I crave Chick-Fil-A once every couple of weeks. Sometimes chicken sounds better than a burger or a burrito and this is the safest choice in my opinion. My go-to lately is the Kale Crunch Salad with Grilled Nuggets - you add hot sauce and honey. Holy cow! I do like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries, but when I'm on a healthy journey...the salad is the way to go! They have new Peppermint items on their menu for the holidays! This location is the most convenient for me, located in the Arden area next to In n Out. They have their drive thru system down and even when it's a mile long, it is organized. I don't think I have ever been inside this location so I can't comment on the ambiance. Staff is always friendly and patient when we visit! Ok, let me first preface this with I love me some Chick Fil A, but sometimes you need to review the experience at a specific location that may not apply to all locations. This location specifically at Arden has failed me too many times, most recently when I went for the Honey Pimento Sandwich (to go), and when I got back to work I was shocked to see the unappetizing and unacceptable sloppy runny yellow sauce making the sandwich soggy and certainly not reflective of the photo of the sandwich. I then sent my complaint to corporate, who then handed back to the store, who in turn gave me a replacement sandwich credit good for 8 days.......8 days, why would there be an expiration date on you replacing something you seriously messed up, I would not have served that to anyone, where is the quality control? They finally finished the remodel on this chick-fil-a which included making two drive thru lanes to help with the congestion of cars. Lines of cars would wrap around the whole parking lot and One lane just wasn't efficient. As always, the attendant taking orders in the drive thru speaks to you with such delight. Every question is answered with glee, ordering is easy and the food is fantastic. If you order via the app you can pick up curbside, inside or drive thru. There was practically no wait and the food was cooked to order. Im not sure about the ambiance inside as we didn't eat inside the establishment but the ambiance in the drive thru was smooth, helpful and easy. I stop by this Chick-Fil-A location when I go to the mall since it is down the street from Arden Fair mall. Despite being fast food, I have had good, friendly service every time I have come from the cashier to the worker who brings out the food to the table. The restaurant always seems to be clean. I've pre-ordered and I've waited in line at this location. They are always so fast and efficient. As a trainer I always recommend Chick-fil-a to clients when they are on the road or in a time crunch. Their grilled chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets are very macro friendly. Their breakfast sandwich with grilled chicken and egg whites is also a great option. At this location they have different lines which makes it easier to order quickly. And they usually have someone directing cars which makes rush time easier to navigate. read more

What kills me is that they're still making money even if they continued to allow people to order through the app and not through DoorDash. DoorDash has horrible service to begin with. The drive through must be entered from the street because it's designed so terribly and the parking lot merged with the other business next to it so there can be confusion on the direction of travel. DECOR: Every Chic-fil-A looks the same so nothing to mention. They keep the grounds looking neat and clean. PRICE: You will spend around$15 per person for a full meal. DRINKS: That lemonade is some of the best freshly squeezed lemonade I've ever had let alone had from a fast food restaurant! FOOD: Hands down is the breakfast chicken sandwich and the chicken strips with Chic-fil-A sauce or honey roasted barbecue for dipping! They use real chicken and it's consistently delicious every time. I always never leave without waffle fries! I dip those in the Chic-fil-A sauce as well. Better than ketchup. STAFF: Always friendly and professional. I've never had so much as attitude from anyone there. EXPERIENCE: It's almost always crowded in the weekends and the line for the drive thru can nice shower than ordering inside. Chic-fil-A has an app now that lets you order ahead and just pick up in the drive thru line, inside or curbside. I recommend that if you know you're planning to go ahead of time. The food is usually really good. Never really have complaints about it. I tried their curbside pick up, which wasn't super bad. Took about 5-10 mins but I assume that's way better then their drive thru since it's usually backed up. I wish their drive thru wasn't wrapped around the curbside pick up. It felt so cramped in and you can only go in and out of the curbside one way since it's between the building and the drive thru. It's honestly the location and I'm these times. But I wish there was maybe a little more guidance for the drivers. I hate wanting to make a turn in the middle of the drive thru line because I never want anyone to think I'm cutting them when I'm actually trying to leave..
