It's great for lunch, dinner, a snack while shopping, a quick pick-me-up - and their trays delight guests for parties. Try it with one of their wonderful fresh-squeezed lemonades. NEVER gotten bad service at a Chick-fil-A in any city or state. I wish their ownership was more tolerant and kind to the LGBTQ community, but I realize that'sca corporate thing and the staff is not responsible. Great food here read more

BruerCreek Chick-fil-a will not for the sake of it fill up the cup of mac&cheese. The surrounding stores, crossroads Cary NC, Siz forks Rd Raleigh NC, pleasant Valley off hlet 70 raleigh ALL fill up their cups with mac&cheese until it touches the inside of the top but the Brier Creek restaurant won't do it!!! They gave my husband a free cup when he complained but wouldn't allow a review just complaint, being portion size. Still got a half empty or half full cup of mac&cheese today! You have to Complain that's the only way they customers will get a true proportion! I wanna add the photo, no option for that! read more

For the first time on record, I'm giving a 2 Star to Chick-fil-a. I've been here 3 times during my stay in Raleigh and had minimal issues the first two times. I guess third time is the charm? My first order was a business order for a large breakfast (they didn't include cups for the box of joe I ordered). The past two times were drive-thru. Today, on the third visit, drive thru was slow. It was semi-slow as well for my last visit. Typically, Chick-fil-a is the best at supply chain management when it comes to getting food quickly to customers. Ordinarily, I'd bump a star down and leave a 4/5. Today, not only was it slow but I got a little surprise in my tortilla for my breakfast wrap. I had eaten half of it and noticed before my next bite that a stringy thing was sticking out of the tortilla. I went to pull on it and it was lodged in there. Pulled harder to find a blonde hair. It seemed embedded in it. Listen, that could have been a tortilla wrap that had a hair baked into the bread but I felt sick to my stomach after and threw the rest away. I can only hope that ANYONE working in the kitchen there has a hair wrap ... and that I'm not sure of. I do know that once I find hair in my food anywhere, it's a hard stop on eating there. The Chick-fil-A on Falls of the Neuse Rd in the Falls Village shopping center is not as organized as other Chick-Fil-A's. The mobile order line, when you circle around, goes to a separate waiting area. The regular line, including those who ordered after a few of us in the mobile line, were served first. They waited until that line cleared to serve the mobile orders. The whole point of the App is to get priority. This location is difficult to get out of as the parking lot is not the easiest to navigate. It might work better if they just kept the mobile thru with the regular lane and everyone exited the same way. It is an accident in the making. read more

In either the mobile thru or drive thru lines I'm instructed to pull over or park and wait at least 5 minutes for my order. My orders are not special orders yet I always have to wait so I refuse to go to this location any more. In addition to slow service, this location is incredibly difficult to get into and out of. Cons: Chicken is consistently smaller in size and under breaded compared to other Raleigh locations. I witnessed an elderly man who got in the wrong drive through lane at the Six Forks location beside Target. Even though the lanes merge they refused to take his order. We are always happy at this Chick-fil-A! We usually order through the app ahead of arriving and our food is always ready and correct. The employees here are friendly and keep the tables clean. This spot is packed on the weekends with dine in folks and they do a good job keeping up. The drive-thru line also tends to move pretty quickly. They do have a small play area that my son loves using. The only downside is for dine in the parking situation is tight and chaotic here. read more

We ended up here by chance because the nazi of an owner of the Falls of Neuse Chik fil a down the street wouldn't let us walk 15 feet to a table without masks on. Also, several of the chik fil a employees were not wearing masks. Why do you treat your patrons differently, Chris?? Let me be clear when I say that we are done with that mask game. The Chik fil a owner nazi will lose $80-$100 at least per week from us, and I hope more like minded people will stop giving him money as well. We will not patronize a business that requires masks. Period! My money will be spent elsewhere. My wife stumbled upon Tazas Grille and when we went to check it out, we found wonderful people running it. People like us. People that have common sense. Sam the owner will treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Sam's right hand man and his wife also were awesome! I had a lamb gyro with fries and hummus. It was seasoned perfectly! One of the best, if not the best gyro I've ever had. Please patronize businesses like Sam's. Normally I'd give Chick-fil-A 5 stars around the board. The service is normally great, and the food is exactly what you'd expect- it's chick fil a. However, my last experience here was nothing fantastic whatsoever. I've been coming to this specific location for at least 10 years of my life now. Normally, there's nothing to complain about, but I took my three little sisters in for a meal before a movie because they wanted some good ole Chick-Fil-A. First of all, they forgot like an entire meal. Lol, one of my sisters didn't even get her cool ranch wrap and no fries. Secondly, I ordered a nugget meal? And they gave me the smallest fry possible that was half filled. Literally the only reason I come to here is for the fries, so you could imagine how bad I felt seeing this container (see picture attached hehe)! Thirdly, I told them that they forgot like half our stuff and they were nice enough to bring the sandwich out, but then they still didn't bring the extra side of fries. Why are we being stingy with the potatoes? Let's share the wealth! More fries please! Anyways, I don't really care that much, I just care that the service and food is normally spectacular, and then we're hit with a bad experience like this. Oh well, I'm stuck in a vicious cycle. Order was 8 piece chicken nuggets meal with large SWEET TEA and 8 piece nugget with medium SWEET TEA . The last 2 times visiting this location service is horrible not to mention the amount of people in line just to give your orders to. People pulling employees away from taking orders to be runners leaving frustration on the part of those waiting. Today the drinks we got were Dr. PEPPER and UN-SWEET TEA. This is by far one of the best Chick-fil-A in Raleigh. Ever since they shut down and remodeled, dining here has been a breeze. They now have a double driver through, more parking, and an overall cleaner facility. About 6 months ago, this location was a nightmare to get in and out of due to the loacation, I'm so happy they upgraded. This is my new favorite Raleigh location for sure! Very unpleasant experience today. At pickup window was told they had to cook new fries as they had ran out so I had to pull into a parking spot to wait. Waited almost 10 minutes and then when I got fries they were only partially filled. After waiting 10 minutes you should have made sure there was the correct amount and given me a coupon for a free something for my time. So I used the reward Chris Latta gave me, hoping it'll be better this time. I was telling this black worker there I think they're name was Curtis if I remember, and he helped me so much, even with my mask on because I do chemo, and can't get around diseases or viruses. I ordered it again, no pimento cheese again, so I went back around to talk with curtis about it, and he told me he'll give me a side of pimento cheese, which he did after he sent me around. I came back in his lane for the third time so we could look at it together and make sure it was enough, and it was finally enough of pimento cheese on the side. The Falls Village location is excessively slow. They are the only CFA that it is slower to get your food when ordering on the mobile app (for drive thru pickup) as compared to ordering in drive thru. Tuesday 9/19/23 - I order on the mobile app - 1 kids nuggets and fries with fountain drink and 12 count nuggets and fries with fountain drink. I let the restaurant know I arrive in the App. I then wait a little for the drive thru folks to handle the people ahead of me, and I confirm with them I am here. I get my receipt at 7:27 in my email. I am 4th car in line in drive thru. I pull to the right because they have 2 lanes. I finally get my food at 7:40. 13 minutes waiting for nuggets and fries? At least 3 cars that were behind me received their food first. The guy at the drive thru didn't even walk over to ask my name, after the 3rd car pulled away I hollered at him my name. I have a choice to come here or go home and cook. Tonight it would have been quicker to cook my family a meal at home. Last time I come here.
