I arrived shortly after 7am, ready made sandwiches in the refrigerator and warm breakfast burritos at the register. I loved the coconut latte and the fast service! Super cute cafe/store lots of things to look at and purchase from local artists.

Olive Avenue Market is basically a cozy coffee shop in Redlands with an excellent patio area with shade and flowers that is nice to relax and watch people walk by. You can order a variety of coffee and tea drinks fresh made and they have premade sandwiches, salads, and snacks. I had a salad which was good and the prices were reasonable but not inexpensive.

So much to look at, didn't take enough photos to do it justice. Gives a "country store" type vibe. Lots of outdoor sitting with puzzle, book, and stick (for dogs) libraries (make sure to donate). The staff was informative, friendly and patient. The food was delicious. Sandwiches and pastries made daily with a wide variety of choices. They have coffee and teas with several options. They even have a rewards program. Will definitely go back again.

Updating my review - Olive Market has a delicious chai tea, I added espresso to make it a dirty chai. Their blueberry lemon scone is to die for! Will definitely be my go-to when I'm in Redlands. Thank you to the wonderful people who work here, nice welcoming staff.

Popped into this 100 year old building/establishment on the recommendation of a chef/friend. Was definitely not disappointed! The charm and essence of what it used to be over the years was still present. You need "time" to browse around. So much to look at and tons of tasty items to choose from. Absolutely loved the experience. And to be located in the historical district is so charming. I will definitely be looking forward to my return next time and please checkout their website to learn more about the history.

This is a really cool shop. They have a lot of bottled drinks that can't be found easily. They could use a better espresso machine though.

First time here, we bought a mango smoothie, iced tea and a green fruit salad dessert, and they were all amazing.

Ask the Community - Olive Avenue Market

    Do they currently serve breakfast?

Yes but not "made to order items". Their offerings are pre-made fresh daily: bagels, sandwiches, parfaits, etc.

Just wondering if they do sell breakfast or not? I went in today to finally try but was confused lol. Also the menu for hot food was blanked out with white paper so I left. Are the only serving what's in the fridge and things around store?

They have done away with breakfast/brunch due to the person who ran it moved. They have considered bringing it back but haven't found anyone to bring it back

Can you bring back the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and hash browns?

    I second this!

Is OAM open for dine in or takeout?

They're open for takeout and patio seating!

Do they only sell breakfast on the weekends?

    Yes...breakfast is delicious

I don't know what it was, but everyone in there silently scowled as we walked in, and it didn't get any better in the time we got our drinks and settled in with some pastries. We opted to sit outside, which was a bit better... at least free of the strange judgment indoors. The coffee itself was nice, and those who follow my coffee shenanigans know I usually order a cappuccino to try somewhere new, and it was quite nice. Even the little pastry I ordered was nice. I'd certainly recommend it to people in the area, though I don't imagine I'll be back soon, both for practical distance reasons and... who knows, maybe waiting until the studious clientele has gone back to school for the year.

When I arrived it was one barista making drinks and taking orders (co worker was on break I assume) Point is he was very kind to acknowledge me and tell me he will be right with me. Within that time his co worker came back from break and took my order. She was kind to offer suggestions. My drink was ready super quick! Now for the drink, good quality matcha. I got the banana matcha on oat. You can taste bits of banana chunks. Drink can have a bit more ice to be colder. Shop was clean. Overall a good place to stop by for drinks!

Tsoko Cafe (TC) is #6 on our food adventure's list and it's right next door to TUSL... perfect! TC is also one of the OG food vendors at RPM. Their signature drinks, matcha series, Tsoko latte series, milk teas, iced teas, and coffees are handcrafted with care and creativity. We still sat in front of TUSL. I ordered at the TC counter. Young lady behind the counter didn't show much expression except to take my order. Got Butterfly Pea Flower with peach flavor for my eldest daughter, House Brown Sugar Boba for my youngest daughter, and Halo-Halo for moi. We got our drinks quite swiftly. Both my daughters enjoyed their drinks, however, we were disappointed that about 2 inches of liquids were taken off from the top of their drinks just because we asked for no ice. It's a bummer when shops do that. As for my Halo-Halo, it was just okay. I felt it lacked sweetness and it was small for a $10+ drink. Probably won't order it again. Didn't get a bang for my buck. Anyway, if you're a drink enthusiast who desires delightful experiences, Tsoko Cafe may be the place for you. Come seek and celebrate with a refreshing drink. We'll return to try some of their other specialty drinks that may give more value for my money. Btw, NO CASH PAYMENT ACCEPTED! Note: Park for free at 101 W Stuart Ave. Very short walk to the market. Train tracks are between parking and market. Cross with care.
