Took advantage of the free Honey butter Chicken Biscuit that they gave out on Wednesday. I ordered on my app and picked it up curbside. The server was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long once we got there. The biscuit was dense but flavorful. The chicken didn't fit the bun which meant that some bites had chicken but others didn't. There was just a hint of honey in the honey butter, I felt it could have been amped up a bit and had a bit more on it. The chicken was crispy and tasty. Very flavourful burgers although it's a bit of a wait because the place is always crowded. Since it's crowded you know the place is popular with locals. The workers seem to be running around taking care of their duties at a very fast pace but can't keep up. Bathrooms and tables were clean. The service here is so ass. At least the manager had the right intentions but the employees are so dismissive and incapable of getting an order right. We came here one night and they messed up our order and started getting loud and rude over their mistake the manager then comps our meals and we come back a few days later and still met with a nasty ass attitude, cold food and STILL made the food wrong because the cashier wouldn't listen to us. This Whataburger always takes forever even when you order ahead you still end up waiting more then 20-30 mins, my orders are always wrong or missing something. It's the closest one to where I live which is still 30 mins away so unfortunately we go back but if you have option for another location definitely would recommend that. read more

The food was pretty good and we got our food pretty fast. The only thing I would change is that the food is not always hot it's sometimes just a tiny bit warm. We have the worst service here every time but today we are finally done. We will not be eating here anymore. We placed an app order and waited till it told us to get there. It took them about 20 extra minutes to take the drinks out to my husband. Then an extra 20min to take him the food. When he gets home he realized they got the order wrong. They didn't upsize his fries which he paid for it's on the receipt and they did not put the extra order of large fries in the bags which we also paid for and is on the receipt. I have been trying to call them for 15 min now and no one is answering. I'm not driving all the way back and this is gonna just be a loss for me but this location is the worst. I don't know what it is about this location, but you should avoid it at all costs. I placed a mobile order online at 12:09AM. My receipt said my order would be ready between 12:13AM-12:16AM. I didn't get my order until nearly 12:45AM because they "lost" it. To top it off, they forgot the toast that comes with my meal. It does not matter what time of day you come to this location, it's always a nightmare. I don't understand why they move so slowly. The manager needs to get the restaurant in order. Other guests were leaving without food they paid for because it was taking entirely too long. Hire more people or something, because this is ridiculous. Came for some lunch before we start Christmas shopping. Been a while since I had their chicken tenders. Their gravy is yum! It was really warm in here today so not sure if there might be an A/C issue but the staff was on point with friendliness. Have had issues on several different occasions with different managers at different hours of the day. It doesn't really matter what time you go they will find a way to make you wait 20 + minutes for your food and act like it's completely fine. A pretty typical and average Whataburger. For those of you not in the know, Whataburger is a Texas institution when it comes to burgers. Their Whataburgers are legendary. This location is right off of 281, perched up on a hill. It has easy access to/from the freeway, so it's a good place to start of a coastal roadtrip for coffee or Breakfast on a Bun (BOB). Whataburger offers breakfast from 11p-11a! This location is 24 hours, so you'll never go hungry. The parking lot is clean, and the drive-thru was fast. They split the drive-thru into two, so they can double up the number of hungry customers they can accommodate. I understand COVID precautions are in place. BUT no matter what time of day I am here, 10 AM or 10 PM, the drive thru takes 20-45 minutes! I try to order thru the app, sometimes it works.
