I cannot understand the poor reviews for this chick-fil-a. I read through them before I wrote this and the complaints are unfounded. One person had to wait 5-mins to place their order because someone in front of them was deciding what they wanted. That is NOT CFA's fault. Another person didn't like the long line for the drive-thru at peak lunch time. But, this is normal. If they order ahead with the app, the drive-thru is a breeze. Other reviews were like this. Not CFA's fault. I have visited this location dozens of times (dine-in, drive-thru, and app). I have never run into a issue that either was just a preference on my side, or something that was quickly and easily fixed. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The food is exactly what you expect from CFA (yummy!!!!). The store is clean and well maintained (including the bathrooms). I wish reviewers would be more discerning on how they write. I often wonder if they just want to complain because that is all they do. There is nothing to complain about at this CFA. Highly recommended is this CFA location. read more

I've visited 2x - once in the evening and once early morning. The service has been consistent each time: fast, friendly, and efficient. Each time my order has been correct, food was fresh and correct temperature. The evening I entered the facility, it was clean and well staffed. There was ample parking available in the lot close to the building. While it was quiet inside, the team members were still busy taking care of guests. During my morning visit via the drive thru, the lanes were clean and free of debris. There was an organized flow to the chaotic morning which helped keep things going smoothly. Born and raised in Atlanta, I've eaten at Chick-fil-a for years. We're traveling so thought this would be a good lunch stop. The food is good, as expected. We stood in line for well over 5 minutes to place an order. There was only 1 order taker who was waiting on 2 folks who had either never been to Chick-fil-a or should have made up their minds about what to order before getting in line. There were plenty of staff standing around yet no one made a move to open another register. Finally somebody woke up and opened another register just as we were getting ready to leave! We placed our order and were sitting down and those other 2 people were still fooling around with their order! I was never able to determine if they were the problem or the order taker!! read more

We are so happy that this place opened up right up the road from us. Seems like everytime you drive by here it's always packed. We decided to give it a try and planned on waiting for a while. But for some reason it wasn't busy at all like some days I've seen. We went inside and placed a order for nuggets n fries and didn't have much of a wait at all. Everything was freshly cooked and hot. It's hard to beat Chick-fil-A. We had a great lil lunch and can't wait to come back soon. read more

Out of all the chick-fil-a I have been to across the country and here locally in Northwest Arkansas, I have never had an issue getting an extra nugget box for my little kids to split food. They wouldn't give me a empty nugget box so my kids could share a 12 piece. Manager was sent out to the drive-thru for the let down. Every single time I have come to THIS specific Chick-fil-A there is an issue or problem. Gave it another chance today and it was no different. The order system is broke. But, you have cars circling the store and spilling out into the road causing traffic issues which means plenty of business. With that in the bag it won't matter that you have lost this customers business for good. For my overpriced chicken needs I'll go across the street to the Popeyes that runs out of chicken on occasion, or the KFC 200 yards away that slaps and has fast friendly service. Either way I won't be stuck in purgatory like this busted store. Definitely don't come here on your lunch break. read more

Service is unbelievably poor at this location. Granted, it has only been open 10 days but the wait, after order was taken, was 20 minutes. I could have lived with that but we ordered two identical salads, and the receipt showed it, but neither of the salads we received was what we ordered and they weren't the same. Rather than driving back to the store, and trying to get help, we threw the salads away. I have eaten at many Chick-fil-a restaurants but cannot recommend this one given the $20 cost for two salads we could not eat. read more

Do not use this Chick-fil-A for catering! Online doesn't work, app doesn't work, worst service. However fresh hot food :) we ordered on line 72 hours in advance and it wasn't ready. You can't pick up in drive through. Even though we had confirmation we ordered on line. Manager Trever was argumentative with us and did not display the Chick-fil-Away and mission. We were on the way back from my in laws' late Friday night and needed something light to eat. The solution was chicken noodle soup! When I went to the door it was locked, as it was right at 10:00 pm, closing time. Carson in the drive thru was very professional and took our order with a smile. Well didn't take long for this one to join the ranks of the other chick fil a's that are terribly slow and get half of your order wrong. I guess I'm supposed to eat soup or Mac with my fingers? No need for straws anymore either apparently. Ask for four ranch's? You'll receive one likely. Check for your fries, may or may not even get those in the bag. Another let down, not surprised. This place is a fucking joke. If I was the manager here I'd be embarrassed. The standard of chick-fil-a is very high and these clowns DO NOT measure up at all. A good 20-30 min wait later and after them reiterating our order back to us 3 Times.. they still manage to fuck that up.. someone explain that to me! Literally everything in our bag was not even our order. Hell they even fucked our drinks up. This place is a absolute damn joke that isn't even funny. After all these years of so many people wanting a chick-fil-a in Springdale and this is the service that they have? Come on bro.. give me a break. Since opening we have had our order wrong 5 times. Every single time we dine in orders are just fine. But the drive thru needs work. They forgot the fork for our max and cheese as well as napkins. We decided to go back and dine in. I opened my mac and cheese and it was old (sitting there for a while and had the burnt cheese from the bottom of the pot they cook it in). Not satisfied with it, I went to the counter and let the team lead know they had given me way to much old Mac. He said no problem we'll give you another one and if you want you can keep the other large Mac too. The manager interrupted us and said "what's the problem". I proceeded to explain the situation and he said no that Mac is cheese is normal, we don't make it in a pot, it not burnt. I said I've never gotten that much burnt parts. He started telling me how they bake it and it's not in a pot. I told him this wasn't the first time we've had issues and he said well we're the busiest in NWA and we service 2000 transactions and mistakes will be made and in turn we can just call them and they do us right. I told him I didn't want to continue calling him for these issues, I don't want to be the one with the mistake. I asked if their was someone I could report these issues to and he said well you can just call the cares team but that's gonna go straight to him so basically saying don't bother we're not gonna fix it. Learn from Fayetteville or pinnacle and pleasant grove: they're awesome. In short he just made excuses and said that mistakes are normal and will continue to happen. read more

Since opening me and my wife have had our order wrong a total of 3 times and the overall quality of the food is worse than any other location I've ever been too. Really disappointed because we live close by and we were super pumped to have one this close. I was hoping they would get it together over the course of these few months, but from what I can tell it's still utter chaos in there.
