I love this chick fil a the fries are always bomb and food is hot. The line moves quickly and everyone is usually pretty nice! There is one thing that this chick fil a may want to think about. I ordered a Oreo milkshake and had several pieces of peppermint candy at the bottom of the milkshake. I'm not saying that you need to disassemble the mixer and clean it but a quick wipe down would be great. As someone who hates peppermint candy I stopped drinking my milkshake after about the third sip because of the amount of peppermint I was getting. This is the second time that I ordered from this location, and this is the second time that they messed up my order. The chicken sandwich only has 2 ingredients, not including the bun. The first time, I asked for a plain chicken sandwich, and the male working acted as if he had understood the order, but of course it had pickles on it. I have their App and ordered 1 frozen lemonades, 1 shake, and a 6 piece chicken nugget, waited 15 minutes. Customers not using the app were served 3 times as fast, but they still had long waits. This location is a new business model of drive through or walk up service only, no inside service and it detracts from what made them successful. Covid sent them the wrong message because having a staff ready to provide a drive up customer expecting faster service is not what this location dies very poorly. I then gave them another opportunity by using curbside pickup. I ordered 2 milk shakes, and 1 frozen lemonade. After 12 minutes I walked up to their counter and asked, the order was sitting there with the whip cream already starting to into a flat cream puddle on the shakes, and the frozen lemonade was starting to lose the frozen in the description. Unfortunately this location does not represent the ideals of the Chick-fil-a brand for customer service. After a significant delay with our mobile order, the manager Nate who claimed to be the owner of the Ocotillo location accused us of stealing the order and trying to get an additional order for free. Not once did Nate apologize for the inconvenience of the 30 minutes we waited and actually laughed when we said the customer service was subpar. Nate even went to the trouble of canceling our mobile app account to showcase his excellent customer service skills and told us to take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend the Ocotillo and Ironwood location and have never had such a negative experience at Chick-fil-a. read more

This chick fil a just opened! You would think the service would be the best as everyone has just been trained. The service has been terrible on separate visits, and they messed up our orders on more than one occasion. Furthermore, there is no internet service around the restaurant. This isn't normally an issue, but the whole premise of this location is that you order online and pick it up quickly. We came in ordering a singular chocolate shake. Rolled up to the pickup line with no cars in front of us and we were looked at by the employee several times without receiving any help. Then when we finally got our order, it was the wrong one! Super bummed that we had to go through the line again (that was now full of cars) just to receive the same subpar service while there's 10 people standing in the drive thru taking orders but 1 person handing out orders. read more

Every other location is great except this one. This is now the third time I ordered through the app for the mobile drive-through lane and had issues. Today, when I pulled up to scan the QR code, there was another car pulling up in the regular drive-through lane but hadn't ordered yet as I scanned and pulled around. There was one car already waiting for their order as I pulled up. Seven minutes go by and not only did the original car get their order and leave, but also the car that pulled up to the regular drive-through after I scanned and pulled around. All I ordered was a bag of ice, a milkshake and a cup of ice. The girl brings out my order to another car that had since pulled up in the regular drive-through lane and they told her that wasn't their order. Instead of looking over to me, she completely ignores me and goes back inside like I'm invisible. Aren't our vehicle descriptions on the order?? Another 2 minutes go by before she finally brings out my now melting bag of ice and other items. As the other times this has happened, no apology or anything.
