I agree with Mike's review and this is definitely the worst location in MOCO hands down... How is the service so ridiculously slow when there's no drive thru?? I should have did a mobile order but I wouldn't save any time... Staff here ain't friendly like Germantown, Rockville or Kentlands. ... 2 employees ( female with braided extensions and another female with a pony tail just standing by the drink station talking about driving schools etc when tons of people are waiting on their orders or orders to be taken... I love Chick-fil-A Normally I've been a longtime fan of Chick-fil-a, ever since I visited one of their restaurant in Atlanta, during a vacation to visit my dear friend. There used to be to be long unimaginable lines but they solved that problem with use of car delivery and their company app. Things have been going great. Service is always good, warm and friendly. In a recent visit, we ordered 2 sandwiches and a large fries. They ONLY gave us mostly left over broken fries covered up by a few good whole fries. It was like getting a gold treasure chest and only finding fools gold. Very disappointing and not what I've come to expect from Chick-Fil-A. I think more quality control is needed to ensure standards are upheld. Before you leave, check your fries to make sure you get a good batch. read more

I've now consistently received the wrong coffee the last three times I ordered from here via Ubereats. All I've asked for is an iced vanilla coffee with French vanilla creamer instead of milk, but each time they've just sent iced black coffee with no creamer or milk. I stopped in this location around 6:30pm. It was so packed inside, with lots of people dining in. There's also outside seating and a playground inside for the kids. They do move quickly and have employees taking orders in line. After receiving my food to go, I ate in the car, as I was very hungry and couldn't wait. Unfortunately, my sandwich was not good. It looked burnt and tasted like it was double fried in old oil. The fries also were not good. There were barely any full pieces. My daughter always has me here unfortunately lol. This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A's in the county. There is no drive through. No real order to the pickup counter for mobile orders and inside of the place is a zoo. The employees try to maintain a positive attitude but it's just so much going on at all times. I know they appreciate the fact that they're closed on Sundays overall I am not a fan of this location but the food is usually fresh and hot. Also, the parking is awful. read more

I unfortunately have to write an update. Chick-fil-A has taken it upon itself tp charge for water cups. There is no need for that. They say the county makes them charge for bags. I came to this specific chick-fil-a unaware that there was no drive thru, I should've left at that moment. I ended up ordering through the app and parking in a curbside lot. It was very busy but moving at an acceptable pace for the volume. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal with an Oreo shake. The food came out without the added bacon or the right cheese. It took two different trips back into the store for the employee to go back to fix my order as he was fulfilling other curbside pickup orders. Furthermore, they also had to fix my Oreo shake (3rd trip) because I asked for no whip cream or cherry and of course both were in my drink. I understand it's busy, but reading is fundamental. I placed an order through their mobile app last night. The order was delivered incomplete, without the salad I had ordered. I tried to call the store number shown in the app but nobody would pick up. Since they weren't calling me either, only option was to go to the store and find out what had happened with my salad. I took what was delivered with me as a proof. Once there, a manager came out to ask what happened and went back in to get the delivery manager. This guy comes out telling me that the driver forgot to leave the salad but he had just dropped it off at my house and since it was delivered there was no longer a problem. I expressed how upsetting that was because I was already at the store trying to find out what had happened with my order and the entire purpose of getting the food delivered was defeated by their mistake. He offered to "do me the favor" of giving me new fries and new chicken tenders, but for me that was not a favor nor was it enough. I asked this guy about three times to speak with a manager that could really help me because I wanted a fresh salad not the one that was just left at my house because it had been probably bouncing around in their car for over 20 minutes. He refused all the three times!!! I pretty much had to raise my voice and demand to speak to somebody else. I felt like I was pretty much begging for something as simple as a salad made fresh again. He finally decided to get someone else. Yet, another manager came out and told me the same thing than the previous guy, that the salad had just been delivered and they will just redo the food I brought to the restaurant. Once again and very convinced that my request was fair, I explained to the manager that I am a cook and that the salad had been time and temperature abused, and I didn't think it was safe to eat those eggs, chicken, bacon, and wilted vegetables so I was not going to eat the salad left at my house. I also explained to him how both of my fries were filled way below half the container. He responded that probably the eggs were safe to eat ‍ but I could be right about the chicken, and that the fries were full when they left the store but they got soggy during the delivery and that's why they shrunk, but you'll see in the picture that even though it is true that their fries get soggy and reduce in size, my containers were pretty empty. Finally, he decided to agree to make my whole order anew and asked me if I wanted a cookie or more fries. Like if a cookie or more fries would make it up for my time wasted, my car's gas, the bad experience asking to get fresh food, and completely defeating the purpose of avoiding social interaction. I didn't want any of those, so I told him that all I wanted was an apology because none of the three managers I had spoken to was caring enough to apologize for the huge inconvenience. I even tip the driver and spent $28 for an evening ruined. I was asked to wait in my car for my order, the manager came a few minutes later with my order and an additional tea but he forgot the salad dressing so he had me waiting again. He finally came back with the dressing and I left. When I got home I did find the salad, with just 1 dressing (i had ordered 2) and the "free" tea I got was not tea, it was a lemonade. ‍ What was the need to make things so complicated? I really don't know. I also don't understand how they can be so inconsiderate, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Why not offering an apology, fresh food, and a refund? Are $28 such a huge lost for their business? They have lines of people waiting to buy their food! I am pretty sure that as long as those lines keep forming the bad customer service of this store will never improve and they'll continue to treat people with that cocky demeanor as if they were doing their customers a favor. This is the first Chick-fil-A I've ever been to that doesn't have a drive through (minus food court Chick-fil-As). So that was quite a surprise on our first visit. So I usually order ahead and do curbside pick up. But I'm usually lucky to get find a spot open (and they offer 11 spots!). So no drive through and this place stays busy. Oi. However, my family and I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and this location provides the same options and quality that we've come to expect and enjoy. Also, they've never gotten an order wrong. This location could use some work. No drive thru and not open for breakfast. There was a line and they had someone with an iPad taking orders for the people in line. Then when you got to the front you told them your name and paid. It didn't really make sense, they probably wouldn't have had a line if they used that person taking order to man the registers that were unused. Our food still came out fast, everything was the way we ordered, and the workers were nice during our visit. Also if you don't have the app definitely download it. It's a Friday night and I'm off work and standing in line waiting to order two children's meal, contemplating what has become of me. This is not the same chick fil a as we once knew, covid 19 has forced them to change the way they operate. When this chick fil a is busy, they get real sloppy. Mobile orders are slow and they pretty much run out of stuff or get your order wrong. They fry box is maybe half full (see pic). Also they are doing the 12 days of xmas where you get a free item a day, I come here and they are out of the free item(grilled chicken sandwich). If they don't have the inventory, shouldn't be giving away for free. When I came a few months ago, I ordered a cherry coke, they gave me a mr. pibb. And I waited 15min for it. The milkshakes are delicious and you can buy bags of ice there,not too pricey. Its similar to the small hospital grade kind, yes the bag fits in a mini freezer. The people are always friendly and nice. The line is always long, but moves quickly. After your order is place and you've paid, you can find yourself waiting more than expected. You know they are making your food. So sit back, listen to some tunes and chillax in your car, they do the best they can. They are the busiest evenings and weekends.
