Chick-Fil-A in general is pretty fantastic, but this location is one of the better ones (Capital Crossings and North Hills round out my top three). They have some great promotions on a fairly regular basis. Seriously, an all you can eat nugget night? Awesome! The food is pretty standard CFA as far as taste and quality go. Spicy chicken sandwich with cheese combo and a shake is one of the best fast food meals you can get. The staff is super friendly. I know Chick-Fil-A's usually rock on customer service, but this one seems to go above and beyond. I once placed my order and they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich because I had to wait for my food maybe an extra minute or two. It does get really busy at lunch between the moms and the high school students so consider yourself warned. read more

I love my Chik-Fil-A! Their location isn't the closest fast-food restaurant to me, but it is the closest Chick-Fil-A. The prices aren't the lowest in the fast-food genre, but, the quality of the food and portions, make it a better value for my family. The employees that walk around offering to clear tables and pour re-fills provide a very classy touch that you wouldn't ordinarily expect from a fast food restaurant. This location also added hand sanitizer wipes and plastic place mats for the kids in the condiments section. As a germ-a-phobe mom, I really appreciate it. I also love the special events that Chick Fil A organizes, such as the Mother-Son Date Knight, Father-Son Football Night, Fall Festival, and weekly kids' nights. Finally, the employees always seem happy to be there. Very pleasant attitudes! My husband and I often joke that Chick Fil A hires from a different pool of applicants than the other fast food restaurants. The chicken taste ok but it's chicken and the waffle fries and always cold. The lines are long and I still rather bake my own chicken. Kids love this greasy spoon but I don't eat it any more. The faucet in the bathroom doesn't work. It is motion activated and is hard for it to turn on at all. When it does it only turns on for one or two seconds. Plus it is very close to the front of the bowl of the sink so your hands always touch the bowl of the sink. I know this seems petty but think about the employees that might have to use these bathrooms and how unlikely it is that their hands are clean! read more

I've never given Chick Fil A a five start rating, but this location deserves it because they have the fastest drive through I have ever used for a CFA. I'm talking military precision. Service is always impeccable, the food is good, and the fries are salted! This particular location does a ton of community outreach and family-events. We have been going to this Chick-fil-a since 2006 and it used to be the best. However, the past three times we have been our food has been old or we have been missing part of our order. Very friendly, but how many times can I go through the drive through and get an unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered. Too many. A simple I'm sorry is nice but I had to turn around, drive back, park, and walk in to get fixed. Secondly as a frequent mobile user, Thier pickup area makes you feel like you are in the way. Sign is over a drink bucket and the only place to stand is in front of the main walkway from behind the counter. I have never written a review about a fast food chain before, mostly because I didn't feel like it was necessary; you know what quality to expect. However, every time I have been to this Chick-fil-A, they have exceeded those expectations, and so I feel that a proper acknowledgement is in order. This location has been amazingly polite, genuinely happy, clean, and quick every time I have been there, and that's just the drive-through window! I've never had to wait at the window more than a minute; by the time I got there, they'd have my food ready, hand it to me smiling, thank me for my visit, and I'd be on my way. I've even had a pleasant conversation with one of the workers at the cash register on a slower night, since she asked me how my day was, and it was made that much better because of her taking the time to care. Between the amazing service, and this being a Christian owned business, I would love to continue giving my support to such a quality company, and hope you do too! read more

I eat at chickfila quite often. This is by far the rudest chickfila I've been too. There is a chickfila in North Hills that is always kind and curtious. I order the same thing every time I eat at chickfila, even when I travel and it has never been an issue: however I come here and suddenly it's an inconvenience but they are "willing to do me this favor once." We have not been here back. The manager is not nice. He just yells and tells customers who complain are the problem. And to be quiet. And they will not give any compensation to customers who complain. We all got refunds. And the same manager would yell and interrupt at customers. And tells customers they are not telling the truth. When complains about bad service. Manager said customers are the problems not the employees. The female employees talk back rude,rush to get rid of, stick fingernails into the skin of our hands, walk away in the middle of wait on and not come back, give wrong order and said nothing is wrong with it. repeat the same questions, eat food while wait on, when customers complain said they tell lies. The parking lot is small. We had problems finding a clean table. Employees not clean it up and not busy. The decor is nice. And many good eats to buy. We got our fruit cups frozen.Management said not care if we complain to corporate. We had food thrown at us. And female employees saw us and ran away. We got beverages with 3/4 ice.
