This is my all time favorite in n out spot to go to. The drive thru lines move faster than other in n out locations. Service is quick and friendly. Plenty of tables inside and outside to sit at. They always get my order correct.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast, it really is everything you want in a burger joint! It's what McDonald's really should strive to be, consistent with good customer service. The burger was delicious! I love the sauce to burger ratio, the only thing I wish for is more pickles on my sandwich. Honestly really enjoyed the food and the old school diner experience

I've lived in this area for over a decade, so this In-N-Out has always been *my* location--but I didn't truly start appreciating it until the last 4+ years. I'll be honest: when I first tried In-N-Out, I thought it was pretty mediocre, and the fries tasted way too plain. If that's how you feel, I get it--In-N-Out isn't for everyone. Then one day, after watching *The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie*, something just clicked. I was craving a Krabby Patty and couldn't think of anything that fit the vibe better... so I gave In-N-Out another shot. Game changer. The burgers are the perfect size--not too big, not too small--and not overwhelmingly greasy like some fast-food spots. The fries, with a little extra salt, genuinely taste like fresh potatoes to me. The shakes and pink lemonade are solid, and when I'm extra hungry, animal style fries or a burger absolutely hit the spot. If I'm skipping buns, the lettuce wrap is just as satisfying. Customer service here has always been fairly consistent, and I honestly can't recall any major mistakes--which says a lot, because I *do* hold grudges if something goes wrong. It's open late, affordable, and still feels like one of the better values in fast food these days. You really get bang for your buck, and if you want variety, the secret menu is where it's at. I usually order takeout, but I've dined inside a few times--it's almost always packed, no matter the time. The dining area could be a bit cleaner, but it's not terrible. I do appreciate that the women's restroom has posted phone numbers for help (trafficking, domestic violence, etc.), which could actually save someone, who knows. The biggest downside, as expected, is the drive-thru line. It's *always* long. The only time I've ever seen it clear is right when they open around 10am (maybe not the go-to breakfast spot). The line sometimes spills from Ethan Way into Alta Arden Way, so be careful of potential collisions--this area already gets busy, especially with hungry drivers. They did try rerouting the line recently near the old Mimi's Café, but it caused confusion and imo, I felt that it was unsafe for employees working at night without visibility vests. Thankfully, things are back to the usual setup, and the staff handles the chaos as best as they can. I never manage to take photos because the food gets eaten *way* too fast. I've even snuck it into the movie theater more than once--it's that good. Overall, In-N-Out is a true California experience. It's not fancy, it's not overhyped--it's just a quality, nostalgic, classic burger spot that's hard to compare to anything else.

To the one of the best burgers!! I loooove this location because you're literally just going IN and OUT hahaaa! But the staff is very very sweet here as they usually are at most locations but I've ran into a couple that were a bit otherwise but I do love this location! No matter what time it is you they will be standing out here happy to take your order! The food is always super fresh and I appreciate that! There's nothing worse than too soggy of fries I'm a weirdo and just like cheese fries with a 3 by 3 no vegetables except grilled onions and they nail it everytime here!! I've seen this new trend where people are putting their pickles in Dr Pepper so I tried it as a joke because I love pickles and love Dr Pepper even more and I actually thought it wasn't bad! I had heard of the pickle juice whisky shot but the pickled dp was interesting! Lol I enjoy this location in particular because they are very fast which is nice because we all know they're not on DoorDash, and sometimes their lines can wrap all the way around to the street. So it's very nice they keep things moving here!! Inside as well. As a born and raised Cali girl I'll ALWAYS love in and out!!

Came in recently to this in n out on a weekend. Walked in the line was a big long. The cashiers were nice. Got a double double with some cheese fries. It came out in a decent time. The tables were clean and everything was stalked up. Great place

What's to say I think it's the best fast food burger ever. The price is right. It's quick always the same. Totally reliable is still have. Serve yourself soda which I love.

This just proves the consistency of In-N-Outs. This location was good, clean, organized & efficient. The cashier was very kind and helpful. Food was made timely and tasted well. No complaints from me.

First time ever ordered something wasn't fulfilled. I ordered a grilled onion Cheese Burger and they forgot the grilled onion.

This particular In & Out got my order wrong again each time I visited. I have visited enough of In & Outs from Nor-Cal to So-Cal and conclude they NEVER get my order wrong!

Fries well done. I add their salt packet.

Walked in at 4pm on a Friday. Not busy at all. Placed our orders with a nice cashier. Got out food relatively quickly. Was so yummy! Love us some in n out.

My friends and I work near this in n out so it's our go to spot to chat and catch up after work. The food is always delicious and I love eating my burger with the chili peppers. This spot is always busy but the workers are so nice and polite!

Today I came in to order. I told the girl at the register that I wanted a #1. She rang me up twice. When I got the receipt and told her that she had overcharged me for a meal. She had an attitude stating that I ordered two and she verified it with me. A manager then stepped in and refuunded me for the extra fries and drink but not the extra burger? I brought it up to the girl who insisted that I was only charged for one meal. Sure enough an extra burger came out with my order. The girl at the register had an attitude so I diddn't want to push the issue with her. But I still don't know what to do with the extra burger came.

In-N-Out Burger is a quick inconvenient stop if you want a hamburger. They're fresh. Ingredients are better than any other fast food restaurant I've ever had. Their customer service is spectacular and they also offer fresh water with lemon.

The fries were actually pretty good, an above average standard French fry with salt. The burger however was phenomenal. There was an amazing crust on the outside reminiscent of a backyard bbq. There was ample bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce to make it a balanced bite. The bun was high end brioche style, they really went all out on quality of ingredients. A standard burger build but done perfectly! Beer was cold, food was great and the ambiance is a perfect local bar. Great spot to go if you don't mind hunting for a parking space.
