What we ordered : 30 piece chicken nuggets Two large waffle fries The chicken nuggets were really good. Actually real chicken breaded and fried fresh. The waffle for fries, I forgot how good they were. As french fries go there one of the best tasting. Really good potato flavor. I think the barbecue sauce recipe must've changed . Just wasn't that enjoyable. The Chick-fil-A sauce is sort of like a fry sauce with honey mustard. It was better than the barbecue sauce. You can use the mobile system to order your food and then when you drive up, there's a mobile order lane that you scan and it made it much quicker . People were polite and friendly. This was a really great experience from start to finish. Everyone working there was super fast, friendly, and attentive. No joke--three different people asked how I was doing and if I needed anything, which made the whole visit feel very welcoming and well-run. You can tell customer service is a priority here. The food was just as good as the service. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, and they were very generous with the sauce (which is always a win). I honestly would not even give this place 1 star if it was for food. To be honest my wife and I went here for lunch and had the original chick fil was dry no dressing on it just 2 pickles and nothing on both sides of the bun was so dry I wanted to cry I really wanted it to like it but just could not. This was the first time we used the mobile drive thru option and it went well. It basically the same as regular drive thru with no human interaction. You basically order everything as usual in the app and once you get there you scan a QR code. That scans you in and then you all set. read more

Wrapped in a flax seed flatbread, the wrap features black beans, chopped tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers, roasted corn with shredded lettuce. The included creamy salsa dressing made the wrap even more zingy. Not the same chick fil a that is in the south.... Parking lot is under construction, so the confusion started in the parking lot. Drive thru had a long line. There was not anyone taking preorders, so the hang up was at the order station. Drive thru employee did not say hello or anything, just held out hand for payment. I had to ask her to scan my rewards. The menu can be a bit deceiving. Meal sandwiches don't include tomato or lettuce. Everything is a la carte. Tomatoes, pickles, lettuce...it all costs extra unless you get it "Deluxe." I had the chicken deluxe meal w/American cheese, and the chicken was phenomenal (just like it should be). I consider Chick-fil-A a good option when wanting chicken for a meal. My wife usually orders the chicken noodle soup...it's good. I like their chicken sandwiches, normally their spicy deluxe chicken. My husband and I have a long history with Chick-fil-A. We started going there when we were newly married. When our kids were young, we would drive 40 minutes to the nearest location just to enjoy their delicious nuggets. When they finally opened a branch in Reno, we were there almost weekly. However, over time, we put them on the back burner and ordered the same thing whenever we went. So, when we had the chance to attend a Yelp event there, we were excited to check it out again. They recently revamped their parking lot, making it much better than before. They've also added a mobile check-in lane for app users, which is a great addition. As soon as we walked in, Haley greeted us and offered to take our order. Since it had been a while, we decided to try something new. I ordered the Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing, and my husband opted for the Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich with fried chicken. For sides, we got waffle fries and mac & cheese. Our drinks were a vanilla shake and my favorite, lemonade. For dessert, we each got a brownie. The dining room was busy with couples and families, but it was clean. We sat at a table with our drinks and waited for our dinner, which arrived promptly, hot and fresh. The Maple Bacon Pepper Sandwich was tasty, although my husband felt the maple flavor was a bit strong. My salad was fresh, and the dressing was amazing. However, the star of the meal was the mac & cheese. It was creamy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. After all that food, we decided to take our brownies home. When we did eat them, they were soft, chocolatey, and perfect for satisfying any chocoholic's cravings (don't look at me). We walked in and waited less than 2 minutes before we were asked if we were ready to order. We ordered our choices and waited maybe 5 minutes to be served. The restaurant was clean and the decor is pleasant. Tables were clean and I would have eaten inside, but I had my dog with me so we got our food to go On the drive home we both had our chocolate milkshakes. They were very good. I cannot say enough positive stuff about Chick -fill - A. I normally do drive through, but today I decided to go in, and I'm glad I did !! When I hit the drive throw I normally wait about 15 - 20 minutes. Today for the Elite event, I decided to go in and check the place out - I had the best experience! This CFA was on point! The restaurants was clean and smelt amazing. Tbis C-F-A even have a play yard for kids. I also liked the different options for sitting - a traditional table or a tall boy top. The natural light that was shinning in was beautiful. When it was my turn to order, I was greeted by 3 different people, all every nice. I only waited a few minutes before it was my turn to order, and I only waited 1 minutes for my food and drinks. Dine-in is the way to go. The server that helped me was Genevieves. She was nice, kind, and extremely helpful. I have never had C-F-A desserts before so this was definitely a treat. Genevieve recommended the Oreo shake and the brownie - man was she on point with the desserts! I also order the #1 and the # 4... yummy! I really appreciated the way Genevieve spoke to me. She had a very gentle tone when asking me question on what I wanted. Her service made all the difference for me. I'm super excited; moreover, I didn't realize that C-F-A offered party trays for any special event. Again, I'm glad I went inside. I had to wait in a very long line, they charged my card twice as it dropped off. When i got to the window they said i didn't pay as it dropped off. They wanted me to pay over $30 again. I told them my bank was charged and they said it will drop off. I got no food.. the amount did not drop off. I had to go in and wait another 10 minutes to get a refund. After having a great time at a Yelp Event, we went back a few days later because the food was so good. Brought the grandkids in for milkshakes and ended up getting some food too for a light lunch. I am realizing this must be the place to go for lunch because it was super busy. The good part is, we did not have to wait long for food. The peach shakes were excellent and we all enjoyed them. The kids had the nuggets and they were far better than what we had there in the past. The workers were nice and polite which is something you don't find in the fast food restaurants on a regular basis. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that is was hard to find a clean table. I know it was busy but tables should be cleaned between customers. Ordered a grilled chicken club, md mac and sm fry: overall the order was correct, however there were a few minor things as they did NOT ask me if I wanted sauces with my order, the tomatoes looked disgusting on my sandwich, and the grilled filet seemed lukewarm- like it was out of temperature or something. Great location and first in Northern Nevada! Obviously there are a couple other Chick-fil-A restaurants now in the area but this was the first in Reno. In my personal opinion, they have kept the quality up since day one. I usually stick with my go to orders either the nuggets or market salad. Time that I make a customization to my order they always make it perfectly and if anything was messed up, they always make it right with me. The location has a very large lobby so they always have adequate seating. I love the new mobile drive-through they put if you have put a pick up order on your phone when you get to the line and it is so convenient! I would suggest anybody use that. Trying to eat healthy at fast food isn't easy, and not always successful, but I try. There was a line, so they had the order taker person out there taking your order way before you get to the full menu board. Hate that, as I don't come here often, and I like to look at the whole menu. I pulled into the parking lot instead, and looked at the menu on my phone. While searching for healthy options, I noticed their mobille order lane that was completely vacant I immediately signed up and placed my order, and drive into my lane. The concept as stated on their website, is that when you arrive with your order already olaced, you get to skip ahead of the other poor souls waiting in line to place their order. The reality is however, that you get to uncomfortably skip in front of people that have already ordered way back there, where the order taking person is! Hmmmm....so I did that, and when I got to the window my order wasn't ready, so those poor souls I cut in front of, had their food sitting there getting cold while my order was prepared. It's an interesting concept I had the grilled chicken strips, with kale crunch side, and a yogurt parfait for dessert. Yum yum. Five stars for food and friendliness of staff. The line was long but facilitated by a nice lady taking orders before we reached the drive through window. The grilled chicken sandwich was very thick, juicy, and well seasoned without being too salty. My family thought the fried chicken sandwiches were tasty as expected, but on the smaller side. The waffle fries were crispy and even better dipped in the Chick-fil-a sauce. The Mac and cheese was just okay, and we'd probably skip that next time.
