Needless to say they all piped down and a guy took my order. Ordered the 8 ct nuggets meal. My family came here for take out. We were so pleased with how friendly and kind the staff were. We went through drive thru and submitted out order and paid a cashier that was outside away from the food to keep things more sanitary and received our order at the window. This is the best fastfood in the country. If you are a regular at Chic you will be pleasantly surprised by the new interior look and spacing. This is a company that is slowly expanding and learning as they grow. This restaurant will do extremely high volume and was designed as such. Bravo in solving congestion around the counters. you can't really go wrong with Chick-fil-A! there were lots of people since it is a saturday but the line went by fairly fast(ordered in store). never been thru their drive through but seeing how the cars were coming in and out it seems not as bad as the pervious reviews. my favorite drink of theirs is the half lemonade and half iced tea drink, basically the best of both worlds. for the sandwiches I always go with the original chicken deluxe and it's always wonderful. read more

This is Chick-Fil-A's newest location in the area next to Costco and the Philadelphia Premium Outlet mall. This restaurant layout is a little different than others in the area and I actually prefer it. The left side of the store is where you place your order and then in the middle potion of the store is a community table along with the condiment station and you can hang out near the table to wait for your food. The right side of the store is dedicated to seating and a small play area for the younger ones. You can also just sit down after placing your order and they will deliver your order to your table. Another new thing at this location is what they seem to call "table markers". It looks like one of those plastic popcorn containers, but it's where they put your packets of sauces in and then you can stash your other condiments in while heading to the table. I'm usually very happy with this location but lately it's not been good. I've noticed that they constantly run out of dipping cheese sauce so it started off wrong right away. I ordered and even though there were only 2 cars in line ahead of me it took about 12-15 min to get my food. Part of my order was a large fry but it was filled only half way with cold rubbery unsalted fries. The grilled chicken nuggets had loads of black stuff in them that ruined the flavor. CLEAN THE GRILL with a wire brush! They Didn't seem as though they were recently cooked. The window server asked me if I had ordered lemonade. I said yes. She returned with my bag and said goodbye until I had to tell her she had not given me my large lemonade she had JUST asked me about. ITS right on the screen and NO cars behind me so it's the ONLY order. Then I drove away and reached into the bag for a straw but nope, wasn't there. drink a lemonade with no lid while driving because had to take it off because of no straw. For $22 I expect it to be right EVERY TIME. I hope they READ this review and fix these issues. Fries cost you about .3¢. WHY NOT FILL THE LARGE TILL ITS FULL. fries should be going right from the vat to the box, to the car within a minute, not sitting under a heating light for 10 minutes. Nuggets should be served within the proper storage time and NOT COOKED Until black. Re-train and stop getting complacent or your reputation will be gone. Easily fixed if doing the job correctly as I'm sure your directions SPECIFY procedurally. Cutting corners is obviously the issue. It's not too much to ask when you don't even have an open dining room to deal with. Get it right. read more

Arriving around 11am, we both had spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches which were nicely cooked, balanced with lettuce and tomato and some pepper jack cheese. The establishment was very clean as were the bathrooms. The bathrooms also had the plus of having paper towels to dry ones hands. The young lady who took our order was polite. She answered our questions with knowledge, clear diction, a good cadence and was friendly. When we are in this neck of the woods and have a hankering for fast food, this will be the place to go. Manger on duty is rude and disrespectful as well as the owner of this franchise. Not impressed at all. The first thing I noticed upon entering was that all trash cans were filled to the top and pouring out of the can. We then went to find a table to sit at and all the table were dirty. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. I've been going to other locations for years, not once have I ever seen the trash over flowing and the tables so dirty. Also at all other locations workers walk around asking if you need a refill on your drink or if they can take your trash, but not at this location. There is also no mouth wash in the bathroom at this location as I've seen at all others. I know the drink refilling, mouth wash, and people assisting with trash may seem small but I guess I was just use to it since that's how it's been all these years at other locations! I'll drive the extra 4 minutes and stick to the Royersford location. read more
