I ordered a sub from this location using a coupon and their mobile app. I hadn't been here before. The app was super easy to use and I customized my sandwich. I ordered the LARGEST size. Yes it was almost a $20 purchase without the coupon, however it is more like 2 footlongs. It was THE BEST SANDWICH I've had as far as I can remember! From the bread (which I would happily eat by itself) to all of the fillings, everything tasted amazing! The man at the counter was super friendly when I picked up my order and, yes, it was ready and safely stored behind the counter. I will happily order more $20 sandwiches from here. So rich in flavor and was so fresh tasting that I immediately started telling friends. 5 stars easy!! The food at this location is nothing out of the usual. But don't get me started on the service of this location. A simple request of getting extra vinegar will get you lectured about the definition of mikes way. Asking for no tomatoes will also get you lectured. I went to Jerseys Mikes for the first time, I had received some coupons in the mail. I was aware that I could only use coupon at a time. But when I wanted to use a different coupon on a separate transaction the manager refused and said that I can't use anymore coupons for the day even if I left the store and returned because he's already seen me in the store. He messed up on one of the sandwiches and when I called the next day he argued with me saying that he made it correctly and then told me if I wanted him to remake the sandwich I'd have to bring the old sandwich back in. I ordered my favorite Jersey Mike's sub, #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, online while in front of the store. The Big Kahuna has Philly beef steak, grilled onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and white American cheese. Roseville has finally and thankfully cooled down from the hot, hot record-breaking September heat waves, so I decided to wait inside the store for the estimated 15 minutes. I informed the staff that I had just placed an online order and just wanted to be indoors. Staff member said he had the sub almost ready, remarking he only needs 2 minutes to make one! I barely sat down before it was time to go. Super fast and friendly service. No line or wait on a late Sunday evening. My sandwich was yummy, meaty and cheesy. It was also free because I used my accumulated points. Jersey Mike's has a rewards program where you can a free sub on your birthday, and there are sometimes double points days. This is my first time in years having a Jersey Mike Sub. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly: I ordered their Chipotle Pastrami sandwich. Tge bread I chose was the Rosemary Parm it was fresh and good, but a little too much corn starch on bottom made it a bit gritty. The pastrami had a real good smokey flavor, but since they grill the meat it was a little dry. Not like a good pastrami from a New York or even an LA deli, where the Pastrami is correctly steamed before going on a sandwich. Portions I felt were decent. Overall not a bad sandwich. I went to Jersey Mike's on Douglas Boulevard when my wife and myself to have a great sandwich then known for that I ordered the roast beef sandwich. I want a hot and I want the cheese to be melted it on it. I saw the guy put it on the grill for my maybe 10 seconds take it out and put the lettuce tomatoes, and the stuff on it and they gave it to me. The employee had the worst attitude they are not cheap. I paid $28 for two sandwiches. I expected to get a wonderful delicious sandwich. That was the grossest sandwich I have had at this location. I've given them a few chances but this is the last one. I will never come back to this place and I hope they do better for other people. they have reduced the toppings for the sandwiches that they offer. That's very sad read more

Stopped in for lunch on mother's day. The three staff members working must have been new? Such an awkward and bad costumer service experience it made the food taste meh. Asking about things on the menu and not getting any helpful responses. Lots of, "I don't know," responses. Asking for kids cups, then kids lids and getting, "I don't know, did you try the regular lids?" Then just standing there. I'm at this location approximately 3x each week since I work nearby. Jersey Mikes anywhere is delicious, but this specific location has a superior customer experience. Clean, upbeat, personalized are words that come to mind. I've seen plenty of employees come and go, but there are a few who stick around and really know how to run things around there. The manager, Christian, always makes sure to acknowledge me even in the lunch rush and reminds his team exactly which sandwich I'm getting and how I like it (I'm picky!). Most of the guys in there have memorized my order anyhow. Sometimes my sandwich is made even before it's my turn to order. Staff is so personable and friendly. My sons bought me Jersey Mike's for Mother's Day dinner. I've never eaten there before so I was excited. The sandwiches were delicious. I was most impressed that they had a Gluten free option that is the same size as the regular bread, Super cool for my son who has celiac. My only gripe is they have no side dishes besides chips! Looked like the food prom picture that makes your mouth water almost tasting it when you observe one . Perfection! The roll was excellent and was able to be held without falling apart after a few bites. Just exquisitely and undeniably the best "meant to order something else but I'm so happy I got this, instead I have ever made. Horrible organization. We placed an order around 12:39, said it would be ready at 12:54. We get there and they hadn't even started it and we're taking orders from walk in after we had walked in and still didn't start our order. The manger or owner walked in and ordered a sandwich and they made his before our order had been finished. Which if you own or manage a shop and see people waiting maybe help the employees instead of ordering yourself a sandwich.... This store needs to get a better system. If a mobile order walks in for pick up and it's not ready they should move the order up, have them get in line and start it right then. Husband went in tonight to get a hot sandwich it was 8:38 they told him grill was closed nothing to do. Along with OF COURSE someone comes ten minutes before closing. Talk about Customer Service Robert and Team have the culture that a lot of these other chains have lost. I went in after church on Sunday to grab a quick snack. When I got home they gave me steak instead of chicken. I immediately called and asked for the manager. (Robert) I told them what happened and not only concerned about the mix up but understood it's a lot to ask for a guest to drive all the way back , waste has to get the correct item. He told me " Hey instead driving all the way back, why don't you stop by next time your around and we will replace the item we messed up for you on the house!" There's a very rude guy working there. When I was giving my order in the store, he didn't hear well or understand me, possibly because of my accent. But he got ticked off for some reason, and started shouting at me 'white bread or parmesan...' There is something called courtesy and positive attitude. There is no reason to yell at a customer. I immediately left the store. This occurred at 3pm, Jan 14, 2023. Obviously I won't be going back there. Ever. update: I did said 'white bread' twice. He didn't hear me.
