The spice balanced & enhanced the Thai flavors of lemongrass & lime w/ mussels & rings of calamari floating in the broth. My Pad See Ew had that silky, savory, sauce- the depth of which sets it apart from other noodle dishes & is made more savory by adding Wagyu. Tried the Lamb Special- flavors were amazing! From the truffled mashed to the whole roasted onion. Portion could've been larger- they butterflied what looked to be a single, maybe double, lollipop, but presentation was great & flavors on point. Nice desert options- save room! Close seating, which we capitalized on! Made new friends AND tried their dishes- what all diners should do in this situation! Wouldn't say every dish is 10 out of 10; I'd say the food, service, & atmosphere in combination makes for a near 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend as a nice evening out. The 4 slices bacon were a thicker slice and nicely prepared. Home fries were too few and bit soggy but decent in flavor. The biscuit was not what I expected. Although fresh, it was not at all flaky and was more like bread than biscuit. Jelly requested came out in small paper cup. Coffee was fresh. Service was pleasant as was the decor. Come for the eggs. I ordered the Traditional Gyro with french fries. The service was quick and welcoming. The food was amazing. French fries can sometimes come below average being a side dish, but their french fries were perfectly done with the perfect crisp and quantity. The gyro was jam packed and full of flavor. Crust was a perfect- golden crunch w/ lighter texture than most versions. Hesitant to get a load of toppings due to my fear of SBCS (Soggy-Bottom Collapse Syndrome); happy to report crust was firm, ingredients plentiful. Not only did this crust stand up to a 6-topping mix, it was loaded w/ cheese! The sauce was soo fresh tasting, not tinny or watery from a can, or over-processed from too long a cook on the stovetop, like Goldilocks, just right. This pie took a very long, sad, journey sweating in a cardboard box via DoorDash & STILL arrived looking & tasting like it just slid off the peel out of the oven. That's impressive.
