Jersey Mike's can be found just about anywhere in AZ. As a born and raised Jersey boy I will say this comes darn close to a true Jersey style deli sandwich. Some people don't appreciate the sogginess of the sandwiches, but I grew up on that oil and vinegar bathed hoagie and can't get enough of it. It really does deliver on the flavors I grew up on. I dinged them 1 star for the bread. The sandwiches may feel over soaked to some because they don't offer those thick rugged loafs we would get at a Quick Check or your local deli in NJ. read more

I'm blown away by the hard work and pride of this employee. And it takes a lot for me to say that because I have high standards . I walk in and this guy is by himself WORKING. I'm thinking uh oh I'm going to have to wait a long time and I only have 30 minutes for lunch so going in anywhere to get some food is always a hassle when it's hard to find any workers who care about their job. I'm seeing people 1, 2, 3, 4, people coming in to pick up online orders and this guy is hustling. Nonetheless I have my sandwich in less than 5 minutes as well as the other 4 who were coming in. Huge fans of this brand - this will be changing now! We just won't be ordering from THIS location. We've loved Jersey Mikes and have appreciated the consistency and quality whether it's in AZ or NY. However, this is the fourth time they have messed our order up. I even had my husband check the app thinking it's him. Someone is obsessed with Mayo here which makes them my enemy! It's disgusting and I'm tired of them slathering it on my sub! They also pour so much oil on the subs that 15 minutes from ordering and picking up the bread is mush! I called tonight to speak to manager and she said for me to come by to get a new one...... NO! I order so that I can pick up on my way home from work not so I could drive around all night trying to find someone to do their job right! The traffic at this time is horrendous! I also worked a long day and need to get home to my kids. Of which one of them I'm currently nursing and the lil guy is desperately waiting for me to get home so he can eat!!! I asked for a corporate number and she gave me a random store number.... So there's a lot of issues with this store over a period of time. My sandwich was made 100% correct and was delicious. However, the service was atrocious! I phoned in my order and was told 10-13 minutes for pick up. I arrived at 15 minutes to be safe. My order was not ready. There were several people in line that had placed orders or were placing orders. All of them walked out the door while I stood there still waiting. I heard my name and looked up to see one of the associates pulling my order slip off the line and just beginning to make my sandwich. By the time 2 other customers walked out the door I got my order 31 minutes after calling it in! I will not return to this Jersey Mike's again. Inept service! read more

Upon entering this location this evening it was busy around dinner time. Crew member Kaleb made sure to greet and interact with his customers as we walked in all while still preparing our orders. Honestly I was not expecting that, we have visited this location before but this was the first time seeing Kaleb. And I will say his customer service skills and attention is on point!!! Kalebs personality is hard to find this day and age, based on his professionalism and courtesy I would recommend this location to everyone. I love this place. There is one in queen creek and one on ganzel at the safe way store. My favorite is the original Italian. We get it mikes way plus we add bacon. It is delicious. It is always fresh and stacked with fresh-cut meats. Wonderful food. One is coming to San tan Valley and I am so excited. It will be on Bella vista and hunt highway. Yahoo. read more

This place seems to be getting critiqued as if it's fine dining when they are clearly fast casual. The staff is new and still learning but they are always kind and accommodating. Being the limited food choices in the area expect it to be busy during normal restaurant busy periods so order ahead if you'd prefer not to wait. I have tried to be patient with this particular store but screwing up my order for the third consecutive time is now not a one-off but a trend going the wrong way. I placed my order today for pickup. I arrived on time and, to my surprise, they hadn't even started on my order. How do you explain 5 employees behind the counter with only 3 customers in the store and all of the employees are running around not doing much of anything. If they were efficient my order, which was placed 22 minutes prior, it would be ready when I arrived. Besides not making my sandwich Mike's Way (which was in the order instructions) they do not spread mayonnaise on the entire giant sandwich (also in the order instructions) but they throw 6-7 Mayo packets in my bag. That, my friends, is lazy and somewhat reflective of our society today. Don't do the job right the first time... take the lazy way out. Still love Jersey Mike's but will be ordering my future sandwiches at the old Queen Creek location on Rittenhouse. After several months from their grand opening this store clearly doesn't have their process down and they've hired some employees who are not paying attention to the details. read more

Slowest service at a sub place, awful. Not only was the service slow but the person making the subs messed up on both subs that were ordered in store. On one sub the bacon was not added on the #8 which is a turkey bacon sub. On the second sandwich, she proceeded to add mayo when it was not requested so a new bread had to be sliced. And on top of that the wrong bread was brought out to replace the bread that was already messed up so that had to be brought to her attention. She was distracted and didn't seem to have a sense of urgency whatsoever. read more

Why offer a rewards program and not stand behind it? On A double point day we ordered $45.48 in subs. The store systems were down that day. The store took our phone number and advised us they wld add the points when their systems were back up. We went back to the store a week later to follow-up. The store associate was very nice, even called the manager and we were advised they would add the points. Never happened. I have also been reaching out to Jersey Mikes via their on-line help. I provided a copy of the receipt as was requested with the store 9068 and ticket number 01-002236-01-054120 only for the on-line support to tell me to go back to the store. For 3-weeks I have been trying to get this resolved. So very disappointed. read more

I took my family to Jersey Mike's, Queen Creek on Ironwood, after returning from a quick day trip. It started pretty standard, and I had my phone app up, but the cashier never asked, and when I mentioned it, he said too late. Because my wife put her card in, and it was approved. I thought he should have asked customers as a common courtesy like I was accustomed to at other locations. That was a little thing when considering how dry the bread was, which ruined the sub. It was 7:30ish in the evening, but that is no excuse for serving dry bread--worst sub ever, not worth your time or money. read more

Do not order from here, the Manager is very rude and talks over you. I ordered from them for Delivery, which connected to Uber eats, and they picked up and delivered it next door to circle K.I called Jersey Mike's and they said I had to get my refund from Uber Eats. Called Uber Eats and they said that they don't refund. I then looked at my receipt and it said it signed me up on monthly membership. I called back Uber Eats and cancelled it. Manager said you can come pick them up, but I paid extra fees for delivery and tip, or get a refund. I said refund and they said you have to call Uber eats. Go figure. I lost $47.00. read more

Wow..most unprofessional environment I've been in, in a long long time. The entire time I'm waiting for my pick up order the employees are cussing at each other arguing at the top of their lungs with customers in the store...if you're going to do that at least wait until the store is empty. My goodness it looked and sounded like a middle school playground in here. Get control of your employees! This was disgusting to see/here . I can't give the 0 star they deserve. This place has been mediocre for a while now, but the last couple of orders were absolutely horrendous! THESE SANDWICH MAKERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ONLY JOB THEY HAVE! A couple of weeks ago my family & I ordered a few sandwiches, in which two of the sandwiches were completely wrong. My husband called to let them know & the manager told him that our name would be put in the white book for a free sandwich. So today, I decided to redeem the free sandwich along with buying another one. I called in my order & told them my name was in the white book. All the workers seemed to be so excited because I heard so many of them saying oh she's in the white book! Little did I know that I was going to get disgusting, inedible sandwiches! I've ordered many sandwiches from here and NEVER have I had sandwiches made on burnt bread. Coincidentally, both of my sandwiches (one on white bread and the other on rosemary Parmesan bread) were made with burnt bread! Not only were they burnt, but everything in them seemed to be awful. The meats had hard pieces in it, the lettuce was wilted, the tomato was soggy. Everything was the absolute worst quality. We took one bite and ended up throwing the sandwiches away. I guess when you hire incompetent people and pay them minimum wage, you get subpar results! Have some decency and self respect! read more

If i could put zero stars i would. I placed a online order for three sandwiches. I picked up the sealed closed bag and get home to find 2 sandwiches. I called about picking up the one sandwich and they told me they had it and were waiting to see if i would come back. If you have my contact info from the order why not call before i get all the way home? After eating the two sandwiches, one of which was missing toppings, and returning for my third sandwich, i get home to find my turkey club with bacon that has NO MEAT on it?!?!? Call and explain i dont want to make a hassle but i need the third sandwich remade and i have to drive there a 3RD time, they agree to remake and give a gift card for the whole order price. I get there, wait in line, order the one sandwich, they make it correctly for the 3rd try and then proceed to tell me its on the house. I mention the gift card and they instantly get rude and tell me, "they dont do that."
