However when the previous manager left, the customer service and quality went downhill. The last two times I have been there, I had to wait over a half hour and the orders were wrong. I hadn't been to CB&W in a very long time so I thought I'd order takeout of a few options to eat over the next 3 days at the time: -Chicken Tex Mex Egg Roll (3 ct) -Lobster Rangoon (3 ct) -Chicken Power Bowl -Queso and Chips -Jalapeno Cilantro Dipping Sauce -Crunchy Chicken Buffalo Chicken Wrap -Chocolate rice krispy treat My order was already ready and hot when I placed it online and walked over to pick it up. The store was very clean and organized. The queso and chips are FIRE. It's the perfect balance of runny and thick. The chips are the perfect thiness and crispness for my liking. The lobster rolls although small, were pretty good with the dipping sauce it came with. The chicken tex mex egg roll was slightly oversaturated in oil and a little burnt but definitely in the ballpark with Chili's renowned Southwestern Egg Rolls. The sauce it comes with is equally delicious! You must try dipping this in the Jalapeno Cilantro dipping sauce. You will not be disappointed! I was not impressed with the chicken power bowl. I think it had way too much corn and rice. There was a lot of beans and the chicken was dry as well. The crispy buffalo chicken wrap was very delicious but I'd skip the rice the next time :-) I wasn't a fan of the chocolate rice krispy treat. One of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite to eat! I'm here probably way too often but it's just so reliable. I usually stick to the chicken Caesar wrap on a tomato tortilla with grilled chicken and brown rice. Always order the wrap grilled! For my side, I stick to the chips, although there are many more options available. Their creamy Buffalo sauce and corn salsa are also excellent choices to grab from their bar. This is my go-to fast casual when I am in a working zone that means I have to travel and do not have time to think, let alone sit and eat. They offer a drive though and take out- that I can grab and go- that is vegetarian friendly and I can feel good eating. This years work schedule has really gotten in the way of my sit down dining but I am still so glad that places like this exist to help people make good food choices with fresh ingredients and flavors that are amazing! When I went in today, I was told, but not told until after my total came up, and it seemed "crazy" higher than usual, that now, there is a charge for that chicken, that used to come with the bowl. Menu boards weren't updated. I saw no message from the owners/founders on their website notifying their customers of this significant increase in price. And I'm not talking an extra $.50 or something for an item that was part of the dish that used to be free and now is not...but an extra $1.50. And that is for a "cheaper" protein. Woo-hoo! My first first! I gotta say that I really dig the concept of Crazy Bowls. Good healthy stuff that is flavorful and served quickly. I always stop at this place around once a week after working out at the Ballys next door. And I always get the same thing -- the Power Bowl: a mix of brown rice, chicken, kidney beans, black beans, lettuce, a bit of cheese, and corn salsa. Cost is about $6.50, and comes with above-average tortilla chips. it's a good amount of food, it's tasty and healthy. I pay another 50 cents for all-white meat, as the dark meat can sometimes include some undesirable cuts. But there are 2 things which elevate this simple dish to being something worth yelping about. 1. They just started offering QUINOA instead of rice! Google it if you don't know what it is. For those who do, you know how awesome this stuff is, for both taste and health reasons. I love it. It is 50 cents extra, however, but well worth it. This is why I think Crazy Bowls is more advanced than your average chain. 2. Jalapeño-cilantro sauce. Oh My God. This stuff is like green spicy nectar. It's tangy but it's got a kick. It's really really good, people. Dumping some of this stuff (available for free at the condiment station) on top of my quinoa power bowl transforms a boring post-workout meal into something truly delicious. So I pay about $7.50 for all this, which might seem a bit pricey, but it really is a lot of food that can comprise two small meals. And it also is prepared super quick. A St. Louis chain, this fast casual restaurant focuses on healthier wraps, salads and bowls. My teriyaki bowl with chicken was essentially a stir fry with brown rice and teriyaki sauce priced about a third more than a large portion of chicken fried rice from a fast food Chinese eatery. Because the chunked chicken is used in several menu options it was rather flavorless, not having been blended well with the sauce. Soft drinks include a number of non-standard choices, which isn't an issue unless you want a regular cola. A nice condiments bar provides a variety of salads, hummus, and other add-ons. Straws, utensils, and cup lids were in the same location but a search for napkins found them with the pick-up orders. A small, metered parking lot is nearby. There's more parking behind the restaurant but you have to negotiate a confusing and unmarked path to find it. read more

This place is delicious and fast! I've had a few bowls and a wrap there, and I haven't been disappointed at all. Most of my meals there cost around $6, and they often come with a nice serving of tortilla chips dusted with coarse salt (yum!). There is a little self-serve area for salsa, hummus, and other sauces that you can add to your already flavorful and delicious meal. (I usually get a little cup of hummus just to eat!) The staff is always really friendly, and they keep the place happy and clean. They usually have a featured bowl or wrap displayed by the cashier, and even though it's probably been sitting there the whole day, I'm always super tempted to reach over and start shoving it in my mouth-- looks so good! Most of the people who come in order to-go. My standard order, which I had today, is the Chicken Fajita bowl (Red pepper, zucchini, tomato, jalapeño-cilantro sauce, pepperoncini, beans, cheddar, avocado, squeeze of lime with a choice of protein served over a grain.) When I'm trying to be healthy as I was today I substitute lettuce for the grain. It's a great lunch. Good nutrition and lots of flavor.
