This Chickfila is conveniently located in Rogers right near the interstate and all the shopping centers. It is a nice, relatively clean store with a kids' play area too. But it doesn't seem to run as smoothly as other Chickfilas. We have eaten inside and done mobile pick up here, and every time the food has taken about twice as long as normal (compared to other locations which seem to have your food ready as soon as you pay). Usually, about 10-15 minutes for one sandwich order inside. I feel like maybe the priority is on the drive thru, and the eat in customers have to wait longer. Also, no employees go around and ask about refills, and when you go to wait at the counter, you literally have to wave someone down to get one. It's strange b/c it is almost like all the teenage employees ignore the guests waiting for refills and togo and don't make eye contact on purpose. There are plenty of employees here, but they just don't seem to connect with the guests very well and just stay behind the counter. Anyway, food is fresh and good as always. I like the app and rewards, along with seasonal offerings. We will be back, but maybe not eat in anymore. read more

Chick-fil-A is Chick-fi-A. What does that mean? They are just really consistent no matter which one you go to. They move you through the drive through fast and provide good customer service. and the food is always consistently good. I get the grilled chicken nuggets because it's low calorie and high protein.... Which is really tough to find in most fast food places. read more

First let me preface this by saying we love Chick fi la. But the service at the Walnut location has really gotten bad. Took approximately 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order yesterday. Unacceptable for "fastfood". Secondly, our office use to order frequently from this location. No more. One or 2 things are always missing. But I personally had not given up on this location until yesterday. Saturday I had ordered 2 salads to take home for my husband & me only to find all the extras to be added were not in the bag. It's awesome that you upgraded your drive through. But packing more people into a smaller space just so I can sit in line longer really isn't an improvement. I pulled up tonight, 2 spots back from the menu. I literally sat in that same sport for 12 minutes before I decided that I wasn't ready to wait for another 15+ minutes to maybe get to the window. Not all upgrades/remodels accomplish what we hope. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. I have give this place 3 tries and all three times they either mess up by order, keep my change or make me wait for 15 minutes with absolutely no communication. Who ever manages this team needs to be re trained because this is not a friendly or efficient branch. Will avoid this location. read more

This chick-fil-a is always busy but it's worth the trip to come here for there chicken sandwiches and the fries. We placed our order and was asked to take a number and to take a seat that they would deliver our food I bet we didn't wait 5 mins. The guy brought our food and then gave us a free 6 piece chicken nuggets on the house for our wait. So I went back got our free nuggets with the there killer dipping sauce. People who know me would be surprised I even went here...fast food. I am very limited in terms of dining when traveling to Arkansas. I was surprised how great the service was here! She even came out of her area to hand me my to-go rather than just passing it over the counter. This location trains their staff really well so kudos for that. I have eaten here a few times and I have always wondered why they are so popular. It's just chicken even if it is pretty good and the awful waffle fries are tasteless. Today I placed a fairly large order and had to wait while it cooked which gave me a chance to observe. First I noticed that the entire place is spotlessly clean. The employees are all cheerful and very helpful to everyone. They are also impeccably dressed. Shirts tucked in and looking very sharp. Not a whisker in the place and the boys all looked like they came to work straight from the barber shop. ( A couple of steak places in the outback might take note ) Sort of reminded me of those clean cut missionaries you see riding bicycles. All the employees appeared to be very pleased to be there. Would give 0 stars, but can't. It's my birthday, did not get free food. My friend asked for a water and a sandwich, she did not get either. I asked for forks, which I did not receive. When I'm in the mood for chicken, Chick-fil-A is typically where I go to get my fix. The grilled nuggets and cool wrap are some of the healthier options, but don't let that scare you away! The nuggets and chicken minis are addictive and are great any time of the day that you can get them. The fresh lemonade is also great on a hot summer day. I'll be honest, my trips to NWA aren't those I really look forward to. I hesitate to even go beyond the local downtown B'Ville scene, but upon arrival in NWA and my nice moving American rental car in tow, I'll avoid the Sunday brunch car lines at the local McDonald's and definitely make Chick-fil-A my first stop. I know Yelp is all about local but you have to give this Chick-Fil-A some love. They're always super friendly and they've got a local feel. They do fun events like Valentines Day date nights, Super Hero days, and they donate to the community. I'm always torn about this local versus national chain argument. Chick-fil-A is always consistently good. Good food, good customer service, clean restaurant, fun for the kids, etc. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich, or one of the salads - all good!
