Service is always great, love the menu choices. The food is so good, good size portions, each item is so yummy having its own unique flavor.

I like being able to get my salad and going. So far I think most of my experiences at Salad and Go has been pretty much the same and consistent. I usually get the same thing every time. If I mix up my order it is between regular chicken and Buffalo chicken. The same with the salad dressing. Usually it is pesto or balsamic. Always the dressing comes in packets. I cut them open when I get home or my destination or the place I am planning to sit down and eat. The salad dressing always tasted fresh. So far the salad has been fresh. There was one time where the salad had some old bits in it but it wasn't much. Hopefully they aren't getting lax with the freshness of their salad. The service was quick just like at the other places I have been. Nothing jumped out at me as being irregular or different from my prior experiences. read more

Very busy morning. I had two kiddos at the dentist and two at home. We were leaving to go up north and grabbed burritos. I ordered six traditional burritos, two southwest and three EBC burritos making it 11 burritos with a $45 purchase! Ashley at the window said, "Next time you order a big order, do it online because you are backing us up!" I looked at her in shock! Unbelievable! So bigger orders are not appreciated and discouraged in drive thru! Not everyone who eats out plans it. Usually it's a last minute option. As I am waiting I seen an Arizona roach crawling by the window. I pointed it out and rolled up my window because I didn't want it to get flicked onto or in my truck. My wife and I ordered a salad, two soups and two iced teas online for pickup. When we arrived at the pick up window, the drive through line was busy as it was dinner time. There was zero ambiance as there is no dining area. The girl who handed us our order seemed very distracted and forgot our soups. We checked our order as we were driving away then swung back around because she forgot our drinks. The same girl was courteous but seemed very distracted each time we spoke to her. I eat here at least 3 times a week. Ranging from breakfast to lunch! They are so quick, friendly and my order has NEVER been wrong, not once! I can place order before lunch and it's ready in 7 minutes (I work from home) and that is really nice for someone with a busy schedule! I have posted a few reviews, in my frustration, and then taken them down after it seemed like they fixed the overall issues -only to be disappointed again, and again. I won't be taking this one down. The service is always pleasant and friendly. The quality of the food is hit and miss... one hit to about four misses. Often soggy and always half full. Portion sizes are lacking while the cost is rising. I have eaten at six of them in QC, Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa, and they're all the same. They used to be amazing but now I only go when I need food for my birds or I just don't want to get out of the car. I used to brag about them but now I don't recommend them other than for convenience. Now I never crave them anymore and it rarely sounds good when I am thinking about what I want to eat. They should have started out crappy instead of awesome- then they wouldn't be such a bummer. One star for the occasional hits and one for not having to get out of my car. Not happy. I forgot my lunch for work and stopped in the morning to get a salad. Luckily I got a soup last minute. The salad was all slimy and had to toss it. Salads are not hard to put together and should always be fresh, especially first thing in the morning. I wouldn't be as upset if I was able to get lunch at work. My wife has been coming couple times before today, and hasn't had any problems but today we got 2 salads and a warp.... We get home and we instantly notice something was off, still good but just not as satisfying. The warp felt a bit less filling as usual wraps from other locations and the salads had very few chicken pieces. I go to the Salad n Go in Scottsdale at least twice a week for work lunch. This week I asked my wife to swing by this Queen Creek location to pick up 4 protein boxes for the week ahead because I had to pack lunches. She came home with four of these (see photo). Drove 12 miles round-trip to get a Cobb salad. Got home and realized they did not add bacon or avocado. Drove another 12 miles round-trip to get the salad replaced with one with the right ingredients. Got home and they had not put in eggs or tomatoes.
