Miserably longer line for the drive thru, so I parked my car and walked inside where there were only 3 other people. Got fast service of my deluxe chicken sandwich, nuggets and waffle fries. Ordered 3 meals for breakfast for our family trip to Disneyland. The person at the window rushed the bag to us, forgetting the drinks, we stopped and asked for our drink ands they said "oh". They began asking around but then they ended up being right by the window the whole time. We got going, and unfortunately, they missed an entire chicken biscuit combo. We called the store and they said we could come back and grab it or get a refund. I mentioned that we were on our way to Disneyland and wouldn't be back until much later. Went here tonight thru the drive thru and my order on the receipt is correct but my food order was wrong!! I ordered 2 grilled clubs with Colby jack cheese, and a deluxe with bacon on a multigrain bun. The food order had ONE grilled club with a SPICY DELUXE w/pepper jack cheese and a deluxe with bacon on a regular bun. I paid almost 7.50 for a grilled chicken and got a Spicy deluxe! It's just crazy to me how they can delete the picture of them having rats in their pickles. Btw this is in the kitchen where they cook all the food. Even after the renovation u still have rats they most likely don't even clean their stuff right so it is very unsanitary. The way to the drive-through is directly after turning left/right on the road. It seems like a dangerous way to get to a drive-thru, because the long line just ends up blocking the road. I hope they change it in the near future. This chick-fil-a is definitely slower than other chains I've been to, so that just makes it more dangerous. I only ordered a shake and grilled chicken cool wrap with the avocado lime ranch dressing. It was missing the avocado lime dressing when i finally opened it. This seems to be common, judging from the other reviews. I'd skip this chick-fil-a, or just take extra care to look into your bag once you get it. I don't typically go to Chick-fil-A. Nothing against it, just not my thing. Well, while I was down the hill, Ashlynn asked if I could pick her up something from there. I drove up and - I kid you not - there was a line of at least 25 cars! I thought, I'm going to be here for a while.... But they had that machine running so finely tuned it was like clockwork. One person walked up after about 3min and takes my order, then a couple of minutes later one comes and takes my payment, and before I was even at the menu/ordering speaker, a girl (an extremely bubbly happy young girl) comes running up to me and hands me my order. We went through the drive thru tonight . Bought 30 nuggets for my kids. They Gave us 4 ketchups for 30 nuggets . I asked if We could get more and he acted like it was going to break them . These employees you hire need to have better customer service and people skills . We usually spend $50 each visit . Politics aside, I have concluded after a couple of visits that the cows need to campaign harder to keep me eating more chiken (sic.) than beef. My second trip to this location just missed the cutoff for breakfast so that was disappointing and forced me to choose something else. I tried the grilled chicken sammie the first time and had waffle fries. Not bad but still has that mass produced taste and assembly I thought. This time a breaded spicy chicken sammie seemed more appealing and I switched it up to try a side salad. The food arrived quickly enough but even as I walked to pick a table someone was?walking past to return the food because they made a mistake. Then, it happened again to a table sitting behind me. Needless to say, I triple checked my food when it arrived. I discovered the avocado lime dressing is ranch based (big time barf me out) so I exchanged it for a vinaigrette. Much better! Although simple, the side salad was fresh and quite enjoyable. It was also bigger than expected. The chicken wasn't freshly cooked, but not soggy or old either. The seasoning was decent and I liked the cheese and honey mustard sauce I picked at the register. Overall, average fast food sans beef. It's understandable to see a busy chik Fil A but this one is lagging in so many other areas as well. I love chick fila's breaded chicken sandwiches it's inexpensive but higher quality over other fast foods in the area. They keep it simple with the chicken sandwich so you can get it with or without pickles unless you order the deluxe one. I also appreciate their distinctive waffle fries! At peak hours and closing its a hit or miss on the freshness or temperature but I just request my order to be made fres and theyll make it that way! My 5 star is mainly because of the operator, William Crum, who sends monthly coupons for a free sandwich or fries! I appreciate it so much as other chicken fast food competitors don't do that. I also really like the fluidity of their app that lets you order ahead to skip the large line here at peak times. A couple of suggestions I'd make is to have a designated person call out orders because sometimes it seems like there isn't. Then, employees are doing two or more tasks which makes the place slowed down and congested with people needing to order. Also, when ordering on the app Id be nice to be able to click to order not click to pick up it seems confusing bc at other places you click to order and then get notified to pick up. Here, it's the opposite and then you have to leave the app open to see the status of the order until its ready for pick up. This can be draining on batteries. So Cal is notoriously hot in the summer and they have kids outside taking orders. I asked if the speakers were broken and they aren't. They switch the kids every 30 minutes but come on!
