The last several visits, orders are always wrong and today they tried to take advantage of not having a wrap and substituting it for a chicken sandwich and not wanting to give me back the $7 difference. Wow, something has happened to the food here. I haven't been in many months so don't know if the quality of the food is going downhill or I just got an especially awful chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was half the thickness of what I was expecting; it was too crispy, dried out and over salted to make it nearly inedible. Chick-fil-a carries a connotation of being the BEST fast-food chain in terms of food, quality, and service, and I believe that's mostly true. There have been some times that I've been in the drive-thru line for so long that it is no longer "fast" food, but usually it takes no longer than 10 minutes to get in line, get your food, and go. That's pretty great considering the fact that the line is longer than the driveway, especially when it takes 15 minutes for me to get through a Del Taco line even though there are only two cars in line, but that's a whole other review. So, my point is that this is an extremely busy store, and I'm glad that the employees here work so hard to get out all of the orders ASAP. Even if the people here worked slowly I think that the food is definitely worth the wait. My favorite breakfast item is the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito with chicken. I recently just tried this because I don't think to go to a fast food restaurant for breakfast let alone a place that serves chicken for breakfast. But WOW I would get one every morning if I could they're just that good. The tortilla is warm and fluffy; the chicken nuggets are crispy and juicy; the egg is perfect; the hash browns are oily yet crunchy; and the salsa just adds a nice kick. If it's after 10:30, I recommend the Spicy Chicken Deluxe (with extra pickles if that's your speed), waffle fries, and sweet tea or a milkshake if you're feeling fun. My mouth is watering just thinking about this right now omg. My only issue is that the cashier doesn't ask if you have the rewards app. I once thought it was annoying if I'm at a business and they ask if I have a rewards account there because I most likely do... that's why I'm shopping there. But I am now grateful when they ask because I now see it as a friendly reminder. Since CFA cashiers don't ask if I have the rewards app, I may have forgotten to use the app for the last year or so LOL. I have missed out on so many points which lead to free food :( so if you love CFA and you don't have the app, get it you're missing out!! Barely got introduced to chick fil a for first time this summer and totally loved it, Until today I went through drive thru and ordered the spicy deluxe meal without cheese- she repeated my order even when I picked up my food however when I got home I got a completely different sandwich with cheese and other junk. The sticker on the sandwich box even marked it as with cheese and ranch but my receipt reflects what I truly ordered. I tried to call and call but the call won't go through saying the verizon wireless can't be reached at this time. I drove back to chick fil a to tell the cashier and she looks at me like I'm lieing even though I brought my receipt and the sandwich I did not order. The manager brought me my sandwich and no one apologized about giving me the wrong order - worst customer service ever so I will not be returning. Very unhappy customer. They still gave me an order with cheese. Had to return here 3x. The manager still did not apologize. Worst customer service ever even if this is "fast food". stopped at the Chick-fil-a in Redlands a few months ago around 7 pm and decided to dine in and ordered a Cobb salad and after 20 minutes of waiting I asked an employee if they could check on my order and they said that they would and brought me my salad 24 minutes after waiting. when I was leaving I asked to speak to a manager and a polite young man came out from the back and I explained what had transpired and he apologized saying they were short handed. so today I decided to go back and decided to try the dine in again. I ordered my food at 7:40 pm and at 7:56 I asked another employee walking by if they could please check on my order. He brought it out at 7:59 and apologized for the delay. When I was leaving asked to speak to the manager and a young man came out and I explained that this has happened twice in a few months and he explained that they were short staffed making the salads. I did want anything from them or would except it. Just won't do dine in service again. Never have a problem using the a and pick it up. read more

This location has terrible customer service. I keep returning because it's the closest location. Today my drinks were incorrect and I had 2 sauces for $45 worth of food. Additionally, there were other occasions where they forgot my Mac and cheese. I understand that things happen as we're all human but 3 consecutive times? Come on! I once advised the young man that my Mac and cheese was missing and he just laughed. Atrocious customer service, the majority of the staff are young and give the perception that they do not take pride in their work. This place is pretty new. I'm pretty sure it's only been open since this year. Anyway, I wasn't really planning to buy food from here tonight but an interesting little circumstance happened. I wanted to use my certificates to DSW and when I was done browsing/shopping, I walked out of the store and headed for my car. At once a lady stopped me. HER: Excuse me miss, I know you don't know me but my name is S**** and I was wondering if you could do me a favor. ME: What is it? HER: My family and I are homeless and we've been walking around asking people and I was hoping if you can spare us any type of food. I have an 18 year old daughter walking around asking people too and you see that's my husband there *points to man sitting in front of Michael's* and he's asking people too. ME: Ohh, okay. Do you want to go with me *points to food places in same plaza* and I'll buy you food? HER: Well, my daughter is somewhere asking for food and I don't want to scare her if she sees that I'm gone. ME: Okay, what do you want then? HER: There's that chicken place over there, that's fine. They have that chicken meal, 8 piece, or a chicken sandwich. I also ended up getting myself a chicken sandwich meal too since I haven't eaten dinner. I headed back over to where the lady was and gave her her meal. She was very grateful and said a lot of "God Bless You's" to me and I told her to take care and walked away. If she would've asked for money, I would've probably said no, but it was for food and I couldn't refuse. I can't imagine having to beg for food from strangers and since I have the privilege to be able to experience any type of food I want and even Yelp it when I get home, I figured it's not asking for much. There's my good deed for the day. On to the food.... The place is new so it's very clean. Inside is nice, better than a lot of fast food places I've stepped into recently. We'll see how it looks after its been open for a while. The service was great, the lady explained everything seeing how I haven't had any of their food in a long while. Oh and it also has a drive-thru so that's a plus if you don't want to leave your car. The chicken sandwich itself is very simple. The original only comes with pickles. The Deluxe (which I got) comes with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. The chicken is good. Juicy and some sort of processed chicken! The fries are waffle fries... yum! This chick-fil-a should definitely send its people to other locations to relearn how to be customer service oriented. There is no reason why customers should have to wait like a herd of cattle to have their food brought out to them. Even during this, whatever you want to call it, other chick-fil-a locations take the time to bring your food to the customer's vehicle personally. I will continue to go to the one in Yucaipa and will not return to this one again. They ruined their second chance. First change was ruined with dirty lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich which should tell you about cleanliness. And I don't mean a little spec of dirt. It looked like they dug it up and slapped it straight on the sandwich. Didn't come here for almost a year and just drove to Yucaipa. Didn't feel like doing the drive so my husband went to pick up the order. We did a mobile order. We waited there for 20 mins for our mobile order to be ready (yes, we clicked the button stating we were here) and still waited. This is while everyone who walked up to order got their order way ahead our mobile order. After asking twice during that 20 minute duration if our order was close to being done, it was finally ready a few minutes later. Checked the order before we left (thank God) and of course- multiple missing items. One of the missing items was a cookie and after bringing that particular item to their attention they said they don't have any but didn't offer anything as a replacement. We mentioned a brownie and the employee stated no brownies either and just walked away....?? So annoyed that we just left without asking for the manager. I needed to get my kids home to eat. Employees of this Chikfila also aren't very friendly. Cherry on top. This Chikfila gives others a bad name. Just drive down to the Yucaipa location. read more

This evening, my 91 year husband and I went to this location at about 8:30 Pm, unaware of their earlier closing time. The young lady outside informed us that we could not order unless it was on their app or to go through the drive-thru. We began to return to the car to decide what to do when a young man,Rudy, who was moving umbrellas inside, heard what was happening and asked if we wanted to order. We replied that we did but had not downloaded their app. Rudy pulled out his personal cellphone and placed our order and HE PAID FOR OUR FOOD (a deluxe chicken sandwich, side salad and waffle fries)! He refused to accept the payment from us. Another young man from Indonesia observed this and we began talking--he took a picture of us and Rudy. Honestly, this is probably my least favorite chick fil a. The last two times I've done the pick up order with the app there's been a delay. The first time they lost my order. I stood in the heat for almost 20 minutes AFTER the app said someone was bringing out my food because it was ready. today I decide to give it another shot. Ordered my food. Selected I was there. Waited in my car until the app told me my food was ready. I get out of my car and this time I'm waiting a good 10 minutes for it. So either the app sucks and lags or the Redlands location can't get it together. Either way, I'm not going back to that location. It's 90 plus degrees outside... I don't need to stand outside and wait when I'm told the food is ready. I go during my lunch break which is why I order ahead. It almost seems like the long drive thru line is better. read more

I generally have great appreciation for Chick-fil-A. As a company, I respect their business model, appreciate they honor a day of rest, support local Christian events, have polite employees with good customer service and serve quality food. This location specifically, I am not so pleased with though. They are always slow. My last visit took 23 minutes in the drive, my order was wrong, I did not receive the condiments I requested as I was told "they are in the bag", nor did I get napkins which is generally standard for a drive through. When I opened my bag down the road I discovered all this but it was too late to turn around, nor would I want to wait in that dreadful line again. Based on this visit only, I would not return, however since I have been happy with my food and service throughout the years at other times/locations, I plan to remain a patron though quite displeased with this experience. Customer service is horrible. went through the drive thru to order just to be cut off mid way and sent through the rest of the line. My order was not taken correctly nor was it read back to me to catch any mistakes. I asked for no pickles - got pickles. asked for large - got medium. asked for ketchup - didnt get ketchup. line was ridiculously long and not worth it to go back and fix the order. Covid has really helped this location get their act together, and I couldn't be happier. I've been there at least 10 times since the start of Covid, and things have really turned around. My food is always ready when the app says it is. My order is fresh and never wrong. I don't have to wait a long time for my food to be prepared. Great job! read more

this location used to be awesome, stopped by recently after they re opened and i can't say the same anymore . unfortunately had to witness manager on duty getting employees in trouble for misunderstandings , there was also a problem with my order due with something not being ready ; i offered to wait the 20 minuets and he told the team member that that was to much to just give me a refund, i took the refund and returned shortly to re order my order and once again witnessed the same manager on shift giving team members a hard time , supper inappropriate to do infront of cars ordering . however the young lady at the window was supper kind and tried her hardest to make something workout for me , possibly new management ? read more

This place used to be nice. Now, the tables are normally not cleaned. The bathrooms are filthy. And their service is horrible. I have gone during various hours and they don't have a lot of things they market on their menus e.g. lemonade, wraps, soups, lunch, etc. I have gone to other chic fil a and never have encountered these problems. Most of the staff here has an attitude problem. I have gone up to the cash register to ask for something and they just ignore you. I would rather drive out to other chic fil a's to avoid this one. read more
