They've been out of chicken well before the shortage (you're a chicken shop, how are you out of chicken), staff if more concerned with chatting about previous night shenanigans than helping, drive-thru is super slow, and the food isn't up to the high-standard CFA prides itself on. We dined in for the first time and customer service was great. An employee made her rounds asking customers if everything was alright and when she came to our table she asked if my soda cup required a refill... I said, yes, please. I did not know you could get free refills since the soda machines are located behind the order counter. Well, that was nice... I always crave that fizzy refreshment to complement my delicious chicken nuggets and waffle fries LoL! The dining room was clean and not busy at all. Pleasant experience at this location. Plenty of parking. Looks like this is our new Chick-fil-A spot. Tried the drive-thru once also and service was efficient. We placed our order with employees working outside the drive-thru area. The food was good, but the customer service was really lacking. My husband got a black iced coffee with his meal, and when he took a sip he made a face and said it tasted sour. I took a sip and it tasted like something had gone bad. He went up to the counter and asked if he could get a soda or something else instead because the coffee tasted like it had gone bad. I don't know if she was the manager or an employee, but she said the coffee was made fresh this morning, it can't be sour, and he ordered it with no milk or sugar, and that's just what cold brew tastes like. He reiterated that the coffee tasted sour and he always orders black coffee so the lack of cream and sugar wasn't the issue, it was the coffee itself. She continued on for another minute about that's how cold brew tastes and maybe he just needs to put cream and sugar in, or he doesn't like cold brew. She made him a new cup of cold brew and said it'll taste better, it tasted exactly the same, but at that point we knew it wasn't going to go anywhere and my husband was embarrassed by her condescending attitude and acting like he doesn't know anything about his coffee, so we just left with the new cup and threw it away outside. I have a feeling there's something wrong with their cold brew or they're not cleaning the container that it's being kept in, because we've had their cold brew in the past and it's tasted just fine. My husband also gets their hot coffee all the time. It has only been this instance that it's tasted like it had gone bad. I was so shocked by this interaction because every time we've gone through the drive-through everyone has been very nice and friendly and accommodating. This is the first time we went inside to eat and I have never been treated like we are stupid here or any other Chick-fil-A location. It was very disappointing. read more

Decided to give this location a try even I don't expect much except its chick fil a. So I ordered online and pick up, everything was easy. Online advertised about their pimiento chicken sandwich and everything related to pimiento cheese dip or whatever it is .. so decided to order side of the sauce (thought of a dip since it comes with saltines) for $3.99. And when I received it, felt like I was scammed lol. It was about 3 tablespoon of the sauce and for $3.99.. seriously inflation or whatsoever is crazy, or Chick-fil-A is just overcharging! I have to say, with this new location it'll relieve some traffic from the Pleasant Grove location. This new location is quite convienient but it can also cause some traffic on Blue Oaks and Woodcreek. Especially when Dutch Bros is also open. Just hope, RPD starts monitoring the traffic in lane 3 and the exiting lane. The drive thru is quick. I ordered my food in the dining area. I must say, the dining room is spacious and inviting. Staff is quick to clean tables and I have noticed some pride in the work they do. And this was in the evening during Monday Night Football. My order consisted of 2 deluxe, waffle fries and a kids meal. Food was hot, even when I live 3.5 miles away. If you want, need Chik-Fil-A. Dine In or eat in the parking lot. They just stand around. It's comically weird. I go to this location because it's close and always mobile order for quick pickup but every time I walk in I'm ignored and employees stand around. Here's how it works.. - I arrive and the mobile app says it's still being made. So I stand and wait. No employee acknowledges me even on quiet days when it's empty (which is weird too) - I look at any existing bags on the counter far from me to see if I can spot my name. Hard to see from a distance - I wait more... - Bags of food are brought to their counter, but again, far away from customers. Nobody says anything to any customers waiting - I wait more. This was the final straw. In years, we have never had an issue at the Pleasant Grove Blvd location, or any other regarding quality, time, food safety, and overall experience. The last time we ordered from this location, we were waiting for food for an extended period of time that was over 15 minutes! It wasn't even busy, but we could see and hear the workers goofing off and standing around, discussing their late night escapades. Completely opposite of other locations. This current order consisted of multiple breakfast items, and there was a long black coarse hair that was cooked into the egg of a burrito. We will no longer be visiting this location. This is absolutely disgusting! I don't know what changes need to be made, but it seems something needs to happen. Horrible business practices. I placed a breakfast order on the app for pick up and paid via Apple Pay. Order was placed around 10:20a, as I wanted to ensure I still got breakfast that ends at 10:30a. I was given a notification saying to allow my location services so that they can prepare the food when I am close. I arrived at the location at 10:35 after a 15 min drive and was told that my order was not in the system. Because it was past 10:30a, they could not make or process the order. I was told that my $20 via apple pay would get refunded in 3-5 business days. The employee at the register told me that I NEEDED TO TELL THE APP I HAD ARRIVED FOR THEM TO START MAKING THE FOOD. What is the point of ordering pick up if I have to wait for the food when I arrive?? I explained that I drove 15 mins out there and was offered ZERO resolution from the manager. He just said I could place a lunch order. I explained how ridiculous this whole situation was and no other restaurant operates this way. I placed the order within the breakfast window to ensure I got the breakfast on time. The restaurant then makes it my problem??? Then to offer no resolution whatsoever is just horrible business.
