I stopped in this location to meet a friend for an hour. I had already eaten lunch so I just ordered a coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. Despite the always present large crowd, my order was out within two minutes. The staff behind the counter and those bussing the tables were pleasant and prompt. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and fresh and the coffee was hot and flavorful. I opted for a seasonal peppermint coffee and it wasn't sweet at all, in case that's what you're hoping for. My friend and her children enjoyed their chicken nuggets and sandwich. The kids took full advantage of the indoor playground while we adults chatted. Everything was clean and you could tell the staff was working hard to remove trash and clear tables constantly.

The best thing about Chick-fil-a is that no matter what location you're at, it's always the same experience - food quality, speed of services, nice employees, cleanliness. One thing I would call out about this location, which isn't the businesses' fault, is the intersection where it is located is right next to the ramp to get on and off the highway and it is usually jammed. So be cautious and safe!

Very nice lunch was had here... I was with a coworker and we literally had 15 mins to get in, eat and get out and we were able to make that happen on a busy day at lunchtime. The food was good, so was the service. I'd come back!

Two lanes and still 8 cars deep.

Food is good and it's a great alternative to the main stream fast foods joints. Their service is always friendly which is refreshing since that's harder to find nowadays. Their peppermint chocolate chip milkshake is amazing then again all their shakes are good. They have a large indoor seating area and olayland for the kiddies. One major drawback is the drive thru. It's ridiculous! There's two lanes and it's always busy. Use curbside and safe fuel. I find it funny they say this location is better than the other because this one is busy all day long. Just wish they'd be open Sundays

This is a modern quick serve restaurant ordering online or at a kiosk, pickup at counter. Employees seem stressed but friendly enough. The medium can vary from mildly hot to very hot, so YMMV on the spice level. Definitely competes with other local chains. It's not like Dave's Hot Chicken, or Joella's in KY but not bad!

The first time, I ordered the Hot chicken, which I've had before and know is supposed to be very spicy. When I got my order, there was absolutely no spice. I even had my daughter try it, and she can't handle spicy food, but she agreed there was no spice at all. I didn't say anything at the time because I had already started eating it. The second time I came in, I actually made a little joke to my daughter about them getting my order wrong again, and unfortunately, they did. Once again, I ordered Hot and the chicken had no spice whatsoever. I went up to the register and politely told the girl working there, who had a tan complexion and short curly hair, that I had ordered spicy and this wasn't spicy at all. I wasn't rude or upset with her. She took my tray and the only thing she asked was, "What flavor was it?" I told her Hot. Less than two minutes later, she came back with two smaller wraps. I used to work in the food industry, so there's no way a new batch of chicken was cooked and the order was completely remade that quickly. She didn't say anything when she brought the tray back, and when I said thank you, she didn't respond. Her attitude and overall vibe came across like she was annoyed that I had said something. I opened the wrap and noticed they had added more Caesar dressing, which I didn't ask for. When I tried the chicken, it was the exact same issue as before--no spice at all. I normally don't leave negative reviews, and I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I understand that mistakes happen. What bothered me was how the situation was handled. I was polite about the mistake, but there was no apology, no real attempt to fix the issue, and the attitude I received made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience. The food may be good, but the customer service I received was extremely disappointing.

The boyfriend and I shared a Real Cheezy Burger with Donkey Sauce on the side. We each got an order of Flavortown Fries. The burger is huge and was more than filling for two people. It was juicy and packed a punch of flavor. I'm not a fan of sauces and condiments but the boyfriend loved the Donkey Sauce. The French fries were pretty good as well.

She has always been a big fan of Guy Fieri, from Triple D to Guy's Grocery Games, and she likewise got me into the hype. To a point of eating at all opened restaurants that Guy visited when he's came to the region. When we heard of the ghost place opening up we got super excited because we knew what we saw on TV would be coming to Pittsburgh. We ordered the nachos and queso, fried pickles with ranch, the cajun chicken pasta, macaroni and cheese, and the whiskey chocolate cake. The queso tasted like it was microwaved, parts of the upper parts a little hard in the goo. The fried pickles were as soft and then rubbery on the inside as a teenage track runner's jock strap. The cajun pasta, with the exception of the strips of chicken, was flavorless. The macaroni and cheese had next to no flavor at all, to a point that the texture of the crumbs on the top made it questionable. The only good thing was the whiskey chocolate cake. I would not be writing this review if I hadn't dropped $70 on the meal. I understand that you get what you pay for. But this upset my partner so much (in a chain of events around her birthday that cascaded into other bad events) that I had to write about this. We are real bummed.

That was us before an IKEA adventure, so Cracker Barrel became the inevitable "Why not?" decision. After weaving our way through the gift shop maze of candles, seasonal signs, and enough tchotchkes to furnish a grandma's curio cabinet, we were seated quickly and greeted by fast, friendly service. Our feast disappeared without a single leftover in sight: crispy fried chicken tenders with three dipping sauces, mashed potatoes, fried okra, green beans, grits, baby carrots, cornbread, and those addictive little muffins. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for...even if we didn't know what we were hoping for when we walked in. Cracker Barrel isn't where you go for culinary enlightenment. It's where you go when you're in the mood for "something," and somehow that "something" turns out to be exactly right. We both ordered an Avocado Rolled Piada with Crispy Chicken and fountain drinks. I tacked on a Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick as well. The process of watching them create the rolled piadas is artistry. The dash of oil and spices, the attention to spread out the toppings instead of just dumping them in the middle, my wife even asked for less tomatoes from the corn mixture... and the employee did the best to separate them out. The food is AMAZING!! The toppings were all fresh and crisp, the chicken was juicy and hot, and the piada was perfectly constructed. The new Spinach Artichoke was like having a constructed spinach artichoke dip. No need to dip though... just take a bite of this delicious wrap!
