I'm leaving a one star until I have a better experience. I've visited this location many, many times and never had issues bad enough to remember. This location, as I'm sure many of the other locations is always jammed packed especially through drive thru. Their lines are really long that a lot of the time it impact the traffic from the main street as well at the traffic in the shopping center. Going inside isn't much better, you end up putting your order in pretty quickly but the wait times are long. Today's visit was horrible and probably because I'm hungry. I got to the restaurant with about ten minutes to spare for breakfast, put in a simple order of just the breakfast mini's at :24 (per receipt) and stood with A LOT of other people who constantly was asking when their order would be done-each one got the same response. "Sorry, were really busy." 19 minutes at :43 & my name is called and told that their out of chicken mini's. The associate walks to the manager after I tell her I just want my money back and the manager comes over to tell me she's "sorry" but if she can get me anything else, I tell her no and just leave. I understand a restaurant runs out of items, but for none of those 19 minutes you didn't see y'all were running low? read more

This place is not the right place to go I rather go to fontana and waste more gas that have this horrible service. They always seem to get my order wrong i waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get a sandwich meal, 2 8ct nuggets and and 12ct nugget meal so i can get home and find out that they didnt put one of the 8ct nuggets in the bag they just chat inside and wait until their conversation is not interesting so they can take your order and still fuck it up. Be ready to open! I stop here for a quick breakfast on the way to work occasionally. Twice now I have been told that they don't have biscuits ready in the morning. Once was because they "didn't have dough" and another time "the person who makes the biscuits just started" and that it would be a 20-25 minute wait! These are BISCUITS for crying out loud. Look, I get that chick-fil-a doesn't want to be associated with fast food but there's something wrong if you can't have biscuits ready in the morning for breakfast, especially when your numbered menu has biscuits as item#1! Does McDonald's tell you they don't have that middle bun ready for their Big Macs? Once was maybe excusable, twice is indicative of a problem. Either get your biscuit person or dough to arrive earlier or start your opening time later and suffer the loss of a half hour of business. read more

There's nothing bad I can say about Chick-fil-A or about this location and was my first time here at this restaurant. I went here recently and the restaurant was only doing mobile app or drive thru. I didn't have the app, but a man who worked there guided me and also stated that if the reception was bad, they do have free wifi for guests. I ordered my food and a woman was hustling putting orders on the shelf for pick up. She came over and asked if I ordered through the app and what my name was. When my order was done, she remembered my name. I waited maybe under 10 mins for food, but the drive thru seemed to have longer wait times. Bathrooms were available for guests and there's tons of parking. Customer service at any Chick-fil-A has always been great and just wish Chick-fil-A had more restaurants near military installations like Groton, CT or Twentynine Palms, CA. We ate at Chick fill A today and the service was incredible. We ordered soup and it wasn't ready so Malik came to us personally and apologized for the mistake. He offered us gift cards and made sure we were taken care of. In addition, a young lady named Najaiya was cleaning the lobby when a bunch of teenagers from a high school practically destroyed it. She remained professional, caring, helpful, and compassionate. She helped the rest of the patronages with a positive attitude and ran refills for everyone in the lobby. My go to's are the spicy chicken sandwich, nuggets or cook wrap. + waffle fries and a lemonade Lots of place to dine in and sit down with friends and family. New fresh flowers at your table everyday. I planned it into my morning knowing that I would wait 30 minutes in line. It says they opened at 10am today. It's 10:29am. All I wanted was breakfast this morning because everything else from here is absolutely disgusting. I wait about 15 minutes and finally get to a person who can take my order. I ask for breakfast and they said they don't do breakfast here. Which is crazy. I don't go to chick fil a very often, maybe once a year. It's only then that I remember why I don't come here. So anyways, I shut my window and continue on in the drive thru for another 15 minutes for nothing as THEY DONT SERVE BREAKFAST!! What?! So bizarre. This review is on a Chick Fil A scale because I normally love them and they hold themselves to a good standard usually. This place, however, does not! They had one cashier working and also filling the drinks of her customers...while several others including the manager stood around. They ignored the fact that the line was out the door, yet several staff came and filled their own drinks to go in the back and enjoy. The table was dirty despite a girl standing in the dining room with a spray bottle in her hand staring off into space. Usually you get good service in the dining room where they bring you a high chair and baby placemat. This girl standing next to the high chairs stepped aside and watched me fumble with getting one down while holding a baby. I had to ask for the placemat and she took 10 minutes to bring it. There was no napkins anywhere in sight to clean off my dirty table. Just overall, very poorly ran and doesn't live up to the company name. read more

I'm a HUGE fan of Chik fil a and I've ordered it over a 1000 times but went to this location and try to order the same thing i always do for breakfast which is a # 1 substitute the biscuit for a bun. The guy told me they couldn't and they don't have buns. I said you don't have buns, he said no i said so what are you going to do at 10:30 when all your food has buns on them he said go to the back and get the buns. I said you have got to be kidding me. I've ordered it from every Chik fila I've ever been too with no problem. Now all of a sudden they won't do it. Makes no sense. Just bad customer service. I guess this location is starting to not give a crap anymore. Came here thinking I was going to see nothing but great reviews but seeing the opposite of that. Went here last week on my lunch break. I was excited because I was really hungry and I love the spicy chicken sammich. When I took a bite of my sandwich I noticed I didn't get much chicken. I then noticed that I got a thin piece of chicken. Went back this Friday thinking 'they can redeem themselves this place is good' and NOPE!! They forgot my fries. First time here ordered a spicy deluxe and a frozen lemonade meal the lemonade was really good, the chick fil a sauce and buffalo was good but their ranch tastes like McDonald's ranch. And when I ate one of the fries I had to spit it out cause it tasted like dirt like they didn't fully clean the potato skin on that fry was a gross taste in my mouth and lastly my chicken sandwich didn't have ANY CHEESE! And no lettuce and tomato!! And like one and a half pickles.... I basically just got a chicken tender on a bun. Came here around 1130 today, the line wasn't too ling but it took nearly 20 mins, then when u get up there they said another 5mins for my chicken strips, i real8ze it's lunch lunch time and things get busy but it was 30 mins later, i drive back to work and find out they didn't give me chik filet suace i specifically asked for, no sauce at all.. the chicken strips are average.. the chik filet meat my home in riverside is excellent, i guess i had the same expectations for this place but unfortunately the world isnt perfect. read more

I've ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with +2 pepper Jack cheese, but when I got my order ,obviously, it was missing the +2 PJ cheese. Long story short, I went back to let them know they had made a mistake on my order, gave them the receipt to confirmed with another kid that wear different colored shirt. The 2nd time come around, by now the sandwich was already cold, still missing another piece of cheese, and then this time I let them know(they sent another person to talk to me) they were still missing another piece of cheese, and if they can just heat up the cold fried chicken sandwich for me, since they made the mistake. Chick-fil-A is hands down my favorite fast food place. I am at my local location a few times a week... check my CFA ONE app. I should have known that something was going to be wrong when the nice teen taking my order said " no thank you" instead of the normal "my pleasure." At this point when my friend pointed it out faster than me I should hand told her to cancel my order.... but I proceeded. I was rather famished and my head had already started pounding so I knew food was important. Paid... got my order. I have never in my CFA weekly experience seen nuggets so light.... I mean they don't look like the photo. Where is the breading? Crust? Crunch? Why do my nuggets look undercooked??! I'm so confused. I decide I'll just eat the fries... Why are my fries over cooked? Hard? Crunchy? Did someone mix the chicken nugget cook time and French fry cook time up? So here I am hopping on the 210 to go home and all I have to eat (well drink) is this lemonade. So I'll just get liquid full because I can't eat the undercooked nuggets and hard French fries. I even tried another fry deeper down.... and it was hard also. I sat down and looked around at the food filled floor & decided to get a manager. She proceeded to stand there smiling saying oh I know I just sent someone out to clean it. Love this place! Chicken is so good and the Fry's are my favorite fast food fries of all of them. It's great for a play date with the kids or a time out while you let the kids play. They also have grilled chicken options which have not let me down. The prices aren't the cheapest, but the quality easily makes up for that. read more

An interesting thing happened this evening. I ordered my food on the app which is always very convenient. When I arrived, I noticed A young kid grab my food and run out. Apparently, this sort of thing is happening a lot. I let the manager know and he had all my food re-made very quickly. I appreciate so much that the management took it seriously and didn't charge me again for my food. Wonderful customer service! And of course the food is always delicious. read more

Spent 40 minutes one evening in the drive thru... now it's breakfast, and a much shorter line, and have spent 20 to 25 minutes in the drive thru. Wow, something has happened to the food here. I haven't been in many months so don't know if the quality of the food is going downhill or I just got an especially awful chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was half the thickness of what I was expecting; it was too crispy, dried out and over salted to make it nearly inedible. stopped at the Chick-fil-a in Redlands a few months ago around 7 pm and decided to dine in and ordered a Cobb salad and after 20 minutes of waiting I asked an employee if they could check on my order and they said that they would and brought me my salad 24 minutes after waiting. when I was leaving I asked to speak to a manager and a polite young man came out from the back and I explained what had transpired and he apologized saying they were short handed. so today I decided to go back and decided to try the dine in again. I ordered my food at 7:40 pm and at 7:56 I asked another employee walking by if they could please check on my order. He brought it out at 7:59 and apologized for the delay. When I was leaving asked to speak to the manager and a young man came out and I explained that this has happened twice in a few months and he explained that they were short staffed making the salads.
