We finally made it to Four Sisters Cafe, and it is absolutely the best breakfast/lunch restaurant we've tried since moving here a year ago. The food, service, and ambiance were all terrific and made for a comfortable, delicious experience we will be returning to soon. We had tried going there once before about 6 months ago, but the wait was too long for our schedule that day. Yesterday, our party of four showed up at 11, and the wait was only 10 minutes. Our server, Kristin, was amazing. She answered our questions perfectly and without hesitation; she was always there to refill iced tea and bring anything additional we needed - the service was flawless in every way. We were at a booth for four, and the booths are comfortable and clean. The layout of the restaurant is efficient, and perfect for the dining experience FSC is offering. And the food? Off the charts 5/5! I hadn't had pancakes in a long time, so I ordered the blueberry pancakes. The two pancakes were both massive and delicious. Fresh blueberries in the batter and on top, and they were perfectly ripe and flavorful. I can't envision anyone actually finishing all of it, but I was happy to take home leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and light, among the best I have ever had. I also had a side of the house-cured bacon, which I requested crispy, and which arrived perfectly crispy and delicious. Mrs. K had the blue cheese burger and loved it. I was granted a taste, and I agreed. Juicy, prepared exactly as ordered, and served with exceptional fries that were crispy outside and soft inside. Our friends had various forms of eggs and bacon, including a dish FSC calls Beggin' For Bacon. The egg dishes looked perfect, and our friends confirmed they tasted as perfect as they looked. FSC gets a ton of 5-star reviews, and they deserve every one. We will be returning soon and often, and obviously, I highly recommend FSC for your next breakfast/lunch outing. read more

I've been here a couple times, both times in a large group. Calling ahead and making reservations is clutch here, as it can be very busy. When the weather is nice sitting outside is awesome. It's shaded and pleasant. They do allow dogs to sit outside, and I did witness a doggy disagreement, so if you are dog averse maybe ask to be seated inside. The service is wonderful. They are very attentive and all look like they are hustling. It is a wonderful experience to know that they care about their customers. Drinks are constantly refilled, and they constantly check in on you in a non annoying way. The food is where I disagree with most of the reviews here. My first time there I got the corned beef and hash. The corned beef was great, the potatoes could be so much better though. They need to be crisp and well seasoned, they were neither. Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? We waited almost 30 minutes BUT it was worth the wait. Our Waitress MARY was not only beautiful but super sweet!! Everyone there was very friendly. Very busy when we arrived, but they accommodated my friend and me quickly. Service was friendly, the food tasted great, and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, about two hours after eating the salad and bleu burger for breakfast I became extremely sick with repeated vomiting and GI upset. It was the only food I had eaten that day, so I strongly suspect something in that meal caused it. I can't know whether it was the salad, the meat, or something else. I also came across another review mentioning hygiene concerns, which made me question whether that could have played a role as well. I'd never tried four sister's cafe, but saw it on yelp and decided to try it. I was not disappointed. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and were seated. Our servers name was Jessica. I ordered lemonade, which was very good and a cheeseburger with fries and a side salad. Person #2 ordered a French dip. An extra crispy fries and an iced tea. The meal came pretty quickly. Everything was great! The lemonade was so refreshing. I was surprised with the side salad, because it was huge and had everything on it, with creamy dill dressing. We decided to try again and ordered corned beef hash and the turkey melt. The corned beef hash is very good. The turkey melt is good though I expected the taste to be less about the cheese and more of the turkey. The beef vegetable soup is lukewarm. read more

Lily is superb, best customer service yet with her as my server. Customer service isn't like this anymore. She smiles the entire time, patient and attentive. Hostess- stared at me blank faced the entire time when I said "Hello, 2 please" blank face. Then another hostess was talking to me very loudly like I had a hearing problem, asked me if I wanted to be seated on the patio with no expression as well. They didn't seem like they liked to work there. We sat out in the patio for the first time and we didn't feel any wind. The heaters were on and it is nice and cozy. My feta omelette was excellent. My friend and I stopped in this morning, and even though it was busy, the experience was seamless from start to finish. Located in a busy shopping center, you might worry about parking. I managed to snag a spot quickly. They have outdoor seating available and we chose to sit outside . We really enjoyed sitting outside since it was quieter and more relaxed than the inside . We were in Roseville and decided to check out this local favorite for breakfast. It was busy but the place is big so we were able to get a spot pretty quickly on a Friday morning. I loved my fancy breakfast sandwich - eggs bacon and arugula on sourdough. Everything was so yummy, especially the bacon. I subbed fruit and it was a good size and yummy. My husband got a breakfast sandwich with English muffin and while he enjoyed his meal, especially the potatoes, he didn't like that they didn't toast the muffin so he had to eat it with a knife and fork. Our server was great though - she would have gladly remade it if he had said something, so next time we know. Coffee was good and everyone was super friendly. Four Sisters Cafe is one of my favorite places to go eat and today, I met up with my BEST FRIEND that happened to be shopping in the same area where I was just finishing up at work. So of course we met up! We were in search of a delicious brunch and Four Sisters Cafe has been on my mind for weeks now. I thought I was for sure going to get the Eggs Benedict ... but then I remembered that they have delicious bacon. Ellie was our server and she greeted us with a smile. We both ordered the Beggin for Bacon plate that comes with 4 slices of bacon, 2 eggs (we both ordered poached) and red potatoes. You have a choice of potatoes fruit, or rice. You also get toast or a biscuit. So I ordered the biscuit and a side of gravy. My BESTIE ordered sourdough toast. While we waited, we sipped our h20's and admired the succulent decor on the wall. It's very creative and sleek looking. We were happy to sit at a booth inside. There are tables along the wall with bench seating and outdoor seating available as well. It looks like there is a breakfast bar available, too. Our food didn't take long. Just check out the delicious looking picture. Crispy thick cut bacon with gorgeous red potatoes and our poached eggs perfectly on a small bowl on our plates. It made it easy to cut up the poached eggs and pour it all over the potatoes. I liked how you can taste the caraway seeds in the potatoes. It reminded me of how my dad made his fried potatoes.... We also ended up sharing a pancake! That really got the spot! Everything was so delicious! The only thing I would change is that the food would come out hot. When our plates came out, everything was warm, but not hot. I didn't feel like complaining (for once). FOOD the mancakes are life changing. the salty/savory combo is the ultimate combo, and they've perfected it with the fluffiest pancakes. with a drizzle of syrup, your tastebuds are transported to euphoria! these are hearty, so come with an empty belly! the feta omelette was simply divine! loaded with veggies and feta (+ great for the bacon lovers). everything was cooked to perfection! SERVICE both times we've been here, everyone is always so kind; from the hostess, to the wait staff, to the bussers! AMBIANCE it's so cutely decorated inside, especially with their food is love neon sign! it's such a warm and welcome atmosphere inside. Used to come here all the time. My favorite breakfast spot around. Life changed, stopped going out to eat so much. My daughter and I were in the area and hungry, I wanted to show her the restaurant I used to love. It's still amazing and the same quality and great service. This little gem located by the Costco in Roseville is amazing. When you first walk in you get a very nice feel. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Place is very clean and the it's always packed because the food is so good. I ordered the eggs with bacon a side of fruit, and the most delicious mango filled French toast. Let me tell you that everything was great from the crispy bacon the my eggs cooked just right but the piece of resistance was the mango filled French toast. They weren't too sweet and had just the right amount of flavor. I asked for the biscuit for my side and it was great!! Bonus points for one of the things I look at , my coffee was never low. We went there today at 2:30 and they close at 3:00. Yhe entire time we are there we felt like a complete inconvenience. The waitress forgot my wife's potatoes and actually acted like my wife was ordering a late order when my wife was asking about an order that she had placed earlier. The waitress literally came and cleared our table while I was still eating. I was holding my English muffin leaning over my plate and the waitress came and literally took my plate from underneath me, then cleared my wife's plates, and dropped off the bill. Got to hand it to the team of four sisters, they were able to accommodate our group of 30+ after a group who reserved their patio canceled. We had one large table for our 12 volleyball players and another section for parents and coaches and not only did they take orders on individual tabs by player number which was genius, they were able to serve us in a timely manner We arrived around 11 o'clock we sat or served and probably got out of there by 12:30. As a former lead server and lead bartender, I would've attacked it differently, but I love letting people cook and do their thing and they did a fantastic job. One of our parents talking to the manager over Friday and Saturday morning to make it happen and I think they totally knocked it out of the park I had the four sisters omelette, which was a pretty simple omelette, but taking that into consideration with all of their other offerings and the amazing service they gave if you're here for a long weekend or weekend of activities, sports or otherwise if their patio is open and available, they know exactly what to do to support your group of 30 to 40 Thanks, a bunch. five stars read more

So we rolled up at about 1pm on a Monday while running some errands after ending up right next to Four Sisters Cafe - I wanted to try this place for a while so I was excited! We got to the door and were welcomed in and sat so fast! Even though the staff was preparing for their own holiday party, they still welcomed us in. The inside was a diner but it wasn't kitschy so I'd say it was an upscale diner feel. We were cold and were given coffee immediately! We ordered and the food was at our table within minutes! I seriously asked if the plates were ours. I ordered the cold turkey sandwich with fries. The turkey was stacked to the ceiling. Also the menu says "crisp lettuce" and it totally was. If there were an option to buy an extra star I would give them 6 stars! We decided to grab brunch and looked up a nearby place on our way home - Four Sisters Cafe came up and the food looked great. From the moment we walked up, it was busy which at first made me think we would have to go elsewhere but once we went inside the hostess said it would only be 5 minutes. She was extremely warm and welcoming and all of the staff were smiling! We were seated within 5 minutes and before our butts hit the chairs they were already asking if we needed any coffee! I love that we didn't have to wait for our "server" to come but were able to enjoy coffee while browsing the menu. We narrowed our picks down and when our waitress Mallory came by she helped us pick our eggs Benedict and Spicy Omelette! She made sure to ask if I wanted tortillas or toast, which I loved rather than just assuming. This all happened within the first 8 minutes of us being in our seats - this doesn't happen ever anymore when you go out to eat, to have your coffee and order taken while feeling like she truly wanted us to have a great experience. Within 10-15 minutes not only did we have our delicious looking food in front is us but we had a refill of coffee because all the servers were keeping an eye on every table to make sure you were taken care of. When Mallory sat the food down, WOW. It looked delicious and it was the perfect quantity - often nowadays they give you tons because they have to make up for the quality. Both our items were perfect and do not pass up the toast with the best jam ever- I am pretty sure my grandma would have been jealous! Mallory stopped by and we shared how awesome the food was and that it was our first time and we can't wait to come back with our kiddos. We finished up, our bill came and another server came by quickly to process! No waiting, no walking it to the counter! Plus we had another coffee refill while we waited! The server who grabbed our check came back to ask how our meal was and said she heard it was our first time. We shared how much we loved it and would be back. It was then that we learned that, Julie was actually the 2nd youngest sister and one of the owners. She was amazing. She shared their story and how Four Sisters Cafe became what it is and asked our names. When is the last time you have had such a personable experience while dining? The best brunch place in Placer County, there is no question. The service is always amazing and the staff is attentive. Sure, you're probably going to have to wait, but that only because so many people got here first. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, cared for, and maintained. It has been clean every time I've been and you can see the staff working to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment. The four sisters who own the restaurant are so kind and you can often see them working throughout the business. The food has always been consistently fantastic and the star of the show.
