Definitely Coming Back! My first time here, and I already know it won't be my last! A friend recommended this spot after our hike, and I'm so glad she did. Bri greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. She took the time to make some recommendations, and honestly, she didn't miss! I tried a little of everything, from the coffee and sandwiches to the banana bread, and everything was delicious. The place was busy, but it still had that warm, inviting Redlands feel. There's seating both inside and outside, along with games if you want to hang out and make it a whole vibe. I was told the recent renovation added more space, and you can definitely see how it's helped with seating, etc. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better hospitality. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more! Tip: if you plan on frequenting this spot, grab a card for them to punch and gain rewards.

As a coffee connoisseur & barista for 11 years, Stell is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. I live an hour away, and whenever I am in Redlands I try to stop by. The pastries, coffee, breakfast, and lunch all are amazing. The shop is cute and cozy, inviting. Cappuccinos, lattes, cortados are my go tos and it never disappoints.

Stell is easily one of the most charming spots in Redlands. It has this fantastic "retro-curator" vibe to the cozy, academic atmosphere that makes you want to settle in with a book or your laptop for hours. The Drink: I ordered a 16oz London fog with Whole Milk and Vanilla Syrup. It was perfectly a strong caffeine fix not overly sweet. It's clear they take their tea as seriously as their coffee. The Food: I grabbed the Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Rosemary Garlic bread. The rosemary garlic bread is a game-changer; it adds such a savory, aromatic depth to a classic breakfast sandwich. The bacon was super crispy! Service: Broody took my order and he was great when I was asking about their tea menu to help me find a strong caffeinated tea that's also sweet. Whether you're looking for a serious caffeine fix or just a cool place to hang out, Stell is a must-visit in the IE.

The service was incredible. All of the workers were so nice and so incredibly helpful with what to get. The shop itself is such a good vibes and atmosphere. Not to mention the sandwiches are INCREDIBLE! Put this on your list i definitely recommend.

Located in Brookside Plaza (Barton Rd & Alabama St) near Stater Bros, with lots of parking. Though there's no drive-thru, there's plenty of indoor/outdoor seating with welcoming atmosphere. We dropped by right before closing this Valentine's Day Saturday for a post-dinner treat. The hot Vanilla and Lavender lattes were exceptional; perfectly balanced espresso and steamed milk. I appreciated the extra care in the latte art; it was perfect for today. We also loved the Jam Thumbprint Shortbread and Biscotti; both were fresh and hit the right level of sweetness. Service was top-notch; the duo behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful with the menu. With reasonable prices and great vibes, we'll definitely be back to try more!

Great coffee and food spot in Redlands, and they also serve local beers on tap. Service was awesome and they answered any questions I had about drinks and food. I ordered an iced Matcha with Lavender syrup, a turkey and sun-dried tomato panini and a peanut butter, chocolate chip, cookie. The Matcha with lavender was wonderful and their syrups are freshly made. They have some very unique syrup flavors as well. The drink was delicious and I would ask for more syrup next time to make it a bit sweeter. The turkey sandwich was amazing and loved the sun-dried tomato cream cheese. You also get a side, your choice of bread, and how you'd like it made for your sandwiches (toasted, natural, panini etc) . Love me some options! The chocolate cookie was large, fresh, and delicious with no weird chemical aftertaste. Food and drink were on point! As for the overall atmosphere, the shop could use some cleaning. The bathrooms needed some cleaning attention, and one of the paper dispensers nearly fell off the wall trying to get a paper towel. Tables needed wiping down and when we got there, one table (inside) was extremely dirty and had sunflower seed shells all over the floor, so we opted to sit outside. This location is expanding and I would definitely come back when in the area.

Ginger molasses cookie and chai tea latte

This place is almost always packed and bit loud inside, but if you linger for a bit someone is usually getting up as you get there so you'll get a seat fairly soon. I like to sit outside where it's a bit more spread out and not as noisy. Service is always friendly, and even though there's a long line most of the time, it goes by pretty fast. They have a good chai tea latte (not the best, but good - a bit too sweet for my taste), but my go to has been a blood orange kombucha with a ginger molasses cookie. The kombucha is really tasty, but I warn you that it's 8% alcohol, so a bit potent to have too many of. The ginger molasses cookie is super yummy, just the right amount of sweet and spice. Their wine selection is extremely limited, having only a canned pinot noir and a chardonnay, which is why I get the kombucha. But they have a pretty good selection of draft beers if you like beer. I think for cons, this place is just consistently too packed and loud, they don't have wine, and they don't have wi-fi, so it's a good spot to read with your dog, but def not a work spot.

Brewed green iced tea sweetened with Soffel Farm's honey

Stopped in for a quick drink and had a great experience. The coffee shop is spacious with plenty of seating and a lively atmosphere, it was busy, but not overwhelming. Parking was easy, which is always a plus, and the service was fast and efficient. I ordered the iced tea sweetened with local honey from Soffel Farms and it was so refreshing with the perfect balance of fresh tea flavor and natural sweetness. I'd definitely stop by again!

Try the lavender latte to start the day with a breakfast sandwich, it's good . Service is friendly don't hesitate to ask for help if you feel undecided. Great ambiance all daylong .

Matcha's with chocolate chip vegan walnut cookie, and shortbread cookie
    Sabrina A.

Service was super friendly and spot had lots of seating and was clean. Matcha's unfortunately were not the best, and only milk substitutes available are oat and almond milk. They kind of tasted a bit watered down and you couldn't really taste the matcha or sweetener- just the milk truly. Pastries however were delicious, especially the chocolate walnut cookie!

Stell is located in a flex business park complex. It's kind of an unusual location however, on the Sunday that we came it was busy. The line was out the door. The coffee was good, the atmosphere was great, and the breakfast menu was also pretty good. I order my usual latte and it's a medium roast and shared a breakfast sandwich. I committed epic Yelp fail by not taking pictures of any of it because we were just so busy chatting. Despite its kind of unusual location, it is a spot that apparently a lot of the locals know and worth a visit. Casual. Indoor and some outdoor seating. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Anyways, it's located in business suite off Alabama. A little hidden. I think more signs out front would really be helpful. It was quiet with 2 others in there when we came in. I was asking for recommendations and the guy (possible owner) didn't give us any. Literally, not a single recommendation. I was trying to initiate conversation and nothing!!!! Boo! We didn't try any of the food items because there was only one biscuit in there. The place is small and cozy but the vibes were dull, even with the music. I think maybe just an off day but the customer service was also super dry. We ordered: Mango lassi matcha: 3/10 super watery and lacks flavor. Cold latte with cafe de olla syrup: 5/10 lacks flavor and I didn't taste any cafe de olla. I did love that they sell Deaux on Monday and Fridays. (My favorite must have in Redlands) but I overall wasn't happy with this experience. Customer service should always be priority, especially when selling expensive coffee. I'm more than willing to pay but please be kind.

This one came up on my radar, but I think I overlooked it since I wasn't sure I would be able to make it that day. After catching up with a friend over dinner, she said I HAD to try this amazing tea place that was nearby because it was that good. She's had it multiple times and everything has been pretty amazing. I was sold - we headed over and honestly, it's such an unassuming location that I would not have thought a tea place would be here. Almost in an industrial business plaza with some other drink places in the nearby vicinity (a coffee place that my friend also recommended). Parking is decent. Storefront is pretty small, more for a grab and go although there's some chairs/benches for people to sit and wait. They have a very cute interior atmosphere. And they also have weekly baked goods that they sell in their refrigerator. I was debating between getting 1-2 drinks, but I had already had my quota for the week (!) so I opted for just one. Now I regret not getting two, haha. I ordered the assam salted cream $6.50 for their larger 24 oz with their handmade boba for an additional $0.75. My friend went with the hojicha salted cream. Was able to adjust sugar level but unable to adjust ice - and I did feel like they packed a lot of ice into my drink. But the flavor was on point and I loved the chewiness of their housemade boba. The tea was still slightly sweeter than I would have liked at 50% sweetness - but the cream on top, getting a sip with all the components was pretty amazing. And made my drive home that much more bearable. Saw somebody walk out of the shop after I had ordered with 4 thai tea salted creams ... was sad that I didn't get one for myself. But that gives me a reason to come back! They also have oat milk teas, brewed teas, whisked teas, and limited menu teas. tl;dr - solid tea place in Redlands. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving something to drink!

Our server was quick with our large order and I wouldn't mind trying other iced drinks throughout the Summer either. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.
