This is my 3rd time in a row with horrible service. Workers don't know the menu items. They seem confused as to what you're asking for. I asked for a grilled chicken fillet with egg whites which I sometimes order on the app but I went inside this time and of course they got my order completely wrong. They gave me the regular crispy chicken with tater tots regular egg and cheese. So my meal that was supposed to be 235 cals just turned into probably an 800 calorie meal because these people have no communication skills. i had a mobile order placed this morning and waited over 25 minutes in line for my breakfast just to get home and realize my entire order was wrong. not a single sandwich that we ordered was correct. we were not given our chicken fil a minis. the size of our hash browns were wrong. we were given 4 chicken biscuit sandwiches and we didn't even order one. the only thing they got right was our drinks. i attempted to call them but of course no one answered. i normally have no problems doing a mobile order for this location but today was absolutely awful. even tho i don't plan on returning to this location, i hope they fix whatever is going wrong in their back of house because it's so ridiculous to not get a single correct meal ESPECIALLY when it's not cheap and we waited over 30 minutes in line. read more

I eat it quite a bit and sometimes I'll even bring in my own olive oil wow does it taste good with that but they will supply you with different dressings if you prefer that you won't go wrong. This Chic Filet needs to get it together. Last week I went through the drive through, I got my bag and left, but something told me to check. I didn't have anything I ordered in the bag. So I had to go in and wait 10 min for it to be fixed. Second time, today, I went with my friend and ate inside. Her order was completely wrong. So she had to wait up front for a while. And when I got mine, mine was wrong too! The guy who rang me up wasn't very friendly, didn't ask what sauces I like, and didn't give me my kids drink so the lady running food had to get all of that for me. I love Chick-fil-A. But this is not that. This is a skeleton of what Chick-fil-a actually is. I waited about 30-40 minutes in the drive-thru line, the longest out of any I have ever waited in. I get to the window and everyone there is just chatting, standing around, not even acknowledging me. Once they finish their conversation, they finally turn to ask my name. Several minutes later, they hand me my order. Finally return home and open up my bag to find that the order is completely wrong. Sandwiches are soaked in grease. Buns are falling apart because of how saturated they are. Fries just taste old and are completely unseasoned. Both our drinks are wrong. Ordered two teas and got one soda and one lemonade. On top of that, the soda has no no syrup (that nasty pure club soda taste). If you're craving that delicious Chik-fil-a sandwich, do not come here, you will be disappointed. JEN with short black hair was extremely rude! She was pissed about me asking for sauces then slams them on the counter and stares at me to leave? It's no news that this location is known for their rude employees. I went into the restaurant to order an ice cream cone and Large fry. They handed me my ice cream and I waited off to the side for my fry for 15 mins watching online orders being handed out first. This is where In-N-Out beats the chick fil a game as they will immediately hand you your order of fries once you have finished paying since it's a "fry only". I should know cause I worked there. Chick Fil-A needs to work on their customer service asap. Also what's up the online orders having top priority these days? Good Lord, where do I even start? It's pouring rain, the drive-through line is ridiculously long as usual, so I decide to go in and order at the counter. Smart idea, because only one person was in line ahead of me. I would think my sandwich should come out pretty quickly. Wrongo bongo -- try 20 minutes. The problem with this place is there's a manager who doesn't know how to motivate or train their employees or perhaps hire people who take pride in their work. The kitchen was crawling with employees so they certainly weren't short staffed, but it should never, ever take 20 minutes to get a single sandwich out after it's been ordered. As I stood there, waiting for my order, I got to watch "Team Lead Matthew" (or so his shirt said) walk around behind the counter, wipe his face with a paper towel, and repeatedly run his fingers his longish hair around while discussing with other employees that he thought he needed a haircut. I don't really care whether he had a haircut or not, but it needed to be tied back or covered with a hairnet. It was disgusting watching him run his hands through his hair over and over while standing right next to the ice and drinks dispenser and also not doing anything work-related. All the orders that come out for inside the restaurant or to go are placed on the counter where another employee stood calling out names in a quiet inside voice. Several people didn't pick up their food for quite a while, and I assume it's because they never heard their name called. The woman handing out the food was also clearly working above her pay grade, because by the time I left, there were at least eight separate orders sitting on her counter with about 20 drinks scattered about as well. She was completely frazzled and seemed unable to manage this fairly simple task. I guarantee people ended up with the incorrect order after all that chaos. It really shouldn't be that hard, but apparently it is. The employees at this location demonstrate none of the energy you commonly see at a Chick-fil-A, and the results show. As I'm new to the area and the next closest location has similarly bad reviews, I guess my days of eating at Chick-fil-A will be few and far between. Frankly, I'm surprised a district manager hasn't been to the store to demand that things shape up. I guess they're raking in money in spite of their incompetence, but they could do an even bigger business if they upped their game and trained their people, starting with the manager. read more

Nobody normal enjoys leaving bad reviews... the problem is that negative impressions leave an impact on customer and owner alike. This location is uniquely slow, and especially for the dine in / carry out customer- is unmanageable. The hot chicken and my pleasures only go so far, when you wait 27 minutes, just to place an order in person - and another 19 minutes for food. It's not just that the place was busy, the trouble is the place has people on payroll but no one using their cranium. One register open, with a line out the door - and five post pubescent teenage employees wandering around, making small talk, flirting with one another, and carrying on. what happened to discipline in the workplace? I shouldn't have to stare 3 septum piercings before staring down my Mac and cheese... I am all for young adults living their TikTok lifestyle, it's a free country. We need another Chick-fil-a in the area! This location is always slammed & I find that the speed of their service is not up to par with other Chick-fil-a locations I've been to. I'm not sure if this is a management issue or hiring issue, but the drive thru line takes me an average of 20-25 minutes from the moment I join the queue to when I receive my food at the window. I see the employees are working hard so it's a big puzzling as to why it takes so long. If you come after 8pm, the lobby is closed so any orders (including mobiles) must be picked up in the drive thru lane. It doesn't seem to be the most efficient system so I hope they do some work on this soon! Food is always great & the outside ambiance is nice. Placed order online and received it 40 minutes after arrival. Manager Shirley gave us excuse that they just reopened and stuff is very inexperienced, but nothing beyond that. I mean, I could see that most of them had no idea what they are doing, they probably just lost our order! They were just standing there at the cashiers, about a dozen employees doing nothing and if even half of them just went to the kitchen, our order would have been ready in no time! The service at this Chik-Fil-A is amazing. They seem to get crowds through very quickly and have many employees in every area who are genuinely kind. The food is also great, especially since I know that it comes from a clean environment. I've never seen so many people constantly cleaning in a food establishment and I really appreciate it. When eating, an employee came twice to help - once to go get me a refill and once to take away my trash. I felt like I was in a restaurant. I also asked the employee how everything was going after their remodel. They were very positive and appreciative of the owners who are very involved in the daily operations and ensuring that employees are happy too. All in all, I will be back for these reasons and more. read more
