RIGHT? Ruined my day. He even hung up on me. Never again. This is the worst chik fil a i have been too. They offered a mobile monday mystery gift if you order via mobile. I placed my order via mobile app and when i arrived at the mobile to-go line they couldnt retrieve my order. They thought it was user error so the person checked my app and saw that i did everything correct. They then told me that the app has issues a lot and told me to go to next agent for more assistance. Long story short they kicked me down the road to two more agents and problem did not get resolved. In the end i got no rewards and no points for my meal. I couldnt even add my points back because the kept the receipt. I have contacted management multiple times and finally got a reply. They said they will give me a 8 ct and told me to call corporate to get my points. I called corporate and they said the store does it. I am getting kicked back and fourth with no answers. And 2nd time around i have called and left messages to the manager and he did not answer or call me back after i have left him multiple messages.. this chi fil a is poorly managed and takes no responsibility because they are franchisee. I got dragged here by a friend a while back. I hadn't eaten Chick-fil-A since it was on my college campus years ago, but I went along anyway. UGH. I guess this constitutes as "good" food if you grew up in a trailer, but otherwise...pass. 1) The chicken always has a weird strip on the end that makes me wonder what exactly it is. It's chewy and disgusting and I remember cutting it off every time I ate CFA in Flagstaff. 2) In true trailer park fashion, everyone has their dirty, loud, screaming children with them and let them run wild, usually barefoot or with a dirty diaper sagging two inches from the floor. I wish I could give them a "F" they get our order wrong more often than they do right. Today wrong sandwich, last week Friday's sandwich had cheese when we asked for no cheese. Monday's bagel sandwich was an English muffin and I got 2 bagel bottoms with cream cheese. We never order biscuits on Monday because they are dried out and hard. Then there was a time the bagels were so hard you could knock on wood with them. The people seem nice - so not sure if this a training issue or lack of caring. Oh and if you order hash browns - be prepared to get anywhere from 9-15 of them. Sigh I guess @mcdonalds is our alternative-at least the orders are right and consistent. read more

This is the first time I ever ordered for delivery from a store that is located directly behind the giant apartment complex I live in. I see their trucks delivery here all the time. I placed a big order via their website (after I had to download the app and set up an account. I recently moved here a month ago so I am unaware of delivery issues that might occur. I received a text that my order had been delivered. I called the store and eventually found out we have two different phases at this complex and they delivered the order to the wrong place. I was told by their delivery manager it would be 30-40 min more because "it is the evening rush". I'm sorry I don't find that solution to be acceptable. Certainly if I see your business delivering here...I would think you are already aware of issues and had my phone number to call and double check!
