A young lad by the name of Nicholas got my drink wrong! I clearly asked for no ice but he put ice in my drink! If he wasn't so busy kissing customers butts he probably would have heard me over his lip smacking. Worst employee there! Update 3/23/19: Went there again and had this little smug person as my cashier once more. Didn't bother asking for no ice because he was too busy berating his fellow employees. Watching him closely this time, I realized he would blame them for anything wrong that happened, but took the praise of other employees. Does his booty kissing ever stop? Decided to order some fast food today for the first time since COVID-19 and Chick-fil-A was on the top of my list. I placed a mobile order. When I first tried to place my order it was locked for the lunch menu at 10:28am, really I have to wait 2 minutes to place a lunch order. I added in the notes to close my bags and give extra napkins. My bag was wide open and I had no napkins. Boy o boy, why have a comment/note section if no one is paying attention to them. I get home to eat my kale salad and it was so dry. If I wanted dry kale I could have gone to the grocery store and grabbed some kale to eat. I was extremely disappointed. Come on Chick-fil-A you gotta do better. read more

This complaint is concerning Chick fil a at location, 806 Solomon's Island Road, Prince Frederick, Maryland. I am in the food industry, Food Service Manager and work many years as a customer service representative. What I witnessed at this Chick-fil-A was astounding. It was my first time ever trying your product. When I walked in the restaurant there were six employees, four behind the register and two, for some reason, we're standing at the customer counter. Initially, none of them made eye contact with me. Some walked past where I was standing, walked near the register not one of them acknowledged my presence, not one of them asked me if I could be helped. I stood there for 10 minutes just to see when I would be offered assistance. I started to walk out but I just had to check this out. They seemed to be more interested in what was on one of the employees cell phone then who was walking through the doors. They went on chatting about what was on the phone One of them looked my way still did not ask if I could be helped. I looked in back of the kitchen and the manager was running around giggling and smiling and laughing as if it was a party and was oblivious to what was going on in the front of her restaurant. In a service oriented business the customer is paramount to the success of the business. I guess if you have 2000 locations you're not worried about customer satisfaction. I've been in the food industry a long time. I've patronized many many restaurants and I can tell you that I have never seen a display of this regard for someone who is ultimately responsible for their paycheck and to add insult to injury, once an employee took my order, he had the nerves to say he could not give me my change because he did not ha e change in the till. Really??? I hope that your corporate office will review this complaint and seriously, immediately enforce thorough employee training and teach your employees how to make customers feel welcomed when when the walk though your doors. Also, for one thing it looks like you must've had way too many employees with absolutely nothing to do because all six of those employees were just standing doing nothing. Today I visited Popeyes for their delicious "Chicken Sandwich" and their customer service was a breathe of fresh air compared to your place. read more

This is THE SLOWEST Chick-fil-A in the world. Their drive through is so inefficient. I do not know why they do not send employees out to take orders. By the time I got my food, the waffle fries were cold and ice was melted in the drinks. CFA corporate needs to come here and help them out. Furthermore, their staff is not very friendly. CFA is know for great food, exceptional service, and efficiency. This CFA does not display any of these qualities. Someone please help. read more

Slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been to, and the employees don't seem that well trained also the location and how the Restaurant was built seems idiotic, its right off route 4 and the parking lot is very small. I know land can't be that expensive compared to other locations like Annapolis. This chick fil a is very slow I ordered only a milkshake and they still took 30 mins, and they let it sit in the back for 10 mins while every employee including managers simply walked past it, this has to get better! read more

This is my first time at this location. Everyone is nice, but the service is slower than other Chik Fil A that i have been too. The window workers were disorganized and just running around. I was walking in to get an application. The guy cleaning the doors twice refused to acknowledge my "excuse me," and was visibly pissed when I pushed past him. There are two doors. You can't step to one side to let in possible business? One employee was cleaning the lobby. I said "good morning," but again received no acknowledgement. Already I have a bad impression of this place. I walked to the counter, where three employees were just standing. Two immediately walked away. I had to speak first for the third to acknowledge me. I asked for an application, which I was told to complete online. That wouldn't have bothered me, except the employee commented, "anyone with sense can figure it out." That was offensive. How am I to know if applications are done on paper or online if I don't ask? What if I had been asking for someone with a disability, or that needed help using a computer? So in about five minutes I've been made to feel like a burden, then invisible, then stupid. I chose not to apply there because I refuse to be part of a "team" that treats people in such a negative way. Due to this experience, I always choose to not do business here. read more

I have NEVER sat in a Chickfila like for as long as I do at this location. Chick-fil-a has always had fast paced workers who get through the long lines quickly. But as I write this, it's going on 45 minutes and I still have 5 cars in front of me before I get to the window. I probably won't be returning. read more

Never been to a location that doesn't cater to the lunch crowd or have people outside taking orders. I've come to this location a few times the last few were very disappointing. My order is never fresh chicken is always room temp not fresh at all. Time before that food wasn't fresh and I spoke with the manager and then got the wrong order and food still wasn't hot. This location is very sad they won't be getting another dime from me. This location has some major issues, orders are wrong, timing is the worst (30mins). I'm so confused on why I see all these employees including the manager standing around having non related conversations while there is 20 people standing near the waiting area for food. They really need to go to Bowie and see how they run there restaurant when they have twice the business. read more

I love Chick-fil-A and typically stop in once or twice a week for breakfast. I get the chicken nugget breakfast bowl. I always use mobile ordering so I can pop in, pick up my order, and continue on to work. However, this is where I have to knock off one star. 1) I have to click "prepare my order" before I even get there, otherwise it will take a long time to get it prepared--defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time, and 2) If it is ready when I get there, it's rarely ever on the 'Mobile Order' shelves. It's almost always behind the counter, sitting there ready, and yet I still have to wait until someone notices it and calls my name. (Note: My order isn't behind the counter because it isn't complete. I've watched it sit there, no one adds anything to it, then they notice it and call my name.) This happens a lot. I think once an order is ready it should automatically go to the 'Mobile Order' shelves, regardless of if the guest has arrived. 2 stars is generous when comparing this location to other Chic-Fil-A's. That is not necessarily this location's fault, it's just that the other CFA's I have visited were that good. Although if I was comparing it to, say, McDonald's it would still only get a 3... This location is on the newer side so I understand that there are some kinks that need to be worked out, but months after opening, the basics are still not fixed. I have consistently waited over 20 minutes each time I have visited this location no matter the day of the week or how small my order is. Example, I just waited 25 minutes on a Thursday afternoon for 2 milkshakes. The building is tiny and does not always have seats available inside if you visit during a busy time. Finally, the staff is not what you have come to expect from other CFA's. This is not all of them, but there are definitely a few young people currently employed here who need an education in customer service and who are falling short of the type of service and friendliness CFA prides itself on. read more
