[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stell is easily one of the most charming spots in Redlands. It has this fantastic "retro-curator" vibe to the cozy, academic atmosphere that makes you want to settle in with a book or your laptop for hours.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Drink: I ordered a 16oz London fog with Whole Milk and Vanilla Syrup. It was perfectly a strong caffeine fix not overly sweet. It's clear they take their tea as seriously as their coffee. The Food: I grabbed the Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Rosemary Garlic bread. The rosemary garlic bread is a game-changer; it adds such a savory, aromatic depth to a classic breakfast sandwich. The bacon was super crispy! Service: Broody took my order and he was great when I was asking about their tea menu to help me find a strong caffeinated tea that's also sweet. Whether you're looking for a serious caffeine fix or just a cool place to hang out, Stell is a must-visit in the IE.

Located in Brookside Plaza (Barton Rd & Alabama St) near Stater Bros, with lots of parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Though there's no drive-thru, there's plenty of indoor/outdoor seating with welcoming atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We dropped by right before closing this Valentine's Day Saturday for a post-dinner treat. The hot Vanilla and Lavender lattes were exceptional; perfectly balanced espresso and steamed milk. I appreciated the extra care in the latte art; it was perfect for today. We also loved the Jam Thumbprint Shortbread and Biscotti; both were fresh and hit the right level of sweetness. Service was top-notch; the duo behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful with the menu. With reasonable prices and great vibes, we'll definitely be back to try more!

Stopped in for a quick drink and had a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The coffee shop is spacious with plenty of seating and a lively atmosphere, it was busy, but not overwhelming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking was easy, which is always a plus, and the service was fast and efficient. I ordered the iced tea sweetened with local honey from Soffel Farms and it was so refreshing with the perfect balance of fresh tea flavor and natural sweetness. I'd definitely stop by again!

Great coffee and food spot in Redlands, and they also serve local beers on tap. Service was awesome and they answered any questions I had about drinks and food. I ordered an iced Matcha with Lavender syrup, a turkey and sun-dried tomato panini and a peanut butter, chocolate chip, cookie. The Matcha with lavender was wonderful and their syrups are freshly made. They have some very unique syrup flavors as well. The drink was delicious and I would ask for more syrup next time to make it a bit sweeter. The turkey sandwich was amazing and loved the sun-dried tomato cream cheese. You also get a side, your choice of bread, and how you'd like it made for your sandwiches (toasted, natural, panini etc) . Love me some options! The chocolate cookie was large, fresh, and delicious with no weird chemical aftertaste. Food and drink were on point! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As for the overall atmosphere, the shop could use some cleaning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathrooms needed some cleaning attention, and one of the paper dispensers nearly fell off the wall trying to get a paper towel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tables needed wiping down and when we got there, one table (inside) was extremely dirty and had sunflower seed shells all over the floor, so we opted to sit outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This location is expanding and I would definitely come back when in the area.

Ginger molasses cookie and chai tea latte

This place is almost always packed and bit loud inside, but if you linger for a bit someone is usually getting up as you get there so you'll get a seat fairly soon. I like to sit outside where it's a bit more spread out and not as noisy. Service is always friendly, and even though there's a long line most of the time, it goes by pretty fast. They have a good chai tea latte (not the best, but good - a bit too sweet for my taste), but my go to has been a blood orange kombucha with a ginger molasses cookie. The kombucha is really tasty, but I warn you that it's 8% alcohol, so a bit potent to have too many of. The ginger molasses cookie is super yummy, just the right amount of sweet and spice. Their wine selection is extremely limited, having only a canned pinot noir and a chardonnay, which is why I get the kombucha. But they have a pretty good selection of draft beers if you like beer. I think for cons, this place is just consistently too packed and loud, they don't have wine, and they don't have wi-fi, so it's a good spot to read with your dog, but def not a work spot.

Try the lavender latte to start the day with a breakfast sandwich, it's good . Service is friendly don't hesitate to ask for help if you feel undecided. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great ambiance all daylong[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] .

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute spot, good pastries, coffee is truly hit or miss as well as service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I usually order online to avoid wait times, but doesn't matter because they keep the drinks on their side and you have to wait until someone isn't busy to actually help you put ice in your drink so you can go. If it's one person on bar don't expect the cashier to help you either. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Matcha's with chocolate chip vegan walnut cookie, and shortbread cookie
    Sabrina A.

Service was super friendly and spot had lots of seating and was clean. Matcha's unfortunately were not the best, and only milk substitutes available are oat and almond milk. They kind of tasted a bit watered down and you couldn't really taste the matcha or sweetener- just the milk truly. Pastries however were delicious, especially the chocolate walnut cookie!

Stell is located in a flex business park complex. It's kind of an unusual location however, on the Sunday that we came it was busy. The line was out the door. The coffee was good, the atmosphere was great, and the breakfast menu was also pretty good. I order my usual latte and it's a medium roast and shared a breakfast sandwich. I committed epic Yelp fail by not taking pictures of any of it because we were just so busy chatting. Despite its kind of unusual location, it is a spot that apparently a lot of the locals know and worth a visit. Casual. Indoor and some outdoor seating. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure.

One of the best coffee shops I've been to, the sandwich was so flavorful I love that they use sourdough bread. The coffee is perfect, no notes. The pricing for everything is absolutely amazing they don't up charge for a different milk as well! Two coffees and a sandwich came out to 16!

Fell upon this spot randomly. I got a chai Latte with oat milk and pumpkin spice. My husband got a vanilla latte. They both were just alright. Nothing crazy but it wasn't bad. We also ordered a coffee cake and chocolate chip cookie. The coffee cake was super cold and the crumble was hard to break off. I wish it would have been warmed, but it was bad. The chocolate chip cookie was soft and gooey, a little too soft for my liking. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich. We finished our coffee and pastries before we even got our sandwich. Took forever. Overall this place was.. okay. It wasn't bad, service was good aside from taking forever.. people were nice but I don't know if I'd come back.

    Crantastic!

Lovely fresh flowers on the outside of the building, crisp and clean interior, plenty of seating in indoors and outdoors. We chose the covered outdoor section, because of the weather was lovely today. My iced lavender latte was phenomenal, perfectly sweetened. My friend had the iced dirty chai, which she loved, as well. The menu was so vast that we had difficulty choosing what we wanted to eat. I've already determined that I will go back with my husband to try more items! But for today, I ordered the mushroom Swiss Panini, and she ordered the Caprese on a ciabatta bun. We chose these sandwiches already knowing that we would swap a half to be able to try both! We were not disappointed. The bread on the mushroom Swiss was buttery toasted goodness, and cheese to mushroom ratio was just right. The Caprese was warm and savory, and the balsamic onion jam was absolutely delicious. Very pleased with our visit overall!

Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. You can also snag breakfast burritos if you're lucky (they sell out), or freshly made stuffed waffles from a vendor outside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel extra charming. There are cute little café tables all around and a tucked-away, walled patio in the back that's perfect for bigger groups. Already planning future coffee dates. This place is always busy, both inside and with takeout orders, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead if you're in a hurry. That said, they are consummate professionals at what they do, and even if you walk in, the wait is never painful. My advice: check out the menu while you're in line and be ready to order when you get to the register. They're busy, and nobody wants to be the indecisive person holding up the line! Their daily specials are incredible, but be aware that if you want a special from a different day, it's not happening. Also, get there early if you want the special, because they can and do sell out -- which honestly just proves how good they are. Everything here is done right. The menu items are thoughtfully put together, balanced, and full of flavor. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, prices are very fair, and honestly, I think they may even be low compared to the value you get. The staff is always helpful, and the girl at the counter has been there as long as I've been going -- I believe she's family -- which says a lot about the heart behind this place. Don't skip the market, either. They carry some of the best Italian ingredients, and it adds even more to the experience. Saverino's is by far the best sandwich spot in Redlands, and I'd go out on a limb and put them in the top five on the West Coast. Family-run, local, consistent, and absolutely top notch. I left my information for the manager to call me. It has now been over a week and my credit card was still charged so I called. The manager told me he told the employee to tell me I have to go to doordash "if I call back" so why do I need to inconvenience myself again because the manager wasn't willing to call me to rectify it. The manager interrupted me while speaking, but was upset when I reciprocated that behavior. The owner told me to look up DoorDash and how they are a third party and why I need to deal with them. Which I don't need to look up as that is common sense. But I am putting this here so the manager can see he could look up on how to turn off DoorDash when they randomly close or are out of the country etc. I am very disappointed. All of this over 2 sandwiches. If I was called or the approach was different I wouldn't be leaving this review. "Yes, restaurant owners can turn off or pause DoorDash when closed using the Merchant Portal or tablet by selecting "Pause Store" or adjusting "Special Closures/Hours".
