Location is good - plenty of parking. They have a seasonal dessert and it was delicious. The banana pudding is the dessert!!!! I was surprised...lol. I will def go back! FYI - food is good as well :-)

First, I would like to say that I accidentally stumbled across this place and am SO glad I did!!! Located in Montrose Crossing and tucked between Cava and Five Guys, this is such a gem!!! Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the staff working. The restaurant was clean and it smelled great. Once I approached the counter, the staff worker came from around it and guided me on how to order. She even took the time to walk me through how to work the pad and how to explore all of the stir fry options. She even let me try 2 of the sauces! They had menu items that were ready for ordering but I chose the create your own option. They provide healthy options such as brown rice or whole wheat noodle options. For anyone vegetarian, creating your own will likely be the way to go. I'm not sure if there are vegans options there (I may have overlooked it). They even have dessert options! To wash down your meal, I would highly suggest getting the strawberry guava lemonade! It wasn't too sweet and super tasty! My bowl was great. It was fresh and was in a hefty portion. They also of course have take out options. I recommend this spot 100%!

Never had a bad experience at honey grow and this time did not disappoint! I always go for their stir fry since I have a lot of salads and I think the stir fry is more unique. I'm pretty sure I got the garlic butter and my boyfriend got a custom bowl but both were delicious! We tried getting a parfait and I don't know if we messed up the order but it ended up just being fruit and no yogurt...oh well the fruit was still good! The staff were really friendly at this location and it's super spacious inside so there was lots of seating.

Came on for lunch today. Order from a kiosk, which displays pics of the entrees and allows for easy modifications to the salad and stir-fry options. I ordered the Cold Sesame Noodle salad and my partner got the Chesapeake Crab. We didn't order any modifications from the main ingredients. The food was prepared quickly and I received a text when the meal was ready. We were sitting outside and I started walking in to get the food, but a Staff person was already delivering the tray with a smile on her face. Very welcoming and appreciated. My entree was terrific. Very large portion with 8 decent-sized shrimp and a bunch of ingredients, including pineapple, edamame, crunchy fried onions and egg-white noodles. Really delicious. My partner really enjoyed their crab dish. I saw lots of crab in the bowl and the Old Bay flavor was prominent. Seating outside and inside is comfortable. The inside is well lit. There's a soda machine for fountain drinks, allowing for unlimited refills. My one criticism about the meal is that the salad, which is large, comes with a single small cup of salad dressing on the side. The dressing itself is very good, and I would have liked a second one. But that would have been an extra charge. I feel like that's nickel-and-diming. It's a large salad and, for $15.25, they could spring to offer a second container of dressing. I'm not going to knock off a whole point on the score for that, but if I could, I would knock off a half-point.

i'm not sure how I missed this place but I definitely hope we can get one near me and Frederick. This place was amazing. I was able to go to the kiosk and place my order myself. Which I enjoyed because it gives the staff more time to pay attention to the details of making the orders. It was very clean and well kept. I love the customer service of the staff they brought over the food to the table and we're very polite. Loved all the options for food and was super impressed with the dessert options. it was a nice touch to have a restaurant provide customers with informational where food was sourced from and into habit where customers can get easy access.

That's incredible! I previously went to another Honeygrog and they gave me food with onions, and I'm allergic. Today I wanted to give them another chance, and it was truly the best decision. This Caesar salad with pasta was exquisite, and the service and atmosphere were excellent. Thank you, Mary, for coming over to ask how the food was. This will be my favorite restaurant, and I'll come here every time I want to eat.

CYO Stir-Fry in Spicy Garlic Sauce

Friend raved about honeygrow multiple times, I finally gave in wanting to see what's the hype about. OK, so definitely not disappointed, ordered thru UberEats and went in for pick up. Clean and inviting dining area. I may come dine out another day with the Fido :) A little mix up in the beginning that they don't have my order, but I think it was only because I put it for scheduled a bit later. Feel sorry though for the person who's giving the person at the register a hard time :(... but not going there. Ordered CYO Stir fry with spicy garlic sauce, whole wheat noodles (trying to be healthier.. haha), kale, turkey meatballs, onions, edamame and added some pineapple topped with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds. Overall yummy, proven by I am usually not one to finish whole meal in one sitting, in this case yep all gone..Whoops! It was delish, so I will def come to try their CYO salad or maybe old bay stir fry next time!

I got the stir fry with egg white noodles, scrambled eggs, jalepenos, bell peppers, pine apples, and cilantro.

I got the Scallion Oil Noodles - chewy, hand pulled noodles in a smooth oil dressing. Pair it with the chili oil kimchi for a nice contrasting crunch. My favorite, however, was the Tofu with Century Egg Salad - a small bowl with cubes of soft tofu and quartered century egg and chili oil. Lots of textures and tastes thrown into a tiny little bowl. Be careful - as proof that this place is authentic, their "vegan" vegetable tofu noodle soup is served in beef broth. But once you hammer out the details of the ingredients, the taste is worthwhile. Plenty of others feel the same way - we arrived when they just opened for the day, so we got a seat, but by the time we left, there was a line out the door. If you haven't tried Chopin Noodle House yet, you're missing out!

Ordered the beef combo knife slice noodle soup, pork soup dumplings, pork wontons with homemade spicy sauce, and the pan fried pork buns. The pan fried pork buns were the clear MVP here, perfectly crispy on the outside with that satisfying crunch, but soft and fluffy inside. Super filling too, which is always a win in my book. The beef noodle soup was solid comfort food with good portions, and the dumplings hit the spot. Only minor thing - I wished the "spicy sauce" had more kick to it. Could've used some extra heat, but that's me being picky. For the price and portion sizes, this place delivers (pun intended). You're getting a solid amount of food that actually tastes good. Would definitely order again, and those pork buns are going to be a repeat item for sure.

So, pretty much pulled a name out of a hat and would up at Chuan Tian Xia because, well, Szechuan cooking uses chiles, no? Yesssss! I ordered Signature Dumplings and a bowl of Beijing-style Beijing-style Zhajiang Noodles. The dumplings were outstanding: a mix of shrimp, pork, and chive that were plump, juicy, fragrant with the herbaceous flavor of chives. The accompanying sauce was not too sweet, not too hot, just right as a complement to the dumplings. Yowza. I was a happy camper... ...and then I dug into my noodles. Double yowza! Thick wheat noodles topped with a rich sauce made from (I think) fermented soybean paste and braised pork belly, garnished with cucumbers. The portion was way to big for me to eat after my flight, but I really, really enjoyed it (and the remaining dumplings) for lunch today. Did I say yowza? I'm an adventurous eater so the menu's less Americanized items were what I would have ordered given more time (like Maoxuewang: can you say "pig's tongue, spam, pork intestine, and beef tripe"? I have kept this place in the back of my mind, with fond memories, however, have not visited in some years due to multiple moves around the country. Recently, my friend was organizing a casual gathering for our friend group, and asked ChatGPT if there were any good recommendations for food in the area that was affordable and delicious, and A&J came up as a top choice. So I came back to A&J after almost 10 years, and the food was just as good as I remembered. The decor remained simple and unchanged, but this is very typical of Asian restaurants. The menu was large, and it's easy to order by circling items you want on the paper menu. We had a mix of noodle soup bowls (so many different flavors and styles) and appetizers, and everything we tried was delicious. Our bill came out to less than $25 per person with tip. I could imagine more pretentious Chinese restaurants downtown upcharging a lot more for lower quality Chinese food (Queen's English, for example). It was so good and affordable, that I actually ended up coming back the next day with a different friend. Overall, excellent experience, and I will be back again soon! One interesting tidbit, my coworker who grew up in the Midwest and only eats meat, potatoes, absolutely no vegetables, started going here for lunch and loves it. I think flour-based items (noodles, dumplings, buns) are really the star of the restaurant, and this can be enjoyed across different taste palates! I hope you will give this place a try.

I have nothing to compare, but I assume they're good. The dumplings were fantastic. The eggplant, which comes in three varieties, appeared to be a popular item with other guests. I guess it was good. I'm not a fan of saucy food. The noodles were fantastic. I feel like we ordered wrong, although my girlfriend picked everything except the noodles. This is not a place to visit if you're looking to lose weight. The hard sugar in the eggplant alone was more than I consume in two months. I'm probably not in the best position to rate our dinner as I avoid carbs and sugar. If I were to come back, I'd stick the noodles and revisit the menu to see if there is a solid chicken option. I came here hungry and left hungry as the food was not filling, and the sugar content sent my system into a bit of a shock. Nonetheless, if this cuisine is your thing, you won't be disappointed.
