There was no one there. Based on the reviews I expected the place to be hopping. We walked right up to the window and chatted with the owner (sorry, didn't catch his name) who was super friendly and personable. We placed our order and he went to work. I got the brisket and shrimp loaded fries and wanted to try some of the wings (I looove a good wing) so I ordered 6 of the honey garlic. My wife ordered the catfish nugget plate. The food was ready relatively quickly, probably because we were his only customers at the time. The catfish was really good! Best I ever had? No, but really close. I mean REALLY close. The hush puppies and fries were excellent as well. The wings were fantastic! Large, meaty, juicy wings that were well cooked but not over cooked, as chicken should be. The honey garlic sauce was probably some of the best I've had. The loaded fries? They were something else! Maybe fries loaded with tender, flavorful brisket and honey garlic shrimp is a normal thing where you're from. They definitely are not where I live. They were lightly seasoned with some ghost pepper seasoning that gave the perfect amount of heat as well. Casa Grande, y'all are sleeping on this food truck! There is absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be people lined up down the block.
