This used to be my go to chicken place. A happy place, with competent employees who used to be the nicest people in the world. Hell, even the company (viewpoints aside) was great. Nicest people in the world, not any charge for extra sauce. They are busy and I get that, so I ordered ahead mobile. Just two entrees only, a regular sandwich, 4 strips, a couple sauces that maxed me out. I get there as the app says foods ready. I'm greeted with a hoard of hungry people, ranging from city folk all the way to the Amish, and for once we're united....in frustration and hunger. There was food coming out at a snails pace, but eventually they started getting orders into the iconic, greasy white bags that would make the band The Donnas like feel second rate celebrities (ok maybe third rate). What I mean is that, what's the point of a mobile order when walk ins and drive through is going faster. I wait, patiently, then I became frustrated like others. One person summed it up " are you all waiting for mobile takeout orders " Someone replied "yes" and I heard it said "holy shit" . After a slew more of food came out the lady who was trying to be nice said mine isn't even close "it's way down the list" I didn't know someone invited Schindler. Much like how that goes, I was starving. I also had to return to work empty handed, hungry, like someone finger banged my soul. I would normally have stayed an hour but I didn't want to get into hot water at my job for a lunch break because they couldn't do theirs. This place is newly built. It has great food and the employees are very friendly. The atmosphere is nice and high tech. It also has amble amount of seating/tables and even a child's play area. I highly recommend you to check this place out. read more

Sat in line for 35 minutes to get breakfast just to get to the order takers at 10:35 and told it was no longer available.

The old location had a serious problem that continues to be a problem here: general lack cleanliness: and same exact result as every other attempt (out of many, with more than three logged complaints)--can't find a single clean table in the place each time. Normally, Chick-fil-A locations are routinely clean, with someone always cleaning the lobby. I dearly hope they are not "reactive" on cleaning the lobby here such that they wait for customers to tell them (very dangerous to profitability). Too many chances. F. Response to abusive and untruthful operator CYA response below: you must be aiming your comments at someone who screamed, since I've never screamed in any of your locations. I don't do that in any restaurants. I do sometimes bring lack of cleanliness to staff attention. I also never stay without ordering, so that's probably someone else you're interested in. Both of those behaviors are pretty normal. If more than one person has this complaint (or even just one person), may be a good idea to ensure your store is clean, and you'll both make more money and avoid complaints. Not difficult. It's pretty reasonable to expect cleanliness from any restaurant, and it's not reasonable to repeatedly fail to impose the risks of lack of cleanliness on your customers. Such a great group of employees. I was picking up my food and milkshake and ended up spilling it all over my car. The staff was so sweet and so kind as I tried to clean up my car as fast as I could. They were so helpful in helping me clean it up even with a line of cars behind me. They took their time and made sure I was good before I drove away. This is why I love coming to Chick-fil-A. This place was understaffed and the lines were long...everyone waiting was complaining and they gave my order to the wrong person and ended up having to take my food to go and be late to a meeting! I love chick filet. Period. They have a great menu and are very friendly. However, the last two times I went through the drive thru it took over 15 min when the line wasn't long. There was no apology or acknowledgement of it either. The car in front was at the window for at least 5 min. Meanwhile my shake that I ordered was sitting during this wait. I use the app and preorder sometimes but again the line for Drive thru wasn't long. Very disappointed for not just waiting that long but no offer to remake the shake and no apology. Update: after the management at Chik filet interacted with me I feel much better about my experience. They truly wanted to correct the issue in order to satisfy the customer. Just dont forget your credit card in their card reader machine, had two meals and forgot my card in their card reader. Stayed there for 1 hour none of the workers approached me to hand me my card. After I left I noticed that I did not have my card but was already away and when checked my account found two transactions other than the one I made. Called them and they insisted that no one used my card. Will print my statement and show it to the manager when I return to get the card (cancelled after seeing the transactions). Shame on them and their filthy neighborhood customers. read more

My little man and I love this place. Its friendly and the food is great. I have never encountered a rude soul here. The little play area is cleaner than the McDs so I take little man there to play. We also love all of the events they have going on. Macaroni Kids Robinson and MOPS have fundraisers or free kid activity nights at this location often. read more

I eat here pretty regularly as I work nearby. I have to say that it is one of the best chick-fil-a's in the area. The inside dining room is quite large, which is nice because they are usually very busy. My online pickup orders are always ready fairly quickly and the team always thanks me for my purchase. The owner/operator is very welcoming and always in the restaurant, unlike the McKnight road location where he is quite absent. I have to wonder if it is because of her presence so often in the restaurant that the service is that good. Anyway, kudos to the team here! read more

Check your order before you leave! Let me start by saying I love Chick-fil-a, but this location specifically hasn't lived up to expectation. The staff are great, but 8 out of 10 times my order has something wrong with it - either it's missing something, wrong sandwich, etc. and I find out once I'm home. We go to this location a couple times a week because the drive-thru is convenient, but tonight I'm extremely annoyed this happened again. 1 star would be a sin, but 2 stars are fair considering I had to add my own toppings to my deluxe sandwich when I got home (since my order was wrong...again) read more

This place seems to be an average fast food place. I got the grilled chicken sandwich combo meal #7. I got the fruit cup in lieu of fries, and a diet coke to drink. The sandwich tasted OK although I've had better at other chick-fil-a's. The fruit was good with strawberries, blueberries, apple pieces, and orange slices. The cashier filled the styrofoam cup all the way to the top with ice and then added the soda. Trying to put the straw in the cup forced an ice cube out the side of the styrofoam cup. I put a mobile in for supper today. I go through the drive thru and let them know I have a mobile order and go to the window. They are very polite and have my order ready. They hand me the drinks first and then two bags of food. I get home and start handing food out and realize I have been shorted a sandwich. I call to let them know and their message said I had to return to the store with the receipt in hand on the same day. So, I get back in my car and return to the store. I ask to talk to the manager and tell him I was very upset and this is not the first time this has happened to me. In fact this has become a frequent occurrence at this Chick-fil-A. He apologized and got the sandwich and added two free cookies. I appreciated the thought of the free cookies that I did not want but would appreciate it more just to get my order right the first time so I didn't have to make a second trip. We stopped by this place 2 times over a weekend of being in town for a holiday party. The first time went well and everyone loved the large takeout order we brought back to their house. The 2nd time we went there to pick up a really large catering tray for the party - the party go-ers loved the chicken as normal - the pick up process just wasn't as smooth as you would expect, especially spending as much as we did. It was today and it was me and my mom want to the chick-fil-a in Robinson and it was really busy so we went inside it was really crowded and all of the seats were already taken. Whenever I go to a place it has to have a lot of seats and space we waited forever to find a spot when we found one it was near the kids area which isn't the best atmosphere around a restaurant. The kids were being to loud and they standing on the tables inside of the kids area and I thought they were going to break the table. This place is beautiful inside and kept clean all of the visits that I have been there. They are so polite and kind to the guests sitting down as well - helping offer to throw things away or a refill. The drive thru experiences are very quick and they always get my order right. I love my sauces and really irks me when you ask for something and you don't receive it. That has only happened once here, but out of all of the donzens of times I have been here I've received everything I asked. I would highly recommend eating here. Stopped there yesterday for lunch. Used the drive thru. They had two employees standing outside in 80 degree plus temperatures taking peoples orders for the drive thru. When it was my turn to order, I asked the Chick-fil-A associate if the intercom was down. She smiled cheerfully and said they always handle orders this way when it gets busy so that they don't take too much customers' time during their lunch hour. Wow! The location is very convenient right off the Parkway in Robinson Twsp. More importantly though the food is always high quality and the staff is super friendly and courteous. Even during busy times they always seem to move the line along, whether in the drive through or inside. The inside area is well maintained and very clean with someone always working to maintain that level of cleanliness. read more
