However, if they had an automated robot servicing the customer, probably would be better. The food is always great, I have no issue with that. I'm an Amazon delivery driver, and had to take my 30 minute lunch break, so I decided to visit this location. Now I'm not one to complain often, but I was a little perturbed at the fact that, at 4pm, I had to use my entire lunch break just waiting for my food. I'm not happy with that, and it only seems to happen at this one particular location. Additionally, it seemed like none of the staff cared, considering all the Amazon drivers are essentially delivering Christmas to your doorstep. I always seem to have issues with chick fil as. It took over 20 minutes for them to walk the salad over to my car which supposed to be an unheard of time for Chick fil a in general. Meh. It was early Saturday afternoon (11am) and that was half of my lunch break waiting for the salad. I get to work and it's just lettuce and chicken, haha. $9 for lettuce and chicken and a packet of low fat Italian dressing with a fork. "fresh bed of mixed greens, topped with roasted corn kernels, a blend of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, crumbled bacon, sliced hard-boiled egg and grape tomatoes. Made fresh daily. Served with Charred Tomato and Crispy Red Bell Peppers." Not last Saturday. It was good for my diet, though. This Chic Fil A is literally the worst CFA we've ever been to. We stopped going here a few months ago because of the poor management and service from the employees. Who runs out of french fries at a fast food restaurant? This Chic Fil A. They can't handle too much, and today my significant other went there on the way home for some reason, but this experience totally solidified our choice for no longer giving this restaurant our patronage. Today was the most rude experience from the CFA employee ever (she acted bothered by our drink order), the sweet tea tasted like it was a week old (overly bitter, just off overall), and his lemonade was not right. The time before this (as I mentioned above) was a few months ago, they were out of fries, but instead of telling me that, they charged my card and gave me a free chicken sandwich coupon. I almost called corporate over it, but just got over it, because I thought, "oh, it's a CFA- I'll give them the benefit of the doubt," without knowing all the crooked ownership & management sheisty stuff was going on. I have been here a decent amount, and besides the occasional long wait for a pretty simple order for 1 person I'm use to dealing with. This time I had to leave a review on the amount of fries that were placed in my "Large Fries". Why would I pay the extra price for a large and here is what I received. (I HAVE NOT EATEN ANY YET). The promotion offered on the app today wasn't honored by the staff. A manager told me there's nothing he could do while laughing at me. I feel it was very unlike CFA and it had to be racial discrimination because of the way I was spoken to and treated. Seemed obvious to me. I contacted corporate. Later the owner called me, told me flat out "it's not racism" and I was wrong. I tried to say if that isn't it, it was extremely poor service. He wouldn't reply to that. He wasn't there when this happened. He's defending his employee 100% for the same reason more than likely. He tried to make me out to be the bad guy, saying he should be going home but he's taking time to call me like he's doing me a damn favor, and a shouting match ensued. He told me to not come back and threatened me "if you come back here and I found out about it". He stopped then just said I was banned. Like id ever give a place like that my money again. I didn't know Chick-fil-A could taste bad till I stopped at this location and it barely be edible (I was starving). The sandwich was Extremely "greasy" and bun "soggy" (I pulled in a parking spot to eat almost immediately after getting it from drive through). Same with the fries, flimsily and damp, very soft. The sweet tea had a very odd taste to it. My stomach was extremely upset after eating this. Again I have been to many Chick-fil-A's, I have never had a bad meal from then until now. If I could give zero stars I would. They always messing up my order! I always ask to repeat my order because they are always messing it up. When I bring up that I'm missing some items or I didn't order certain things they always get an attitude. I like this location! !! I visit here at least once a month on average, but I'm sure it's a little more. Nevertheless, my trips here are always 5 Stars. My most recent visit was on Christmas Eve to pick up my catered order. I usually use the location that's closest to my house, but this year this one was my go to. I forgot the manager's name that assisted me, but she seems to allllllways be here when I come here. She's always on point and everywhere at the same time. Afternoon and evenings it seems, she's there ready to lend a hand or two. I placed my order a few days before my pick up date and it was a smooth transition from ordering to pick up. I ordered the cooked food. Keep in mind you can order the same thing I did cold or chilled and you heat up when ready. But knowing myself and my family we want it already Ready to eat. All we needed to do was reheat it if necessary. The same quality service received on any other visit was nothing short of this visit last week. The staff is attentive and always willing to back each other up. Such an awesome display of teamwork. The parking is pretty cool. But the drive thru it's designed a bit awkwardly...just be careful and look out for the hungry pedestrians. If you plan on dining in bring your kiddos with you, there's an indoor playground that I'm sure they'll love you even more for letting them play. Ordered food on app 8:47 , I live less than one light away (3min drive) ... I sat and waited curbside for over 40 min I kept being told via the app and staff my order was coming. Had to literally get out my car and stand in the drive thru to demand my food or my money back . Austin the Mgr decided to place the blame on me by telling me it was my order that did not appear in the system (lies) and that he would just refund me . A team member had to press my order on the screen to alerted me my food was on the way. Still did not receive my refund they ended up "locating my order. " This location have went downhill since opening. Too many ppl standing around talking or on their phones. Did I mention I had two children waiting to receive their food . It ranks a 4 because the food is awesome as to be expected, the cleanliness of the facility is fine too. The staff leaves a little to be improved. Staff would walk away from the front and leave it unmanned. They may run to the back and reappear but I don't think it should be empty. Someone should be at the registers, right? I witnessed people waiting for drink refills until someone asked if they needed assistance. My daughter had more patience then I did waiting for her ice cream. There is a playground. It's very small so it might be a good place to avoid at peak hours. I would think 10 kids may be pushing it in there. The layout of the whole thing is odd too. Parking is two lanes merging into one prior to picking up your order but, you also have cars driving to park going through part of the drive thru lane. There are 2 entrances to the building. One on one side and the other in the front of the building. When you enter the side door the counter is immediately there. The lobby to order and wait is small, small enough if a bus stopped there with students all the students would not fit. The would be spilling out of the building. You then have a small space to pick up your order which is still not helping the case. As you have people waiting to order, people who already did and are waiting for their order and people looking for refills. Seating area was fine. There were tables and booths. Window seats and interior seating areas. Some of the seats are in direct eye sight of playground which I appreciated. I've been coming to this Chickfila since it opened. I work right across the street so it's so convenient for me. I never have a long wait when I come inside. I don't do the drive thru because that seems to take a longer time. All the staff members are wonderful, the ones who help me the most always greet me by name when I come and that makes me feel like a valued customer. The meals I normally get from here is the chicken egg and cheese bagel for breakfast and I lunch I get the grilled chicken cool wrap. I always ask for the chicken to be grilled and hot but sometimes it comes out fried which is a mistake they have rectifed immediately and still allow me to keep the original order. I often get a receipt after an order which allows me to get a free Chickfila sandwich as long as I fill out the survey within 2 days and even if I forget to fill out the survey to receive the code for the free sandwich they still honor the receipt. I must say I love this store. No bad experiences ever! read more

I went there today and order 3 chicken sandwich meals. All 3 of the chicken breast were smaller than usual, but one barely covered half of the bun. Simple ridiculous. Sooooo, Chick Fil A is under NEW management. Keep in mind, "New is not always better!" I went through drive thru this morning to get breakfast. I thought I will take a pic of this sign and call them to deliver some food for my students. I tried to use the app however, I could not change the delivery time. So, I called ‍ first I spoke to someone in catering who stated, "We have to have the order 16 hours in advance!" She transferred me to Lariska at the restaurant. She indicated that there is a $150 delivery minimum. She also indicated that there is a delivery fee! I asked, "How much is the delivery fee?" She said, "There is a delivery fee for each item." I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated, "The manager is not here!" I said, "Can I speak to anyone that is in charge?" Finally, Coach Taylor (owner/operator) got on the phone. He indicated that in fact those were the options for delivery/catering. I was truly disappointed because I have higher expectations of Chick Fil A. What do you have that teachers can order delivery? So everyone knows what they're in for with the food, it's always good, so this review is all about service. Their service sucks. I went through the drive through and was told my order going to be $6 something and when I got to the window it was 10.28. They also forgot part of my meal. I went inside to get the rest of my order and was treated like a bother, there was no apology. Got to the car to realize they gave me the wrong salad dressing. Looked on my receipt and it says the dressing I asked for, but at this point I don't want to go in again. As the customer, it is not my fault you are busy or that you have two drive-through lanes, as a restaurant you need to be able to treat all of your paying customers with respect. ***update**** Went there again because it wasn't busy and they forgot my drinks at the drive through.
